Still love this mall. I use to visit every weekend in high school. The mall still has some nice stores. The play area looks cool with a huge chess game. I always get a little sad when i pass by The old Disney store. The MAC counter is still awesome with great employees. Macy's is still one of my favorite stores. Manic is great. The mall is still clean and has a friendly atmosphere. Well lit, signs are still helpful and up to date. The parking lot is paved well and the parking structure is well lit at night. There's a gym located on the top floor. The food court is still well organized and offer many different selections. It is great to see this mall still flourishing after all these years and despite the closing of so many other malls...

Beautiful layout Handicap and stroller friendly Bunch of different brands and local shops including macys and JC penny Food court is decent with halal food option also available Restrooms 🚻 are mostly clean but rude people don’t leave any chance to mess em up Water coolers are placed for customers convenience. Definitely a good shopping place for Dearborn residents. One thing this mall is missing a play area for kids.

Women with children . Be aware!!. When you take your children to the bathroom especially at the food court there are predators waiting for you to send your children by themselves. One man came in the women's bathroom cause he thought my son was by himself but I was standing there . He couldn't see me because the wall was blocking me...Ladies and men with kids PLEASE BE AWARE. STAY SAFE!!

This mall is decent. JCPenney and Macy’s keep this mall going in my opinion. They have a Golds Gym and a good selection of other stores. Very clean and spacious. Not the most aesthetically pleasing but serves its purpose. You can choose from a few different food spots at the Food Court. Shoes , clothes, and entertainment at the AMC Movie Theater.

This was my first time going to this mall in Detroit. It's one of the nicest malls I've ever been in. It was quite empty for a Sunday afternoon. It's very clean inside. There are not too many options for food in the food court, but whatever is there is good. A few stores have closed down, but overall, it was very nice.

Nice environment at Fairlane Mall, had a particular amazing experience at Lovely Home Scents in front of Aldo Shoes. These people have the best quality body oils I’ve used in my 55 years of age; My wife and I are very pleased! We’ll definitely be back.

This mall is very very big and doesn’t look like you’re expecting much from the outside but once you walk in it is totally different. It’s so nice and clean and very very spacious. I give it a 10 out of 10. A lot of stores and places to go.

Not many nice, good stores here anymore unfortunately. The thing that was most disappointing though is the staff at all these places acting so rude. Like when did ignoring the customer and/or being rude to them start being ok?! Lots rambunctious teens there screaming in the food court or laughing obnoxiously while looking at everyone like they own the place. If this place is going to last they need to step up!!! Won’t ever go back.

I used to come here as a kid back in the day. This place has changed a lot since then. Some things are still the same but it's not like I remember it and it wasn't busy when I was there recently. It's still really nice and clean. The food court is the same like I remember it though. Would recommend to all who love to shop and walk around the mall.

Every store I go to has poor customer service. Dressing rooms close an hour before stores do. Poor selection. No retail workers to be found. Had better service and experiences at Salvation Army. Can’t even find anyone to take my money to buy stuff even if I wanted to waste money on overpriced junk. Brick and mortar stores are definitely dead. No wonder Amazon is killing malls.

It was ok. Allot of nice stores but for disabled people it's kind of hard to get around. I use a walker and they have elevators in the middle of the mall but that's it. They have ramps set up to go around in the rest of the mall but let this be a warning the ramps are very hard to navigate, very steep up and down and long. I had to ride my brakes going down very hard. it was painful to go down or up the hills, going up walking is very hard on your body due to the height of the ramps All in all it's a nice mall but not very handicapped friendly. I was in allot of pain for only being there for 30 minutes or so. I couldn't do anything else the rest of the day from the pain and exhaustion.

The best buying experience ever! This retail complex is unquestionably the best for me due of its beautiful interiors, enough parking, and a variety of other amenities. Furthermore, because they have everything, the items here are really fantastic. It is, certainly, a lovely place to wander about and unwind! I will without a doubt recommend this shopping center to everyone!

It is a diverse mall, offering awesome meals. The shopping is international. The people are friendly. This mall offers a play area for children. Their is a water fountain. The bathrooms are clean. The security is well prepared. Christmas season is amazing during the holidays.

Fairlane town center security is the worst at this mall. I was at this mall yesterday just to shop for some Halloween ideas, and the security kept following me all because my better half had his two way radio with him. My better half has a federal license to carry his radio no matter where he goes. This is uncalled for and very unprofessional from the security staff. If they will keep this up, my better half will be filing federal charges, and the security staff responsible will be dealing with this in federal court. We have gone to other malls for shopping with no problems at all. Uncalled for and unprofessional behaviour! This will not be tolerated period! Just for your info, will not be returning back and I will be taking my business else where........

