People at the front desk are too busy talking among themselves they’re not paying attention to members . What’s the point of saying hi or see ya later when we are already half way out the door , pay attention to your surroundings. Just not a friendly environment, super fake! Their personal training is such a scam! Don’t invest your money with this club either. Just because you passed your Canfit pro test with GoodLife doesn’t mean you’re a qualified trainer from your few hour of classes! I rather be with someone with personal experience that shows your into your job and are fit and have education . Trainers who sit on other machines while their client is working out, other people would like to use that machine! Showers are all gross. They don’t clean the shower heads , always clumps of hair in them. Just gross Shauna is always down! Why spend 80$+ a month when nothing ever works

Switched to this gym last January and haven't looked.back. It's clean, I rarely if ever wait for machines and there is tons of equipment. Natalie did my orientation and she is great, always helpful and friendly. I highly recommend taking the boxing class with Brian if you want a really good sweat.

Great place to workout but the front desk could use a better staff. I was greeted by a rather rude employee who was obviously not in a good mood yesterday. I was there was for day pass, if anything I should have experienced a welcoming vibe instead I sensed apathy and plain rudeness at times. It was a weird start to an amazing workout.

I can't say enough great things about my personal trainer Amanda Kerr. Since day one, I immediately felt a great connection to her and she has been a fantastic trainer. She is patient and has taken her time to get to know me and my goals. Not only is she an excellent trainer and knows her way around a gym, she also has given me a nutrition plan to follow and keeps me motivated. Her advice and techniques are unmatched and will stick with me. I Also want to give a shout out the employees at the Goodlife gym on Dougall! Everyone is super friendly and the facility is always clean. Great place to workout.

Went to this location and has a lot of equipment. Definitely diverse fairly Small has a pool and saunas! cleanliness is definitely up there so I appreciate that. My only issue with this facility is the biweekly charges to your bank account very high on the minimum you’re paying $80 a month !! Plus a one time application fee and it just gets higher from there. They do try to pull you in by saying they’re giving you a free application fee but the way it’s set up its all is calculated equally across-the-board waviers of fee comes when you move up to the 100$ a month membership but genuinely balances out, costing you to move up and if you’re not using those classes exactly that they entice you to get than it’s not worth it !!! pay the application fee and move on !! you’re paying regardless!! the pro I guess is that you’re not obligated to be in a contract, if you buy your first month and decide that you no longer want to be a part of the facility, you can shut your contract down no issues…. Plus if it’s within the first 10 days goodlife fitness will give you your full refund no questions asked ! GoodLife Fitness has increased their cost significantly over the last few years especially gouged after Covid and certainly tried to during! They shut down the women’s facility on Ouellette Avenue which really sucks because it took away from a location that was centre of our city. Now everywhere you have to drive out to Tecumseh, East side & south Windsor ….. ughhh !

I know that everyone knows that Jessica is amazing! And anyone who knows knows how much I absolutely do not like (and, in fact, actively avoid!) classes, but Jessica is unbelievably phenomenal!!! She made me feel so comfortable being new and unable to do everything! There were a few of us new to BodyPump (and just classes in general), but she took the time to make sure we were all set up properly for success! All of the staff and instructors, from the manager, Julia, all the way down, are absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! They exemplify not only fitness, but customer service! It truly is no wonder why GoodLife Dougall and Cabana is one of a handful of Performance and flagship clubs within the industry! Kudos to you, Julia and staff, for providing us with the fitness experience that you do!

Decided to join Goodlife in March 2023, and it's been one of the best decisions I've made so far this year. I had very little experience with working out, so I signed up for some personal training with Amanda Kerr. She is an amazing trainer! She is always so positive and encouraging, and helps motivate me to give my all to my workouts. She always keeps my goals in mind when developing different workouts, and she has also helped me learn to make better nutritional choices. I'd recommend her to anyone looking to make some positive changes in their exercise and nutritional habits! I've seen amazing results in a month, and am already dropping pant sizes!

If I can give 0star,will definitely give 0. Because such has gender discrimination,we cannot feel saftey and privacy here! There front desk manager Dylan has bias, and we exprienced descrimination in this goodlife club!We will definitely return the club membership. and will not recommend this place to anyone!

I’ve been to almost every gym in Windsor and Tecumseh and this GoodLife location is my favourite! Even though the biweekly fees are higher than the other gyms, it’s 100% worth it. They have the best staff, best equipment, best environment, and best amenities.

