I love going for my gym club GoodLife by Tecumseh Mall . Nice , clean , spacious, well maintained and organized Staff are friendly and accommodating. Attended fusion hot yoga last Monday . Our instructress , Jeannette, super . Fusion hot yoga is challenging, I made it . Thanks Jeanette. She explained well every moves.

This place is amazing! The people there are very friendly and very accommodating! Very eager to help and even offered me a tour of the facility! I had my first Zumba class ever and boy did I love it!! Can't wait to do the body step class on Wednesday and of course the aqua fit classes make it a place that I prefer over all others!! The whole gym is very clean and well-kept and smiles all around the place from all the employees and trainers! Thank you guys...for all you do for people like me!!

I just started going to this GoodLife again after a 5 year hiatus. I’m so glad I decided to give them a try again. The overall vibe of the gym is uplifting and positive. It’s been a comfortable transition back to the gym. From the front desk, to the trainers and class instructors everyone has been welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend giving them a try.

Best gym in town by a mile with amazing amenities. Kali at the front desk should be the go to person to deal with as she made transition to the gym flawless and very informative.

The staff at this location are amazing. Always making You feel welcome. Moe since my first day at the gym has really went out of his way to make me smile even when I having a bad day. He takes the time to learn people’s names which must be really hard with the amount of people he sees in one day. Go Moe you Rock!

Bunch of high school kids running the place now. Hard to get a welcome or goodbye when entering/exiting. Multiple times 2-3 people at the front desk having their own little conversation with zero acknowledgment to members. What happened to customer service?

Excellent variety of machines, plentiful and clean amenities; friendly staff. I have the "ultimate" price package and it is an INCREDIBLE value for the amount of amenities that are included ,not to mention it is 24 hours. Highly recommend this location !

The tecumseh mall location is easily the best Goodlife in town. The gym is clean and has everything youll need for your workout goals, and the staff there is amazing and is caring to the members. Much love to the crew there, love them all <3

I had a terrible experience at this gym. I have been a member for 18 years never had any complients when i filed a complaint about another new member that was acting out playing music on a speaker video taping in the changerooms i was shruged off by the front desk employee when comaplaing to mangement i was treated rudely after this issue i. Believe the member was banned i was harrased given bad looks by the past members friends i was approched and talked to rudly by a member and him trying to rip a barbell out of my hand droping it on my foot injuring me i then told the front desk worker she was unprofessional not taking it serious asking if i need cpr for a foot injury i filed another complaint reguarding this incident the manger. The manger julie Was rude again on the phone not letting me talk when explaining im being targeted by the friends of the banned member and them knowing i filed a confidentiel conplaint i was told its untrue i was asking what i would want to do about the member injuring me instead of normal sympathy and a manger stating what they can do i then complained about the front desk employee being unprofessional not working and hanging out with a group of people laughing about this situation that are again friends with the past two members i was then banned a week later for 3 months for leaving weights around which i didnt and. Was told i had multple complients and was given a final warning which i wasnt It suprising harsh as i had no incidents in 18 years of being a member im am very upset and saddened with a ban that was in my opinion targeted beacuse of my past complients on a member and employee terrible experience . i workout as it benifits my physical and mental health and i have trained for a upcoming marathon and competive sports im involved in and this whole not doing so will effect me I also have a sour taste and dont think ill ever feel the same way about Goodlife fitness as I always thought they cared about members but the way I was treated is awful

Visited your Tecumseh location this evening and very disappointed that the air conditioning was not working. As soon as I made my way up the stairs the odour of sweat almost knocked me off my feet! I later found out that this has been going on for the past 2 weeks! Considering the price you charge for membership - this is unacceptable! Grateful that I will be returning back to my home location in Burnaby BC very soon and will not have to endure these substandard conditions! Do better GoodLife!

Good life literally saved my life a few years ago ! I joined in Kitchener, ON and I lost more than 50 lbs. that was weighing too heavy on me ! I could not bend down to tie up my shoes without trouble breathing ! Again, I am reaching out to Good life here in Windsor, Tecumseh Mall to bring my body back to life ! I foresee an amazing transformation in myself mind, body, & soul ! You ain't seen nothing yet ! both

very clean gym, all the staff are really nice and freindly, Mohammad at Goodlife corrected my form and showed me how to do tricep pushdowns. the pool is really big and clean, the gym has alot of great machines for every workout and has a boxing room.

Searched up gyms around my area and this was the best one. Has all the facilities , be it yoga , sauna , personal training. Also has a women only area as well.

It's too hot in there,they need better ventilation, personally,I like gyms with higher ceilings,no steam room at this location,but they have standing tanning and regular tanning beds and a pool.Equipments is decent.

