Has the best Phoenix theatre around. Only downfall is in the winter, to get to the mall from the theatre, you have to walk outside, bbbrrrr! It’s a covered walkway tho. The Von Mar here is my favorite store. They still have a Talbots here too! Great mall for mall walking. Clean and rarely too crowded. They definitely have many places to eat. California pizza kitchen, Bar Louie & Leos are our favorites. Aunt Annie’s 🥨, Olgas, & Sanders here too.

The mall was nice it was the first time I had ever been. I visited JcPenny while my friend went and got a massage next door. When I was ready to make my purchase a lady named Parvin helped me . She started to ring up my things and asked if I would like to apply for a credit card and save 35%. I was reluctant to do so I asked her if it took a long time. She replied no. I gave her my driver’s license and she said she needed to call the credit card company. I asked why.. she replied in a rude loud tone I don’t know and turned away from me. She’s asking me questions while she’s on the phone like my address phone number ss loudly and making me repeat it. This whole time I was embarrassed because she’s so loud almost making a scene arguing and being rude on the phone to the credit credit company. I have never experienced this situation in my whole life. I finally walked away from her and told her to hang up the phone I just wanted to purchase the shirts. She never apologized for how she was acting. It was a ridiculous and embarrassing experience.

Feels like a dying Mall. Kiosks all over the place. Fortune tellers and spaces for retail! Von maur doesn't belong there. But it is a good place for people to walk I guess. It used to be so nice.

I never knew this place was this big or that there were adjacent business offices. I do know this used to be a 24 carat 💎 mall. Now, many stores are closed. Did Covid cause this? There are still good restaurants, stores and a movie theatre here but it could use a little love. It reminds me of the mall that used to stand at 12 Mile and Dequindre. Let's hope!🛍👨‍🍳And let's give the stores and restaurants there our business so it comes back as 👑🛍👩‍🍳.

The mall is dying. Food court is gone. A lot of stores are gone. Only eddie bauer, ahha Noddles, candy and sport stores keep bringing me back

Quiet mall that’s easy to walk through and has tons of cool local businesses to check out. If you support local businesses and miss walking around a pristine mall then check it out and maybe grab a bite to eat while you are there.

I was completely heartbroken to see what once had been the quintessential shopping mall now turned into a glorified flea market. With the exception of Von Maur, Bar Louie, Olga's, the movie theatre, the semi attached hotel, and a few other long standing stores there's absolutely nothing but empty spaces. The other anchor of the mall could've been replaced by either a Nordstrom Rack, Last Call (Niemann Marcus), Off 5th (Saks 5th Avenue), or even a Bloomingdale's Outlet/Bloomies.

Needs more restaurants in the Food Court. Good elevator music. I miss the EDM photo booth. Food court has square tables ideal for four player table top games.

this mall is dying unfortunately. very empty, boring, not many good stores at all !! only reason to spend ur time here would be for express, h&m, some would say eddie bauer and pro sports zone. that’s it. those stores will probably be closing too considering they closed pink, victoria’s secret, american eagle, & the food court. basically everything that kept the mall alive. basically all that’s left is the grand yankee candle, claire’s, an irish store & a few more ??? very disappointing, don’t waste your time here.

I came here for an autograph event at Pro Sports Zone, the mall was not very crowded on a Saturday, except for the line for the signing. Very clean inside, helpful maps and directories everywhere. Some neat niche stores for things like candy and collectibles, in addition to traditional clothing stores. There is also a movie theater here. Ample parking and even charging stations for electric vehicles.

Mall is fine, all things considered, but they need to hire a new Holiday photo vendor. Cherry Hill Programs is one of the worst companies to provide this service. We made reservations, paid a deposit, and then were told to wait in a 2 hour line. And the manager had zero ability to provide a refund. Laurel Park should consider holding their vendors more accountable as it reflects on them.

Only stop here now when we're in the area or around the holidays to check out what holiday treats Von Maur gets in. Or to visit the Hallmark store, other than that there's no other stores that we're interested in.

Devastating. This was once my favorite mall (I even worked here!) I have been living out-of-state the past six years, so I was shocked when I arrived at 7:30 to find most stores closed. I asked mall security and he said stores are allowed to close early, prior to mall closing. He said their mall attendance has been incredibly low. I understand why: walking into a dark, “open” mall is so unwelcoming. Sadly, with the exception of Von Maur, I do not expect to be back to this mall.

The woman in the security office answers the phone like it’s her personal phone saying hello, the first time I called, it was how may I help you? No greeting stating Laurel Park Mall Security…

As of this moment they're doing construction so alarms are going off randomly, and the movie theater is now just opened up

I haven't been to Laurel Park Place in years. I was there this visit only to eat at Bar Louie's. My food and service was great. From the entrance I entered, the mall looks real nice.

We make it out to Laurel Park Place yearly, at a minimum, to see Santa Jack. Year after year he remembers faces, names, and family members... A true gem of a person. While we wait for santa, if there is a line, we always sample some fresh chocolate from the mall eatery. Good times and good memories. I hope to see Santa Jack for years to come.

Not many stores at all and doesn't get alot of business anymore. But the movie center there is beautiful and really good! Never been in the shops around the movie section but they seem very interesting.

Turning into a flea market. Von Maur is still great though. Update: This place just keeps getting worse. Closes at 8:00. Got stuck in Von Maur had to walk all the way around the mall to my parking spot at night. The management group are the worst business people ever.