Good Afternoon. I have rejoined this gym years after leaving and I am so glad I did. Goodlife Dougall is so surprisingly wonderful. I had gotten timid over the years and the staff alone have made me so comfortable by their genuinely kind greetings, it sets the tone for my workout and gotten me out of my bubble. Kyle, Nick, Rachael, Sherri, Dylan and Victoria, are truly kind hearted people who do their jobs well and efficiently. The Gym: if something breaks, they fix it promptly. Its clean, and well organized. The renovations are beautiful and very spa like atmosphere. The pool liner is spotless, and changing rooms are clean, well maintained. Everyone does their jobs and well at that. If you put in the time, there is an excellent sense of community here. Warm, welcoming, clean and friendly. Best decision I've made since coming back. Huge difference since when they first bough lifestyles. Sherri is one of the most remarkable women I've met. Im so happy to come here daily. Makes my day.

Good life fitness is a fantastic gym place in Windsor. I have been to the Dougal place several times. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Has numerous equipment and many programs that will meet your need. There is a warm indoor swimming pool as well. Though, it is a bit expensive, I will still recommend it anyway.

I have been training with Amanda Kerr for a couple months now! Amanda is an exceptional trainer! Amanda has made me feel since day one that her main goal is to help me achieve my goals and be there to help me every step of the way! She always listens to what I enjoy to do in the gym and insuring I am always reaching my goals and improving in my fitness journey! Amanda has pushed me to become the best I can be in the gym, and show me what I am capable of. Amanda has made me enjoy coming to goodlife and helps guide me in the right direction, both with fitness and nutrition! I would highly recommend Amanda for anyone looking for a personal trainer!

I can wholeheartedly recommend Amanda Kerr as a personal trainer. I'm sure she is effective with more advanced folks, but for a beginner like me, she was absolutely perfect. She listens and shaped my training around my priorities and needs. I'm a woman in my sixties and new to gym culture. She took away all feeling of intimidation and made me feel at home in the gym. Her gentle guidance and encouragement were exactly what I needed.

Great gym, I used to frequent when I lived in Windsor. I cant justify the $20+ drop-in fee when I come into town for a visit though. They need a punch pass or something thats a slight discount on the exorbitant drop in fee as its very uneconomical to pay if youre an everyday gym rat like myself.

I was in last Sat (Sept 9th) and was at the front desk writing a note for my trainer, when Julia came by said "hello". I was concentrating on what I was writing, when she decided it was appropriate to smack the desk in front of me multiple times and in a rather sassy tone say "hellloooo". I was shocked by her audacity and replied with a firm "yeah, hi". I am disgusted that this behaviour is allowed to occur within your club. Let alone by someone in a managerial position of power. I was extremely fragile that day (a close family member had passed unexpectedly), I did not need nor deserve to be treated with such lack of respect. Is this the behaviour goodlife strides for with its employees?

I have going to Regymen at Dougall since the pandemic and it has been the best workout for all aspects of fitness whether it be for cardio, strength, power or just sweat. I enjoy the variety and combinations of equipment used in the classes and the length of time within each workout room. I love the box class the most with its real punching bags and drills. The coaches are also so motivating and continuously strive to better our technique keep us working hard to the end. I will continue to be a disrupter with these workouts and continues to challenge me an up my fitness gains.

I love my Dougall GoodLife! Some of the reasons I love it; the friendly staff that greet you as you walk in the door, the Les Mills classes, the phenomenal instructors, the cleanliness, and let’s not forget … Regymen! (The best program out there!)

No better place for a good workout, and I hear Mark Guarini is coming to offer training here. Find him before his schedule explodes, that guy is a regional phenomenon. My strength grew threefold under his training program—he's knowledgeable and laid-back, works smart to prevent injury and improve mobility while absolutely killing it. Good luck!

Awesome gym - the pool is always clean. My favorite place to swim lengths during the non-outdoor swimming season. I love that the pool is open 24/7, not all 24 hour places keep the pool open. I wish they had evening aquafit classes!

I am speechless when it comes to Goodlife on Dougall. It has been my home for so many years, but the pandemic came in the way. I was terrified of going back after three years of being absent, and who I am today with the help of the phenomenal team, the heart and the incomparable spirit, I am back!! I owe my life to Julia and Jessica who reached out to me on the Facebook page after they noticed my activity but my absence as well. Julia invited me to just come in and she will make this happen and so she did. I Phenomenal part of the celebration literally that I had as I walked in that door. I saw Natalie in Jessica, Julia, and then the entire team as they welcomed back and told me how much I’m missed. Even better, I met the most adorable person you could ever meet and someone who is extremely understanding and so so far from judgment, Victoria. Victoria is currently helping me and my body remember what the heck I did a few years back as I completely forgot. But she’s helping me with getting my confidence and literally tying a plan to my current and future goals to get me back on my health needs and goals. The amount of laughter and joy that I have that with Victoria specifically and with the entire team generally makes me want to go back every single day. I will reach that goal one day. I know that with their help. Thank you to the beautiful souls of Julia, Jessica, Victoria, Natalie, and the entire team for making me feel alive again and being back at home.