The massage chairs were awesome, the food court had great selections, I just wish the shoe stores had more of a variety of shoes to choose from. Over all as a first time customer I was pleased with my visit and purchased a few really nice things from different stores. Also the mall security was very nice and on point doing their job. 🙂

The new mall manager is inexperienced and a power hog. He’s beyond rude and only speaks to business owners that’s his friends. The mall is struggling to get workers and tenants are constantly sent threatening letters demanding we stay at out RMUs for 12 hours without taking a break. They are unrealistic and don’t care about the most important tenants SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS. I hope we get another manager ASAP who cares about the mall and tenants.

On the surface, this mall looks very nice. It's clean, lively and it was kind of busy for a Sunday afternoon, but not as busy as it should have been. The stores in this mall aren't as good as you'd think. JC Penney was horrible, Macy's was ok, but outrageous prices for things you can buy at TJ Maxx. Items were all over the place, much like any chaotic store. Maybe short staffed, who knows. Mesmerizing if somewhat confusing layout. A mod mall with funky touches and sculptures from the ol' days. Was hoping to see the Ford area, but it's securely closed-off. Many others have claimed a perception of feeling unsafe here but I didn't experience that at all, inside and outside during morning and mid-afternoon. Maybe not as prominent as it once was but still a unique experience. How about that? A non-boring mall in 2018! Mall has a strict policy on youths past 3PM and very aggressive security presence that don't allow photos -- they must have problems here with fights. An otherwise once beautiful mall that feels a bit like a warped, Robocop dystopian future.

Mall management knows about their feral/stray cat problem, but will not allow rescue groups onto the property to catch the cats and kittens who hide in/under/around their trash compactors unknowingly risking death. They know about this issue and chase away the people who humanely want to help. All animal lovers and rescuers should and will avoid this place until help is allowed to be given.

The place gets a bad rep. Its sad I had come here as a young kid I miss the fountain and sears and lord n Taylor. But my husband and I walk there often and have never had a bad experience

Enjoyed myself with myself at Fairlane Mall. Finally found these boots in my size! Yes, Double Digits!! Go early when their are only a few people. I don't frequent malls, but happy I did that day. 😊🥰

Doesn't have the same feel it use to have. Still plenty of shopping options as well as a reasonably priced massage parlor. The lash place is gone and the starters. The occasional group scuffle doesn't help the attraction of it but i am starting to see alot more families shopping together which should help bring that comfortable feeling back.

The Food Court was great! Stopped by Auntie Millie's for a pretzel. The line was long but it went fast. Thank you 😎

I was at the men's cologne department I was in line waiting on the worker to come to me for my help and never did other people walked up taking their order and I was like you see me in line they going to say why I thought you was in line waiting on somebody and they had a line in the back of me didn't even acknowledge me so I would never go back to that man's department again or I may not even go back to your store again

I went to Macy's and clothes were all over the floor. The sale associates were not friendly or helpful

It's a nice mall in Dearborn, MI. It's got a food court with the favorite fast food restaurants and a movie theater.

Xfinity was the store I was going to the service was get everyone was very pleasant the woman that helped me did a out standing job she went above and beyond. If I could tell you her name I would I've gone to other stores for Xfinity. This store I would go out of my way for. Definitely would recommend.

Retail therapy is the worst store I’ve ever been too. The owner/ workers are rude and it’s like they don’t even want to make a sale.

A big mall with many stores to shop from. A fitness gym, and a large food court with plugs to charge our mobile phones. But that movie theater next door is gone. So that incentive to come to this mall has been reduced to being a passing through curiosity. Or just some employees place of employment.

Beautifully built. Awesome food court. You have to go early before "the crowd" comes out, and when they do, it gets questionable, lol. I'll visit again.

It's a fun mall if you're able-bodied, but definitely don't come here if you're in a wheelchair. Aside from all the ramps making it difficult to navigate, there is only one spot in the entire mall (on one end, not even in the middle) with a working handicap bathroom, which is very difficult to find because the mall is poorly signed. The only reason I found we found it at all was because a nice lady at a kiosk showed us. JC Penney and Macy's were supposed to have them, but the handicap stall in Penney's has been broken for at least six months and Macy's had all of theirs locked up for some reason. Found it extremely frustrating and will not be coming here again.

One of the few malls left in the country. Clean safe environment. JCPenney's and Macy's are the best places to shop for clothes if you're 40 or older.

A good place to shop , and nice lounge area's if you had to wait for anything and a a v we y good selection of food choices with a wide range of seating kids are more than welcome in the mall as well with ramps and stairs with an elevator to the next level up or down.

not the mall we all knew and loved. it changed so much throughout the years. there's nothing appealing to this mall anymore. the only stores that are running is the nail salon (which sucks) and forever 21. you can't really go here and shop as you please. would not recommend. also it is not safe!!!! i heard so many incidents of people getting kidnapped. i always get cat called when i'm there.

