Beautiful Hindu temple. Staff, volunteers are very good people. The place needs more maintenance work to be done.

How tragic that a historic home of this magnitude has been allowed to go to ruin. The so-called restaurant, the "temple", etc.; are an embarrassment not only to the City of Detroit but to the "religion" they claim to support. Google needs to demand more recent photos of this once-glorious mansion because this website dpes NOT reflect the dump that the Fisher Mansion has become. Alfrd Ford must have been struggling with some heavy duty mental illness when he gave this beautiful house to the Hare Krishna. So sad.

Just the presence of this place is awesome. It feels old and in need of new energy, but it holds an indestructible energy!

A Must visit holy place… very powerful temple.. The Supreme Lord reciprocates in unbelievable ways in this temple. The devotees are also most merciful, loving & wonderful!!
