Love taking my man to lady Jane's for his hair cut krissy dose an amazing job and we love her . The environment is always welcoming and clean the lady's here do a wonderful job. Would recommend you girls to anyone.

Good shopping area for all sorts of fast moving consumer goods as well as food . Surprising discounts are available even for instore shopping . One must try the shop apps for discounts . We got substantial and surprising discounts at Marshall's as well as at DSW .

The West Oaks shopping center is the perfect compliment to its across Novi road 12 Oaks Mall. If you aren't looking to deal with the mall atmosphere of 12 Oaks...West Oaks has you covered. Kohl's, Lands' End, Marshall's, Nordstrom Rack, and Old Navy have you covered for all of your clothes needs. DSW (and also Nordstrom Rack) have a great selection of shoes. And HomeGoods and Rally House cater to specific needs. There's also a Carrabba's!

Kohls was good. Marshall's did not have a good selection of clothing and a lot of empty shelves in the home goods area.

West Oak Shopping Center has some pretty good store options. The parking lot was spacious enough to find a spot without having to drive around like a maniac, and the variety of stores and restaurants was impressive. I mean, they had everything from Home Depot to a Thai restaurant to a Starbucks. What more could a person want? Sure, the layout of the strip mall was a little weird, but I managed. And the people-watching was pretty entertaining too. You never know what you're going to see in a shopping center. All in all, if you're in the Novi area and looking for a place to shop and dine, the West Oak Shopping Center is definitely worth a visit. Just maybe don't try any crazy driving maneuvers in the parking lot, okay?

It's hard to shop in this area due to traffic & confusing enter & exits of different parking lots. You think they lead to something & they don't. Take your time & have patience.

Sad that Bed, Bath, and Beyond is closing. I do not like ordering on-line. I want to see and feel the merchandise.

Went to dropoff my Amazon return packages to UPS store i was really a nice experience.

Yesterday I sent my husband to Value City furniture in NOVI, to purchase a sofa for the basement. I instructed him to ask for the best & the only Salesperson I EVER work with exclusively, named Cynthia Wright-T. She is knowledgeable and was able to aid him in finding the perfect item without being overcharged. Cynthia possess integrity and is not arrogant or pushy. Keep in mind, I was just there last week and purchased over $2400 for our youngest daughter, as she moves into her 1st place. Fortunate to have caught their black Friday sale. Thanks Cynthia & VCF. VCF, give Cynthia a DAY OFF WITH PAY! She is excellent!

Siam spicy is the best. Tremendous staff fantastic food best Thai restaurant. Hands down nothing else even comes close I love this place I eat there minimum once a week but if I could I would do it all five. And if I'm working in my office two times a week then I'm inside this restaurant two times a week I love this place You cannot go wrong and I highly recommend peanut Curry chicken hot.

Good place to shop - Kohls, Lands End, Joanns, Bed Bath & Beyond…. Just wish they still had a Toys R Us, as all the toys can only be found in department stores and online now. Bummer. Maybe we could get an FAO Schwartz?

Red Wings Shoes store. Got my exact shoe size fitted to my feet. Pretty quick and thorough.

We to the Lands end store. Went to get a good quality jacket for my grand daughter. I prechecked inventory before going for the size i was looking for specifically. The salesman there said they just sold the kids jacket I was looking for. I said really, cause the store opened 2 minutes ago????? He claimed it was a phone order. So I asked if the quality of service is better and faster over the phone since they apparently sold the jacket prior to the store opening! I asked if he would check inventory, which he did, and low and behold the only jacket in the size and color was there. Didn't like being treated like a fool.

Quite a busy place, so lots of traffic to deal with. Went specifically to one store that does not have a store-front location near where I live. Had an internet purchase to return, and did want to check out the store, too. Likely to return occasionally in the future as I was impressed with the store.

The Shops in Novi are very convenient. All the shopping you would want is available.

Simply, I bought a matress for $850 which almost paralyzed me. I Used to wake up every morning with sever back pain. Eventually, I called Art Van. Manager told me to stop by and select another. I went there and she helped select one. Nevertheless, I ended up paying $1600 for another damaged matress. Every morning I wake up with sever back problem. I had to throw it in basement as Art Van refused to return it or refund my money, even though i was assured the matress had 5 years warrant. IT IS ALL LIES. What bothers me the most is that when I lie down on the matress for 20 minutes, I feel heat dissipating onto my body. I will never buy matress from Art Van again.

Nice Mall just to walk around,, nice & safe.afterwards.. Even Google the park at the water a mile away...you will enjoy it...Novi is awesome 👍
