Well when me and my boyfriend come into the store there usually isn't enough regular checkout cashiers so we end up having to go the self serve check out. I had a bad experience once before in the jewelry part of the store we were looking at some jewelry n noone was at the counter to help us and we hit the buzzer or bell n still no one came over to help us :(

Love that a few of these stores are dog friendly. Love to go to this Sierra Trading Post and TJ Maxx with my dog while we are traveling.

Seems like a dying area a lot of businesses have moved out. Parking lot is horrible been that way for years.

We went to Primanti Bros. for lunch. 100 stars for the food we ordered. Our server was polite and gave great service even though they were busy.

I love this mall. They have a terrific variety of shops. We visited (3) stores, but wished I had more time since there were a few more I would have enjoyed shopping at - maybe next time. Love the outdoor walk between all the shops and there's ample parking which is a huge plus.

A good place to shop. There are lots of stores -Hobby Lobby, Walmart, Sally’, Ulta, - just to name a few! Also a fair selection of restaurants. The crossroad of I-96 & Novi Rd is a shopper’s delight. Check it out!

A great mall. For what is left of it.. Many vacancies that remain vacant. Still a large variety of big brands and boutique shops.

Can get pretty congested at times with cars and people walking thru out the parking lots. If navigating thru in a vehicle you'll have to pay close attention as some just randomly wander thru the parked cars without regards fir those driving. Otherwise good selection of stores.

Lots of great looking stores. Ample parking. Minus a star because it's hard to get in and out of. They have good traffic flow in the shopping center and there are plenty of lights at the intersections. It's just hard to get from the lot to the exits.

I enjoy looking at and buying wood working items. Nothing I needed but still fun to look. I did not see anything on sale. Lots of good stuff but nothing i needed.

My wife loves to go shopping, And this is a place where she finds herself the best deals on quality items.

Food was ok. Drinks were awesome. The wait was over 2 hours but we were able to slide into some bar seats after being there for 10 minutes. Cheesecake was divine. Bartender was very good and pleasant to talk to. Probably won't go back because of the wait times are long but they did have very large menu selection.

Biggest complaint; carts ALL OVER. (it's mostly women, yes I'm that nerd and have sat and watched! Not sure if their feet hurt or ??; But they have a HUGE tendency not to put their cart away even if the corral is 10 feet away!) Coming from the west side of Michigan, it's rare to see a cart outside the corral unless it's full OR in a handicap parking area... I was shocked. I guess we appreciate our cars over here more 🤷🏻

I enjoyed my trip to Bone Fish. The weather was lovely so we sat outside. I'm not comfortable eating inside, yet. I ordered a salad with shrimp. It was very good. My only complaint was the salad contained a ton of mango. It also contained avocado that had been improperly sliced. I cannot eat mango without having a gastric problem. After lunch we drove around the Mall to see what shops and restaurants were still in business. I was pleasantly surprised to see all the businesses that were open.

The people are nice and great. If you get this load to novi,michigan you might was to cancel it very tight to get in it will not be a slam dunk. Especially if your driving at 53 foot truck

Beautiful shopping plaza, a lot of small and unique businesses, along with major retail chains.

I shopped at clothes mentor here but the rest of the is not full of business. Very close to Walmart.

Delivered a load to Sierra sporting goods. Staff was super kind and nice... my problem is with the dock and property management. They have been told countless times the dock needs improvements to accommodate larger trucks, with no care to these needs.
