Great selection of shops...always busy.

I'm not a tech guy or shop for tech stuff and I'm older, you would think staff would be a little more readily available. Maybe it was just my timing but nobody works here. Only one person working on the floor.

I've been doing a lot of Best buys in my day, but this one is on a whole another level with customer service. It was busy on the weekend the staff looked swamped. A blue shirt walked by and I said "sir, can you please show me where the computer monitors are" not only did he show me but he basically gave me a full-blown tour of the product and all the different promotions they offer. And as I'm leaving he says if you ever need anything let me know. I said what's your name, he replied so and so the store manager. I was blown away that the store manager took that much time to take care of a single customer. What a place that wasn't the first time I had a great experience in there, the floor help is awesome! Thanks again for the great experience!

It's not right place there's a lot of different stores to choose from basically all I can really say about it it's not one particular store so I can't avoid crouchique the plaza that's many different stores in 1 area

Ok so, I never knew best buy had a 15 day return policy on electronics... Noone does that, except best buy, that I'm aware of.

Solid mall with decent selection of stores. Sometimes a little tricky to navigate the heavy traffic in the area. Parking lot is ample and maintained.

It's ok starting to get run down a bit. Bed bath and beyond closed. It's just kroger,best buy and Dsw. The kroger getting a little ruff i been there a few times people hanging around in parking lot. Also have police monitoring parking lot automated.

Went to buy my MIL a tv. They had a nice smart 4k for 180. See it up and works perfect.

I visited here on a Saturday morning, I went to the Kroger. To my surprise, it was crowded. I was able to get a regular parking spot near the door, with ease. But this particular Kroger, however, is a little barren, depending on what groceries you want to get. A lot of the lettuce/salad options were already browning. I got the DOLE salad in a bag, my mistake because I usually go to the farmers market, but the lettuce is 100% fake. The texture of it was not ordinary. I say STOP buying produce from grocery stores. If you trust a farmers market, go there, or please just grow your own. Also at this Kroger, only 1 lane at checkout was open, and only one self checkout area was open, with 2 registers down. All-in-all, it was an ok experience. oh and I particularly wanted Crystal light packets, this location has a very very slim pickings of flavors.

Walked in told the salesman this would be his easiest sale of the month. Walked out 5 mins later with a new LG OLED C2 55inch. Knew what we wanted,got what we wanted. Salesman was courteous and friendly, of course he was it was his easiest sale of the year!! LoL(this was the 2nd I bought, got one the day before from Madison Heights store. Mom liked mine so much she bought her 1 also. 👍

This plaza has a lot to offer in terms of shipping. High traffic parking lot. Trash flying everywhere 😥

Bought laptop. Employee was great- knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. Kept in our price range, didn't pressure us. Helped determine what warranty coverage we needed. Forgot to ask his name- March 20, 2023, 14:45.

Clean mall I go all times of the day and evening because it local. Very safe and the mall property is constantly maintained and kept up. Lots of good options of stores and restaurants

When I went into Best Buy, they had what I was looking for and great sales people

Knowledgeable staff , very friendly.

Store was clean plenty of customer reps to assist you and I liked that you were not pressured to buy.

Best Buy has limited hours. Bed Bath and Beyond is closing, small Kroger.

There's not much here. Kroger, Best Buy, and Bed Bath & Beyond. The Kroger up the street is better

I was just wondering about a specific item at the Kroger. I had no idea how many other stores were there. It was a sunny day and great fun shopping at this plaza. I will go back!

They lie yo get a sale. They said they would price match a vendors online price. That was a lie. They told me I would get $800 credit with my phone traded. That was a lie only got four hundred dollars. We went back and confirmed them so there's nothing you can do about it it's been over 14 days. You're stuck.

I like the mix of stores they have at Gratiot plaza and it's nice to have all those stores close together in one spot. One of the biggest draws is not having to drive out to hall road, troy, somerset area, etc, to be able to go to a best buy, a dsw, and a bed bath and beyond. Also it's in a convenient spot being a half mile from the mall and the stand alone stores they have near there too. Also having a Kroger in the plaza is nice and convenient as well, even though there's another Kroger probably a mile or less down 13 mile, this Kroger is less crowded for sure so it's much more convenient for a quick grocery trip or if you're just someone who doesn't want to deal with a crowd. Also they have the tim Hortons in the parking lot for a quick bite as well as two sit down/take out restaurants including hook and line which is a newer restaurant to the area I haven't tried yet and they also have Logan's Roadhouse. They also still have a Hallmark store in the plaza as well which is a rarity since those stores aren't as popular anymore. Parking can sometimes be difficult on weekends and holidays when it's busy but besides that, it's nice to see a shopping plaza that's actually full of stores and thriving.

Really nice place on the parking pretty clean. You want the Best buy and everybody there was really nice. A lot of stores here.

I purchased 2 ring cameras here. My experience was a good one. I love my Ring system.

My absolute favorite electronics store! I just recently went in to the store and found out they no longer sell music CD's. That was a bummer but still my favorite store.

I needed help finding a docking station for my Microsoft surface laptop and the staff was very accommodating and patient... Genuinely tried to help me find the part I needed. Unfortunately it wasn't in stock but they offered to order it for me. Very happy with my experience.

The shopping complex holds a few of my favorite stores Best buy I think this is one of the best locations Tim Hortons I think this is one of their best locations they did just open up a new restaurant that I want to try. The Krogers I'm not a huge fan of but I think that's because I'm loyal to the other location down the street I can't say I've ever had a bad experience in that Kroger, I just have customer loyalty to the other one I like my experiences better in the other one.

The person we asked was rude and confrontational. Pawned us off on someone else who already was taking care of someone. So we left and went to a competitor got help instantly and was quick and happy to help. This is why I spend more and more on Amazon and the net.

Went to Best buy the sales associates are amazing they have so many deals and so many items to choose from. Also they are very knowledgeable and they take the time and patience to work with you so I highly recommend you check out this location.

Lroger was sooooo clean and had everything i needed and the parking Lot was soooooo clean as well. Kepp it up

Walmart at 12 & Gratiot is the worst store I have ever been in. It's always a mess. There are clothes in with grocery areas. Pallets of things in the isles.

It is a Plaza on Gratiot and 13 that’s got stores that are worth going to your Kroger’s. Your bed Bath and beyond and your Best Buy so you can try to fry yourself in the tub and beyond. Only reason I’m giving four stars is it’s Roseville and I’m not too trusting of the crime rate. also, I’ve seen one or two homeless people there before

They get 5 stars because of the dude at the online order desk. He recognized an issue with the product that was brought up for me. The associate got the issue corrected without delay. Very much appreciated because I had little time for mishaps.

We were waiting for help several employees past right by us ignoring us, finally asked one if they would call someone to help us and was told we had to go to a desk in the center of the the store. Then didn't know about sale, and didn't have the televisions on sale in the store.
