Little dirty but has some useful things that can be helpful

I haven't been there in a long time but it's ok. Shirts, toys, candy, Phone chargers, mini footballs. It's a place you go to but Nick nacks. It's like a dollar store but slightly less focused on essentials and more on playing.

I love this store I go for the fresh veggies and chicken wings it's always fully stock and very clean plus you don't have to wait in line long.

Five below keeps the deals! My daughter's favorite pass time she always finds the cutest little nick nacks.

I go to the one at masonic congression at mccomb mall. They are always so clean and organized and very pleasant. I'm always happy when I leave there.

This location is well kept. They always have just what I'm looking for. The staff couldn't be more helpful. They are always smiling and eager to help you. 😊 I always choose this location because I love the environment.

I would give 0 stars but I couldn’t….I got accused of not paying for candy that was $3.00 and when the manager “B” asked to see my receipt I gave it to him and asked him to also go threw my bag to confirm everything but he wouldn’t…He stated that the untrained young cashiers came to get him if i they see something they didn’t like, which I didn’t understand because they stood so close on my back….I will NEVER shop there again

Checkout always has a line. Self check outs available but due to high theft rate only a cashier can cash you out. Not as much variety at this particular location.

The store was full stocked all shelves were full I was pleasantly surprised 6 days before Christmas.

I like shopping at Five Below some of their stuff is good other stuff is not got to replace my earbuds they do not work

Love this store always have different things at a very low price you can find things that you haven't found at other places unique

8 UScan registers & still an employee has to ring everyone up. Not to mention the long brown haired woman ringing customers up has a horrible attitude

Surprisingly clean and well stocked seeing the area it's in and how horrible the Walmart is you wouldn't think the store would be clean, well stocked, and fun knowledgeable employees who act like they want to be there working and helping you which is nice bc you rarely get that anymore. Happy with this place and their wide selection of items !!!

The staff aren’t the friendliest. I understand working retail, but you should say excuse me when passing by, or moving product onto the floor. There aren’t price stickers, or price shelf tags for many items, which results in confusion and disappointment at the register.

I was disapointed in the pool toys the pool noodles are too skinny and long. Wish they were a little bigger around. Mostly junk in that store

The store is always very well put together and organized for how busy it gets inside here. Thank you for the upkeep! It really does matter, appeal is everything and you guys have it! =] Plus you cant beat the kids crafts here for 5$ compared to $20 at walmart, this place rocks.

I never knew how big this Five Below store was!!!! So clean and everything so nice and neat. These are truly great employees who obviously love their job. Keep up the great work!!!!

This store offers things that are mostly accessories, not things you'd necessarily need. And clothing I never see in larger sizes like 1x-3x. Usually a nice clean place to shop.

It's normally a pretty decent 5 and Below, but on this particular day it was closed due to a power outage but yet the entire rest of the complex that is all connected had power.

You can find so many things there that you had no idea that you actually want it until you saw them meanwhile back at the ranch you save a lot of change or should I say money and these days that's very important

I love this store. Not only do they sell unique things, Im a huge Mickey Mouse fan and I found a Mickey Mouse Ukulele. I'm never going to open it.

Five below never lets you down. Prices are awesome. An the items they have are great. Always new stuff. And it is like a wonder land of things to see there. I get stuck in here all the time. Best place ever lol.!

Giving only 1 star due to the fact that I have to scan and bag my items if I am doing a cashiers job I better start getting an employee discount until then I will no longer shop at any 5 below stores. Bring back actual human cashiers to do the job. Another sad company turning away people for machines such money $$$$ hungry corporations its pathetic.

To whom it may concern, On Thursdays 10/6 brought my car in for a appointment made a month prior for service at the Land Rover dealership in Farmington Hills,MI. The service tech charged with assistance me gave his direct number to txt or call if I had an concerns or questions and informed me that things were a little hectic because of the move but would get back with me when my vehicle had been seen. After 4 days of nothing I attempted to reach the service tech with no luck, I all so texted the service tech at the number he provided,no response. I called the Service center directly no answer,  on Thursday 10/13 I tried calling again, no answer no response to the voice mails I had left. Finally I called and asked to speak to  a manager and was asked by the receptionist what it was regarding and was told that no one there that could assist me at that time. On Friday 10/14 a week after dropping my vehicle off for an pre- scheduled appointment I took off a day of work to personally visit the dealership and pick up my vehicle once arriving at the dealership I informed the service tech that I was there to get my vehicle, I then told that it had not been seen by an mechanic. Can someone please tell me if this was the case why then did I need to make an appointment a month in advance!??? Only to have my car sit for more than a week. That's like make an appointment to see the doctor and when get there on time, after making adjustments in your schedule, only to be told the to sit there for a week and maybe just maybe the will see you. I still have not heard from anyone in charge after speaking to the supervisor in sales whom said that they would have the manager of service contact me the next day. I'm still waiting.. Made online order 21st said 6 hour pick up got confirmation went to store they claim I had no order customer service got back to me claimed it was ready to so went up there again no order for me been calling all day today no answer they could have refunded me by now smh very disappointed won’t be doing no more online orders threw them.
