A decent little center. The staff at the various places are pretty great overall. There is this one younger, HEAVY Set, kind of brown complected African-American Female at the Secretary of State who is consistently unpleasant and unhelpful towards me, BUT she is like the ONLY person in ALL of the businesses in this complex. Even ALL of the other staff at this SOS are GREAT 👍 👍 👍... A decent stop to make of they've got what you need.... ****The PARKING SPACE LINES ARE TO CLOSE/TIGHT THOUGH***

This strip mall is decent. They have a decent selection of stores/shopping. You can find coffee, fitness, pie, uniforms, insurance, specialty foods, and restaurants at this strip mall. The curbs are broken for easy access. Their sidewalks are smooth, and not cracked or uneven. They have accessible parking, and all of their stores are barrier-free with the exception of automatic doors at each establishment, there's no push button or automatic doors at any of these stores.

This plaza appears to be generally clean, in repair, plumbing appears to work, snow appears to be removed in a timely fashion but I'm not there very often. Disability accessible parking lot, clear signs that are visible from the street, ample parking when the secretary of state isn't too busy. If you are interested in renting from them you can get even more information about this plaza, what they offer, and what to like or dislike about the plaza. As a mere visitor of one of the businesses in this plaza I don't feel qualified to offer relevant feedback about the quality of the plaza, or their offerings. McVee’s Pub & Grill: outside eating, clean, bar, good portions. Outdoor pull out stool very uncomfortable. Had Italian Sub for lunch, see picture.

Not too too bad.. The lady that i dealt with just wasn't happy about doing her job, was aggravated at me the whole time like I was an issue or problem, when all I need was a title transfer. Not a huge deal, but not fun to be there in the first place, so she just made it worse for the both of us.

The plaza needs care. I went to the SOS in which it was very easy to get things done.

Nice place for a coffee, and a restaurant has a fireplace. You can sit and eat around

Went to Secretary of State to renew my tags. Did not visit any of the other places in this area. Plan to visit again soon.

Visited NYE. They are top-notch businesses. Hardworking, friendly, and efficient. What else is there?

Totally got bounced from the Rochester Hills SOS, to the Troy SOS. Apparently RH had a covid exposure. How about the State employees get vaccinated? Omg what a zoo, at the Troy SOS! Twice the customers, with half the staff. However, props to the workers who did their best to keep everyone moving in order, and make the best out of a poor situation. And talk about patience, the SOS workers have to deal with a lot of problem people! New Respect

Went to honey baked ham and picked up 75 hams for work. I am sure they are delicious.