I have a 3 day per week membership. It works well for me. They have all the physical training equipment you will need. I enjoy doing laps in their pool. People are friendly.

Good gym, pretty big. They have a pool, hot tub, dry sauna but no steam room. No entrance from within the mall but not too far around the corner and most importantly great staff.

I joined this gym a couple of months again and I’m so glad I did. From the first day I walked in the door the staff was incredible and they still are. They set a great atmosphere and that has made all the difference

I Absolutely Love GoodLife Tecumseh. ❤️ The group fitness studio is huge, so there is always plenty of space. Goodlife has the Best instructors in the Business. They are motivating, encouraging, fun filled people that make you want to keep going back. They are friends that eventually turn into Family. All the Staff are extremely welcoming. I wouldn't start my Day any other way!! It's a great way to make New Friends🥰 and get fit & healthy at the same time. Thank you GoodLife 💪❤️💪

Great value for my money!!! Classes are top notch and I have full use of 3 pools!! Many weights and machines for everyone if you're into creating your own workout! Love this gym, especially the women’s workout area. The only thing I’d change would be renovating the showers, that would make the gym essentially perfect.

Great location, lots of machines, very comfortable spacing of them too. Sauna and multiple pools. Staff are extremely friendly - will definitely return.

Closest GoodLife to me and happy about it! Great facility with everything you need. Moe and Laura is amazing at what they do and very friendly individuals. They’re very helpful so feel free to approach them with any questions or concerns and they will be more than happy to help you. I highly recommend this location!

Great people and a fantastic setting! The gym is really clean, has pretty much all the gym equipment you'd expect, and Moe provides really great customer service. They also have free parking, which is awesome. you are greeted with smiles and friendly faces the moment you walk in. One of the best gym I've ever been to.

I have been a Goodlife Tecumseh Mall member for years now. Great location and atmosphere, very spacious, and tons of amenities offered. The staff and instructors are always super friendly and accommodating! Love the Saturday morning cycling class with Karen! And shoutout to Moe and Maddie, you guys are awesome!

I have been a member with GoodLife Fitness since 2018, it’s my favourite gym in Windsor. The gym is very clean and staff are very friendly and nice. I started my “fitness starter” with Andrej, he was very understanding and helpful. Andrej gave me a better understanding of my fitness goals and helped me with my exercise program. I recommend GoodLife Fitness tecumseh mall for anyone looking to start their fitness journey.

My son and I were out fishing and we we were caught in in a horrible storm with lightning everywhere. My son and I were drenched in rain we were on foot , we were cold and we lost our shirts. The night staff came out as they only seen my 9 year old son and out of concern they invited us in to dry up. They offered towels and even gave us chocolate milk. The kindness is not lost on my son and I and the staff showed us that there really are kind people out there . It was a good lesson for my son and we are grateful for running to GoodLife. Running there was a stroke of luck. The big bald guy and fit girl behind the desk were beyond kind and helpful. Thank you guys . I may leave crunch fitness and get a membership at GoodLife . Thank you Laura and Moe !!!

The associates and staff’s back must hurt for carrying the title of ‘Best gym in Windsor’ haha - Such a clean, and friendly environment! From having associates remember your name, to great customer service, you can’t ask for anything better. So many amenities too! The massage chairs are so top tier, I will literally come in just use them.

I joined this gym a couple of months ago, i shopped around and came back to this one. I found them to be very inviting & personable than the other ones. The staff here are wonderful and encouraging. Great atmosphere and plenty of room to workout.

Signed up today and was given outstanding service from Muhammad. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The facilities, equipment, and change rooms seemed to be clean and in decent condition. Definitely look forward to spend my time here and hitting the pool.

I came here the other day because Crunch was too busy in hopes of just getting a day pass. I was shocked at the quality of the gym. Amazing and friendly staff, new equipment, TONS of weights like literally infinite, 2 pools, a hot tub, a sauna, new tanning beds, and most machines there are two of. I have been going for a week and have never had to wait for anything. There are 5 squat racks and about 5 benches. I signed up and cancelled my crunch membership the same night I got my day pass. So glad that I made the switch it’s so worth it. The pictures do not do this gym justice. Go for a day and you will see what I mean!

GoodLife is always a good place to be updated equipment and this facility has the 2 pools and actually kept their punching bags which is what drives me to go there as well as all the other features

I read the reviews and I agree with the cleanliness in general. However, the sinks in the women's bathroom on the second floor should be cleaner. The dirt around the taps is not very inviting. Other than that, this is a great gym.

Nice fitness equipment pool swimming is refreshing complete with some of Katy Perry’s songCalifornia staff manager is quite fit as physical fitness is important in a gym