I started Regymen at GoodLife Fitness 15 months ago.  I liked the organized workouts and hands-on coaching that pushed me to do fitness routines I avoided in the past. Regymen is High Intensity Interval Training that combines lifting, running, skiing, boxing, lunging, cycling, squatting, slamming, and stretching... all in one. I was 64 years old when I started, and already in good shape.  I said to the Head Coach, "I'm older than everybody else.  At my age, I'm not trying to get better.  I'm just trying not to get worse." But I have gotten better.  Much better. My goal for 2024 is to run the mile in 6 and a half minutes, which is my age (my best is 7:15 right now).  I don't think anyone else in the Club can run their age (young people have no chance. Lol!). If i don't make it, I'll keep trying at least until I'm 90.  A 9-minute mile at 90 should be a piece of cake. I love Regymen.  I go practically everyday (sometimes twice a day).  Along with a friend, I set a record, in November, of 50 Regymen classes in one month. Thanks GoodLife, and thanks to the great coaches, the Fab 5: Kevin, Karen, Jess, Brian, Portiarain; and the 2 Newbies, Shaylene and Abeer. (Photo below from Regymen All-Star Week - the best week of the year).

I looooove the Dougall location! So much to offer. Sauna, steam room, recovery room, but best of all… Regymen! The regymen workouts are awesome but the coaches really make it worth it. They are all so energetic and positive. Shout out to Karen! She was the first coach I was trained by and she kept me coming back time and time again. They really know how to make you feel welcomed there.

I’m from out of town and always make a point to visit this GoodLife while in Windsor. Huge facility, very clean, and great extras like the pool, rock climbing wall, and steam room. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

All the staff were super nice and welcoming ! Jillian gave me a great tour of the gym and answered any and all questions I had. She was also great about introducing me to all the staff we passed as we did our tour! Highly recommend this gym and Jillian as someone to help me learn my way around the gym!

Great gym, it is crazy clean all the time. It is a large gym with essentially everything you need and the staff is very kind, shoutout to Josiah especially - willing to help, knowledgeable on dieting/planning, and makes the environment comforting. This is the reason I continue to stay with this gym.

My boyfriend and I went in to get memberships and were very pleased with the service. We received a full detailed tour and lots of helpful information. The sales associate/assistant manager Jazmine was super helpful and extremely enthusiastic about the gym. We look forward to going to the gym and recommending friends and family.

My personal training experience with Christian Mannina from Goodlife has been amazing so far. The guy is an absolute legend - He's smart, friendly, super fit, and knows the ins of outs of his industry. In our first session, he very clearly factored in my body weight/type, level of fitness, and fitness goals to tailor a specialized program for me. There was no "template" or "cookie cutter" process he applied. I'd highly recommend him if you need a PT!

I think this Goodlife has some of the best staff. Ladies in the morning greet you with a smile. Coach Jess, Joliene, Vanessa, & Karen are all amazing. Always engaging with you to keep you motivated. I hear from other new members this is the main reason why they picked this gym over others.

  • 5/5 Patrick B. 1 year ago on Google
Wide open gym with a great assortment of equipment making this a gym for most kinds of training. The renovations made during covid have vastly improved the experience of working out at this gym

Great amenities! Great customer service, the lady at the front desk was helpful and informative (I was visiting Windsor for work and wanted to workout). My only recommendation would be to the manager to fix the gps location of the gym because it was taking me to the intersection haha

I went in for a consultation and I met Carly. She was absolutely amazing she got me excited about wanting to pursue a healthier lifestyle. She introduced me to the personal training program that they have a good life and we picked in the program the best suited me. That’s where I met my personal trainer Oliwa! She’s changed my life she always goes above and beyond for me. She always does her best to work around my busy schedule to make sure that I get my workouts in! When I go to the gym myself and I don’t have sessions booked, The staff are always friendly and helpful. The staff member who’s particularly very helpful is Simao he’s kind a is already to help.