Took my Mum to Penny's Hair Salon! Good! The Mall was too full of people so to be cautious I did my part and waited in my truck! Nothing more important than staying out of crowds, wearing your mask and social distancing for your own health as well as the health of others! TOO MANY PEOPLE!

JCP was nice lots of sales .was nice just to be out with my daughters we all had on our mask.

I don’t get the hype over this mall. It’s boring to me. But it is clean and never over crowded. Security is everywhere, so it seems very safe.

It's NOT like the 80's or 90's feel... It seems to be going down hill much like "NORTHLAND MALL" not many stores to shop in, the only people you see are mall walkers or kids looking to get in fights or steal your $hit when you turn your head.

Overall fun experience and great place to shop. Needs more variety in the food court though.

It had been 30 years since I last went into Fairlane shopping center. As I walked with my son (it being his 1st time ever there) I felt a sense of sadness. What use to be a place full of laughter and smiles has turned into people rushing to one place or the next. All the fun places are gone. Now stores like L&M have taken up such huge sections of the mall there's not much left there for originality.

They’ll be closing soon. Look at the business. How unprofessional it’s ran. Don’t get me started on the movie Theater. Ain’t nothing how it used to be there! For the better!! It’s worst..

Very clean nice businesses and most of the stores have good customer service, the parking lot is awful just like the rest of the city and state the construction they called themselves doing made things much worse than what they already was 😔 other than the parking lot problem this is a 5 star shopping center.

I buy most all of my suits there. They're stylish and make a statement. They will always make certain you leave with a proper folded pocket hanky and a perfectly tied double Windsor knot in your tie.

I stopped here a few weeks back to pick up a few items. Not the mall that i remember. I use to stop here on my way home from college. Where are all the big box stores? Nasty customers and customer service. A little dirty too. Some of the stores i never heard of before. Dearborn and this mall are a relic of the past.

WOW. This place back in the 1980s was always packed with people, now it's a lot different that's because everybody is shopping online.. still a good mall even though some stores closed down..

Luxury Nail Spa- do not do it. I was in a bind. Leaving for Santa Barbara, CA. The next day. $66 pedicure cost alone for an experience I could have gotten on 8, 7, 6 mile for less. Pedicure lady was unkept who was in no shape of professionalism to give a luxury experience. I paid $56 for my nail- full gel set- ok. He did a good job. Two people $130 bucks including tips.Would I do it again? Hell no, not there. Only because I was in A bind on a Mon. . You guys lost an excellent customer who tips well. I guess black excellence hurts. Too bad.

While nowhere as busy as years ago there is still a reason it keeps chugging along. No longer as sprawling as it once was it is still nearly filled with all kinds of stores. They also help each other out, if you can't find something they will point you to another store to try. I went in looking for headbands, each store recommended me to try another until I found two. Friendly staff and clean as well.

This mall is discriminatory against disabled people. There was no wheelchairs available and elevators were down. When I asked a security guard for a wheelchair he gave me a ride response and acted like I was the idiot for asking. Every time I come here it’s more downhill than the last. They are lucky I didn’t trip and fall on the stairs.

Saddest hot topic I've seen. Barely any funkos and not fully stocked. Aunite Anne's didn't have regular cup sizes for pretzel bites only large. Sbarro employees had a mess at pizza prep, alot of pop-up stores that make it an inside flea market. Haven't been here in 3 years, and won't be back

Didn't open on time about an hour late. Did I listen to the reviews, of course, not. One male person working will I return never. What's incredible, nothing. Incredible Buger in the food court!

I go into MJ diamonds, and I love the fact that they have a lifetime guarantee on the diamonds, meaning if one falls out or gets damaged, they'll replace it for free. I prefer this one out of them all, and I love how they work with you. Also, if you need an appraisal, they will mail it out after your purchase. Plus, their cool peoples. I have a couple more stores I love to shop in, but MJ diamonds is my favorite.

Worth a stop and stroll. Nicely maintained mall. Ample parking. Liked the haagen dazs ice cream and aritzia coffee shop. Skyway is useful. Luxury side is nice to wander through. Some clearence.

Went to footlocker looking for a specific shoe. That I had call looking for a certain color and size Fairlane Footlocker was the only store met my needs. Great job Fairlane Footlocker.

Noisiest mall I have ever been in. Music is not only loud but bad. Kids screaming and running around. Parents just sit there, not doing anything to quiet them down. Some adults acting like the kids.

We went to this mall in Dearbourne Michigan and was surprised on a Saturday it was as dead as a doornail. We promptly left after an hour. We went to Burlington Coat Factory instead and got some very good deals.

I don't understand this mall. It has an upstairs, but not really an upstairs, but has a middle that blends into the upper and lower. This mall doesn't really have any good stores in it at all. What is good about this mall? When you pull out of the parking lot.
