They need to work on their attitude in the lab and work on customer service.

Takes 3 to 4 months to see my doctor, when I make an appointment, and not answer there phones when you call, they use to be fast answering there calls but now you have to wait awhile before they answer. And doctors spend more time on the computer writing down what's wrong with you instead of talking directly with you , which is vary impolite I think.i don't recommend this place.i have been with this clinc for a long time they have changed alot .and not for the better. There are other things that I prefer not to put in the reviews that upsets me too, also had issues with the lab workers ,did blood work ,caused the area where they took blood to turn blue and vary soar. And not vary polite, at least the one that did my blood work.

By far the most efficient hospital I have ever been to.Andrea in ultrasound is so great and very friendly. I have always had trouble getting my blood drawn and get nausea and the ladies are always very sweet and understanding and try and distract me. The customer service here and bedside manners are outstanding! Today I got a ultrasound and blood work done in 30 minutes. Now no matter what I need to get done my family and myself always request to come here instead of other hospitals.

My appointment was 9/28 at 11:50am. I arrived at this clinic at 11:28am. I waited until 11:55am while I was area. A nurse came out. I thought that it was my turn at that moment. Suddenly a white female patient came from the frontal desk. The nurse took her in. I asked the nurse why and was told that it was scheduled as such. Scheduled as such? Then, I should have arrived at the clinic at 12:20pm and the frontal desk would schedule me to cut the line without waiting. If the frontal desk does not "schedule me as such", one explanation is that the skin color is a factor but I wish not. Then, the clinic should have developed a policy in this regard. I drove 50 minutes to the clinic and 50 minutes back plus 25 minutes waiting without getting the shot. Later, I tried to schedule and reschedule spending more than 2 hours including writing comments without being successful. My last phone call was on 10/1. I gave them my cell phone number, but no one called me back yet.

The only way to leave a review is to give a star well she doesn't deserve any star if you have to use the lab there don't let jeanette d do it she is very rude and yells at you and doesn't know how to do her job i would suggest she work where she doesn't have to deal with people

Henry Ford Health System is a joke. You no longer can even speak to your doctor's office, you have to leave a note with a central operator and they call you in 1-2 business days. Not being able to speak to a professional who knows your health chart until they find the time is a horrible system. I am also force to use their Health System due to my wife's insurance, we live in Monroe, have to travel to every doctor but yet can't even speak to them before hand. WHAT A JOKE!

I would give it five stars, but how often do you want to be at the doctor?

I've been a henry ford patient for 35 years. Unfortunately, this place has went downhill over the years. They no longer care about their patients, only money. I need to be seen for something that I communicated to the staff could be cancer which runs in my family. They refused to see me because i have a balance on my account. I will no longer be seeing any henry ford doctors and will take my family to Beaumont.

I been here a few time and never had a bad experience. I had surgery and as in another accident and needed to be checked out, the nurse took their time with me. I really appreciate how they went over and beyond to help me.

This er is very incompetent I got hit by a car walking across a street this evening. I went to this hospital to get checked out and to get scanned because I have vascular ehlers-danlos syndrome (fragile arteries and organs. ) I had a renal artery dissection just last fall too. I told them I needed a cta (CT scan wish contrast) to check for any ruptures or anything. They refused to give the scan with contrast . There's a high chance I might have to go to an emergency room if I have a rupture that they could have looked for and avoided. But now I just scared because I don't trust that hospital with my life. DON'T GO HERE!!!

I arrived at the WOODHAVEN HENRY FORD WALK IN CLINIC & was immediately greeted by the receptionist. She was very cheerful &, made the check in proceedure a pleasure. Within five minutes I had my vitals checked. Dr.Ross was the best. A very good place to go.

Was told I'd get a phone call for my results and never got one. Call the office three days later and was transferred to four different people, only to tell me the results take 5 to 10 minutes and should have been told before my visit was over. Oh, I also got my test results finally..

Went to the walk-in-clinic for the second time. Another great experience. Staff very friendly and professional informing me of every they were doing. Doctor was very professional yet warm and caring. I have made an appointment with a family Physician there after deciding to drop my past family physician.

Dr Al Ameen was on staff in the walk in clinic. He did not wash his hands when he entered the room. He basically rolled his eyes when I told him why I came in, did not check my lymph nodes or throat. He told me he was going to prescribe steroids. I informed him I was already on steroids (clearly on my med list) and he stated "well then you should be feeling better." He was quite dismissive, rude, condescending and unprofessional. I want my 20$ co pay back to pay for my primary I'll see to get proper care.

Henry Ford Medical Center on Allen Rd in Woodhaven. If you are looking for a good doctor don't get Sumaiya Islam, because she is an extraordinarily superior doctor. I'm 79 years old and I have had a lot of doctors. Dr Islam is unequivocally the best doctor I have ever had. For me her most important quality is that she truly listens. All the while you are talking, she gives you eye to eye contact. She is interested in what you are saying. She doesn't interrupt. I had seen her once in July 2020 and she remembered some comments I had made when I saw her for the second time in May 2021. She is intelligent. Although no one I had talked to had heard about my condition, PMR, she knew about it and how to treat it. Within a couple days of seeing her my life changed dramatically for the better. When I made an appointment in 2020 I had to wait 3 months to see her. It was well worth the wait.
