The money that they put into the remodel should have been put into professional development. Shut it down forever!!!!!

I think I may be having a heart attack. Iโ€™m laying in a room in emergency they only have one nurse thereโ€™s nobody walking the halls. No doctors or nurses nurses assistances, orderees, nothing to nobody like a ghost town. They finally took it. ElKG, but I had to tell him to close the curtains, and not expose me. iโ€™m so scared that I may die here itโ€™s completely empty. No staff at all. Maybe I should call an Uber and have them take me somewhere else. Iโ€™ve been here for almost 3 hours. No wonder people die here. Hospital in the middle of the city with no staff. Oh God help me.

Horrible....long wait while experiencing unbearable pain...when called into the back...I was seen by the doctor in the seating area with other patients. No privacy or discretion when discussing treatment plans and results...where is hipaa when you need it?

The emergency room was super clean, and up to date! Not busy at all, wait times werenโ€™t long. The only problem I noticed, was the employees that you have contact with when you first walk in the door (intake & triage nurses). Their attitudes are horrible!!

We spent hours observing the highly professional staff at the ER. We can only attest to the wonderful care we recieved, when my husband was admitted. We were there long enough to observe the staff politely addressing every patient's concerns. Most of the patient's on this day at least ๐Ÿ˜š, this day were mostly stat, at arrival. I watched the doctors save lives. Mostly the other patient's that were coding out, but also my husband's life. He was gravely ill upon arrival. I thank every staff member at Sinai Grace, you all are underpaid for the work you do. My heroes in ER, God bless you and your families. We appreciate and salute you.

This has to be the worst hospital in the country. The techs and some nurses are so rude and disrespectful. Quite unbelievable how they treat patients. The sheets they gave me had blood on them. Both of the bathrooms I tried to use had blood and pee all over the place. This place should probably be shut down

Don't be a Blackman over 60 and come here. No matter how much pain you're in they want to offer you only Tylenol, they treat you inhumane. But I think it's only because they think black people should be able to suffer with the pain like we're animals or something.

Best experience ever! Just had a baby here and the whole staff of labor and delivery was just amazing. They not only respected my needs and plan but waited for a natural delivery for me and didn't hurry me . Also the staff of post natal care was beyond expectation. They were always there with in seconds when I called them. Would check on us every 1-2 hours and just took very good care of me and baby. I don't understand all the negative comments and I don't know about all the other departments but for us giving birth here was the best experience and nurses and the whole staff are the nicest I have seen anywhere!

Irritated! Sinai Grace Emergency tried to make us wait 7 to 10 hours before someone could even triage my son with food poisoning, but Ascension Providence got him in to see a doctor within an hour. Sinai Grace should be ashamed of this evening's scheduling! ๐Ÿง๐Ÿค” Please, never take me there for an emergency, NEVER!!!!!!

Do not bring your loved ones here at all. If this just so happens to be the closest hospital available if the one injured can hold on a little longer I recommend getting them to somewhere else whom may actually deem them a priority. My loved ones were in a car accident and smashed into a building. One of them being a minor. They were dropped off to this facility where they had to wait in the emergency room for 6 hours. They were never seen, checked up on, or consulted prior to their arrival. Fatugued, hungry, and in pain they decided to leave. I spoke with 2 heads of this establishment both of which did not call me back as they claimed they would about this situation. If it were up to me I would desolve the entire staff and revoked their licenses to work in any form of publich or private health again for the sheer amount of unprofessionalism as those whom we as people put our lives in their hands to be taken care of. They completely failed their duties as doctors, nurses, managers, and additional staff.

Horrible. Broke my knee Thursday. Got there in EMS couldn't walk. Was supposed to have surgery Friday but didn't have parts for it I'm house. Rescheduled to Monday. Come in and none of my info was saved. No aftercare was set up. Called my insurance company while sitting .....don't come to this hospital. Period.

Iโ€™m just simply disappointed in the fact that my brother was a patient there for two weeks and be discharged without discharge orders. I have to now scrabble around to see whom I should be making his next. I just canโ€™t imagine whatโ€™s next. I pray it wonโ€™t be a next time. Steer clear from this hospital PLEASE unless itโ€™s a true 911 situation that canโ€™t be helped. Itโ€™s not guaranteed whatโ€™s next or if your loved one would get the appropriate care.

I have been calling to check on my mom in the er and the phone would just ring. That is very unprofessional. And her blood sugar was 215 and her bp was high as well. She has been in the er for almost 2 days and she still does not have a room.

My review does not change but I must recognize Tianna, the visiting nurse. She was amazing. She does her job fantastic. She was from Brownstown. My mom was not laying around soiled. I felt relief. The maintenance guy Duane was very personable and cleaned my moms rooms very nicely. As far as the others, thumbs down.

Clean, modern, fast, efficient, and friendly. Going to the ER always sucks, but it sucked a lot less at Sinai-Grace.
