I came to Pet Care Clinic because the price was right, I needed care for my animals, and it has been especially difficult to find vets willing to take new patients. Unfortunately, I’m going to have to find somewhere else because I am just not happy with the care that has been given to my pets on our last four visits. The signs were on the wall from the very beginning, after all The American Veterinary Medical Association advises against cat declaw while Pet Care Clinic offers special coupons to disfigure your cat. But like I said, times are tough and I was willing to overlook it However, after four visits to this place for 2 pets, I had never even met the vet. I understand that some visits can be handled by a vet tech, but as I finally found out after asking, you can’t even meet the veterinarian at Pet Care Clinic without an added fee to your bill. Even if your animal is getting surgery! Dr Al? Who’s that? I don’t even know if the vet is a man or a woman. Your appointment will also be late, either by a lot or a whole lot. Oh, and when you try to ask questions, the vet techs absolutely will berate you while whispering loudly behind their paper thin walls. Pet Care Clinic, I anxiously await your “rebuttal” based on previous answers, where you’ll try to call me out and make me look like I just don’t understand how animal care works. Everyone else, RUN don’t walk away from Pet Care Clinic! Updated to add: This business has responded to my review, as I expected. What I didn’t expect is that they would respond with blatant lies. Look, you work hard for your money, and unless you are absolutely desperate I beg you to go to any other vet. This is just one Google review, but is your pet really safe in the hands of someone who will literally just make up a story? Are they really safe in a place that remains dirty in spite of a cleaning regimen that uses so much fabuloso the smell of lavender will cling to your poor pets’ fur for hours? Can you trust a clinic that makes it so hard to find out who is caring for your animals? Dr. Whoever isn’t even found on Pet Care Clinic’s website, and that speaks for itself.

First I have to say I left my vet after nine years. It was a easy decision. when my pets well being was not taken seriously. I tried another at the encouragement of a family member we weren't a good fit. My dogs needed vaccines heartworm, flea and tick prevention. A friend suggested Pet Care Clinic. I called got a appointment quickly. They took great care of my boys. First vet my rescue an English Bulldog was relaxed at. Took the time to talk with us and show me how to clean his ears. I love when someone is honest with me. She told me I wasn't cleaning them and took the time to show me. Which we did when we got home and it went great. The Vet also took the time to talk with us. If your looking for great Vet Tech which we had and Vet I would highly recommend Pet Care Clinic. I will definitely be returning. I'd also like to say Thank you for a quick appointment and great service! Also great hours for working Pet Parents!

I give it 5 stars cause everyone in the office is just so pleasant and friendly especially with how busy they are. You can’t beat their prices. I’m only on my second year of coming here but never had a bad experience yet. The only negative thing I have to really say and isn’t that bad is you have to wait in your car. (Only reason it’s negative is because gas is so high).

Staff is always friendly and they genuinely care about your furry family member! Kitty Kitty gives them 4 paws up! 🐾

Do have a huge concern about this place and never seeing the Vetrinarian!! Why would you not want to see the people that are PAYING YOU TO BRING THEIR ANIMALS TO SEE AND TRUST YOU???? Now after my dope came down with bordatella after "being vaccinated TWICE.. I really question if he really was vaccinated! Switching Vets after having to take my dog to animal hospital this past weekend and $200 later!!

We take our two cats here when they are sick and for their standard annual visits. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Dr. Al-Janabi is extremely knowledgeable and answers all my questions when I bring my boys in. I highly recommend this office.

great vet, doctor and vet assistants are friendly and informative. 3 stars because appointment times and procedures seem to always overlap. you’ll make an appointment but still be waiting for at least 30 minutes after your scheduled appointment time before you can enter.

I've had a horrible experience in my past with caring for my animals which are my fur babies and coming here the staff is amazing they really do care about the animals everybody is great they'll do their very best even in the very worst situation I won't take my babies anywhere else Dr Al Janabi is very knowledgeable and will explain everything very honest and helpful.

Update: Scheduled an appointment to have my elderly dog euthanized, after checking in and waiting a half an hour I get a call letting me know they can not see my dog because I "had a problem with the time frames last time and got in one of the worker's face." I find that odd considering in my initial review I stated "The staff was nice..." but I for sure had a problem with the long wait. They seem decent but they waste a lot of your time so just be ready for that. Original Review: I had an appointment for 4:30p, finally got in to a room at 5:10p and didn't leave till 6:10p. Vet forgot to proscribe the wormer I specifically went in for so I had to ask for it at check out. They came up with an estimate for almost $1000 of meds and testing, I paid $175 for what I did decide to get ($35 to talk to vet and the rest in medications/vaccination. I am not sure how this compares to other vets but it felt expensive... I should have just gone to the pet store for all the suggested medications. Literally the rabbies shot was the only thing I could not get at Pet Co. Staff was nice and the facility was clean from what little of it I saw.

Could not be more upset, as I just got 2 birds, one has been sick for 2 weeks now because they have to book appointments out, I called around to 3 different clinics to see which one accepts birds (common sense) and I booked an appointment at this clinic after the receptionist told me they take care of birds (obviously they would need to know the kind of animal if they are making an appointment anyway) so I rush out of work, get the birds, rush to the clinic, for them to tell me sorry, they don’t see birds (as they are looking at my name setup for a vet visit) totally wasted my time, and it’s even more frustrating when you have a sickly animal, so now I have to wait another month.

This is a wonderful clinic! The staff was super nice and helpful and the Decorations are extravagant! The doctor was very nice and gave me all the information I needed for my dog and was super patient with me. Very reasonable prices and very helpful service. Definitely recommend this place, 10/10!!

They were very friendly. I would have gave 5 stars but they didn't call next day after my dog got spayed to see if she was ok....

I recently rescued 3 feral kittens. Their eyes were crusted shut. They had fleas, ear mites, were under weight, and most likely had worms. I brought them to the Pet Care Clinic. I had no problem getting an appointment in just a few days. We were taken straight back to a room. The office was clean and nicely decorated. It did smell of animals... to be expected. I was impressed that the veterinarian got down on the floor to examen the energetic little fur babies. The vet tech was awesome. The meds were expensive, but then they are everywhere. The cost of the exam itself was very reasonable. I would absolutely go back and recommend Pet Care Clinic to others. *****Thank you to ALL of the staff for taking great care of these feral kittens. 🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛

Third visit now. 3 fur babies. First visit was a general check up for my kitten. Doc was great and thorough! Second time, i went for my new kitten(tiny fella) who jumped and injured his front leg of which he cant move. The doctor was extremely thorough in his exam. He explained every little detail to me. The exam is a very good price. I will be honest and say that the waits are a little long and the work he might need if not healed in 2 weeks are a little pricy. But if you love your pets and you want them in safe hands i would definitely pay more and take them here. Special thanks to DANI for third visit!! I went in being extremely anxious. She could tell from the look on my face. I had not slept in days. Right away she calmed me down and talked me though the entire process. She was extremley calm and thoughtful and freindly. Even my anxious fur baby was so calm with her. I left from there and had the best night of sleep knowing my little fur babies would be ok. I cant thank you enough 🙏. Thank you so much Doctor and staff ( And Dani) for making my beloved fur babies and I, feel safe and comfortable and providing the best care possible!!! I will always be coming back 🙂 🙏🙏 ❤❤

I loved this place. They had cute kitties to watch while waiting for our kitty to be picked up for his nueter. They are very sweet over here. Would recommend