I've been working with Latoya Pinder for the past year, and I couldn't be happier with the progress I've made. She is incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging, and supportive, and she has helped me to set and achieve my fitness goals in a safe and sustainable way. Latoya is always well-prepared for our sessions. She pays close attention to my form and technique, and she is quick to correct me if I'm doing something wrong. She also provides helpful feedback and advice on stretching and recovery, which has been a game-changer for me. But what sets Latoya apart is her positivity and enthusiasm. She genuinely cares about her client's well-being and success, and she is always cheering me on and pushing me to do my best. She has created a fun and supportive training environment, and I always leave our sessions feeling energized and accomplished. Overall, I would highly recommend Latoya and or Goodlife to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, supportive, and effective personal trainer. She has truly transformed my fitness journey, and I'm grateful to have been training with her. On the other hand, Victoria (fitness manager) is an awesome lady who is always helpful and provides any assistance that you may need to be successful.

The staff are absolutely amazing ! Super helpful as this isn't my regular club I attend. The gym is beautiful, however, the equipment in the women's only room needs some tune ups. Quite a few of the machines make loud banging or clicking noises, which makes me a little nervous while using them. Aside from that, super clean, and once again the staff are super helpful!

  • 5/5 John S. 9 months ago on Google
Great clean facility along with some exceptional friendly staff. I would have given 4/5 stars but with an EXTRA shout out to Kristi who always has a smile on her face and a willingness to help, she gains the extra star making it 5/5.

First day back in the gym for awhile and the staff made it very easy to come back! It was my first time seeing the club since it was renovated. A job very well done! There are so many activities to try. I'm excited to get back into the groove.

I love this gym! What I really love is my aquafit and Low Impact Chair aerobics Instructor, Karen Richard's...this girl can push you to be your best, knows your limits for weights, always, always watching her audience for proper technique. You are paying a gym membership for a reason..to be strong, stay healthy in mind, body and soul. Karen greets everyone in the room or pool with a smile, her motivation for working hard is what Ineed and her exercise knowledge is so important for me to be able to continue into my senior years and to not hurt myself . Her Playlists are super cool too!😁

I joined Goodlife approximately 9 years ago. The first class I ever took was RPM with Karen Richards. She is truly a Goodlife ambassador. She welcomed me into the class with open arms and continued to do so in every class thereafter. I have followed Karen from location to location and class to class through the years because of her kindness and her utmost dedication and passion for physical fitness. Kudos to Goodlife and Karen for all you do!!

Kristi Provost, Water aerobics class. She really takes the time to get to know you and understand your personal goals. Kristi followers our lead with letting us go at our own pace and has demonstrating a great deal of patience. Her music has been picked from our likes which shows respect for the client. Proper form is a must for me and she focus on form and technique which impressed me. She has notices how I am moving and gives lots of corrections, feedback and praise. Thank you! Overall my water aerobics classes are fun through water fitness, laughter and plenty of positive reinforcement. But most of all, we have a great time together which make the 45 minute sessions go by quickly.

I’ve been training at Regymen (Dougal/Windsor) for 7 months now and the program has completely transformed every aspect of my life. Regymen is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) that will challenge you to give an all-out effort. The Dougal/Windsor location has a team of high caliber trainers. Karen Richards, a Regymen coach, is one of the most experienced and committed trainers around. Whenever Karen is coaching, she makes it feel like a personal one-on-one session for every member. Karen is motivated, dedicated and focused on helping everyone achieve their personal goals. She is truly an inspiration and world class instructor. I highly recommend the Regymen program as it is life changing and will propel every aspect of your well-being.

As someone who regularly attends Regymen classes, I have been absolutely thrilled with the experience! From start to finish, these classes exceeded my expectations in every way possible. The instructors are not only knowledgeable and skilled, but they also radiate enthusiasm and positivity, which creates an incredibly motivating atmosphere. Their ability to guide us through the workout while keeping our energy levels up is truly commendable. What sets Regymen apart is its well-rounded approach to fitness. The combination of cardiovascular exercises, strength training, and functional movements left me feeling like I had engaged every muscle group in my body. It's a total-body workout that caters to individuals of all fitness levels, allowing each participant to challenge themselves at their own pace. The variety within each class is another highlight. Every session brings a new set of exercises and challenges, which not only keeps things exciting but also prevents monotony. The camaraderie among fellow participants is infectious. I've made new friends and found myself looking forward to each class not just for the workout, but for the sense of belonging it provides. I can't recommend the Regymen class enough. It's an invigorating, challenging, and fun experience that will leave you feeling empowered and accomplished. Kudos to GoodLife for delivering an exceptional fitness program that truly makes a positive impact!
