the only reason im at this gym is the price other than that it is very unclean, the weights are never in order, none of the staff seem to be trained to do anything but mop and stand around and on top of that i upgraded to a black card so i could use more equipment and was told 5 business days it would allow me access to the entire gym and its been 2 weeks and no access to the entire gym just the for less area im canceling my upgrade tomorrow and as soon as i find a better gym im out. very unsatisfied with this gym.

Me and my partner have been going to this gym for about 3 months now, it is fine for ourselves however most staff do not create a welcoming environment, never saying hello or goodbye. Much to our surprise and disgust, in the upstairs workout area today, an elderly lady who disclosed she was almost 80, asked my boyfriend to teach her how to work the treadmill and the bike machine. She told him that she asked for help downstairs and was told someone would help her upstairs, where there are never any staff? After he was finished helping, which took all of 5 minutes, we went downstairs to complain as paying customers shouldn’t have to help but moreover, staff should have the common decency to help an elderly woman, and anyone for that matter who has questions about the machines. The staff member at the front, Robert lll, seemed very uncomfortable when we asked to speak with the manager. He informed us she wasn’t there at the moment. We proceeded to tell him the situation in which he responded “we don’t do that here”, assuming that she was asking for personal training, when it was her first time here and just needed some assistance. He seemed very dismissive of the situation, asked when the lady was here and when we told him it was just 5 minutes ago, he said only him and his manager would have been at the front desk. If you’re looking for a gym that’s able to help with the most basic of tasks or answering simple questions about machines on their first day at the gym, don’t go here. Clearly no regard for safety or compassion.

Service was disappointing. Robert III (front desk) comes across as rude and impolite. He needs to work on his attitude or work in an environment where he doesn't have to interact with people. Also hope someone can learn from my mistake; there is a 30 day cancellation policy and if you want to contact a superior to dispute a charge, they have it so that you are unable to reach them.

I’ve been going to a fancy gym in the US and today I checked this out. These are my first impressions Pros Enough parking Spacious gym floor Enough equipment Not crowded Cons Half of the equipment are old school and worn out. Not in great shape and I couldn’t figure most of them No space for ground exercises. No open floor. No turf Many common modern equipment are not present. Many dudes are working out without shirt Overall ambiance is not exciting and friendly Equipment are placed not in the best convenient way.

Gym is ok. But multiple pieces of equipment are not fit to be used. Like the 4 treadmills that will just randomly stop without warning saying check speed system. I have shown 2 staff members this and nothing gets done. So now when I come I watch for people about to use them and tell them not too. Not much care for safety here.

Great value. Plenty of leg press machines. It is the best Fit4Less location in Windsor based on size, location and variety of machines. This location also has full locker rooms with showers and sauna. I see a lot of reviews complaining about the smell. Makes me want to finish my workout quicker tbh. This is not one of those boutique gyms.

Doesn't like the person at front desk , I have been member to fit4less from last 3 years and never had bad experience, as I moved recently from st catharines, and I asked Robert to show me around , he started pointing things lol that's not why they pay you mate.... work on ethics you deserve somewhere else then

Staff at this location need a refresher in basic customer service. Rude and lazy, never at front counter when you need them. Can't even use proper phone manners or be friendly when calling. Most F4L gyms are decent but this staff and location are making me cancel my membership. Honestly a run down s***hole.

As soon as they asked for a void cheque and my banking information, I turned and walked out. You don't need that for a gym membership. Also, if you want more people to join, I would get rid of the tall older gentleman who greets customers at the door.

Horrible customer service. Went into tan and they told me I need goggles and that they sell them there. I said OK cool I’ll buy some and they took them out and then told me that they could not sell them to me because they already shut the machine off for the day and didn’t want to turn it back on. So I couldn’t tan because somebody was lazy.

I have been to Fit4less all over ontario. This is by fair the best one. Loads of machines you don't normally see in a fit4less. If you're local to the area, it's a great bang for your buck.

What a fantastic place when your nervous starting. I have been going for 3 weeks and love it. Staff there are amazing Tiffany Sabrina and Reese are a few I met and so wonderful all of them. Thank you for making an older woman feel good.

Great gym for the price. Wish there was an open floor area for mats and ground workout. Its very limited.

I already have a membership and I went to purchase tanning goggles (required)and they wouldn’t accept cash. I didn’t bring my debit or credit card with me so I was discriminated against and turned away for having cash. If you are allowing people with no masks to breathe on each other in a gym you can’t say that you aren’t accepting cash because of Covid. You are just lazy . Poorly run company with rude staff.

Fair prices, staff are nice and welcoming. If you get the black membership, you get access to the entire gym which is really spacious and has plenty of equipment. Lots of squat racks, benches, leg presses, etc. The only thing is there's just 1 hip thrust machine and the smith machines don't go low enough to hip thrust on them.

Right place, right value, right location. It all fits nicely😃 A welcoming gym for any age without the pretentiousness. Variety of workout equipment, clean and airy.

Arguably the best gym for the price in the city of Windsor. Likely also one of, if not the best Fit4less in the country because of it's size, equipment/free weight variety and amenities offered that aren't found at most Fit4less gyms (showers, full size change rooms, saunas, water fountains, tanning, massage beds, running track etc) While most amenities are only available during staffed hours (before 930pm weekdays & 330pm weekends and staffed holidays) the gym itself has 24 hour access every day of the year and the black card can be shared with friends and family when you aren't working out. Staff is friendly and the gym is as clean as one could reasonably expect with roughly 8 hours a day being unstaffed. Would definitely recommend this gym to most people.

Nice sized gym that isn’t too overcrowded regardless of the time you show up at. A few machines I would prefer aren’t here but other than that, perfect gym.

I would have given easy 5 stars if their mens showers had any privacy. as they have no door or even curtains to split between each shower. so if you don't mind about showers the gym has a good membership price and really good equipments

Decent gym and clean. Can get very busy. Try to go at off peak hours and it's much less crowded.

Good gym for students living near University. So much crowd since it is in heart of Windsor. It has all required machines and weights.

Great overall gym, love the variety of equipment, great assortment of dumbbells, great vibe, very motivational. only real complaint would be the bathroom stalls are so tiny...Im a small girl and I can barely fit in them...I feel so bad for anyone else

Went to check out the facility and the equipment the other day. While they do have a good selection, the atmosphere is uninviting, the interior looking/feeling almost like prison. Would stay away from this gym

The gym is a solid 4 stars. I'm actually rating the locker room. It's absolutely disgusting. Urinals are always dirty, pee is usually all over the floors around the Urinals, and the toilets in the stalls are a on the same level.

Worst gym in Windsor! Absolute garbage. Weights all over the floor, very dirty. Slippery floor. Washrooms super dirty.

Very packed gym , the workers also don't work besides greeting you at the gym. Been to many gyms and the workers are always cleaning things up and reorganizing the weights At fit4less you never see them do anything.
