Great place to shop for clothing, shoes and more! Lots of different stores with a vast selection of different items. There are even a couple restaurants to eat or play board games at. Definitely worth a stop to check it out!

Went there last weekend and they had music and smaller horses riders for all. They have new shops and restaurants, we tried Leonidas and were very happily surprised by the coffees food and desserts. And confortable clean seatings, extremely great atmosphere!

Multiple brand stores, great sales, lots of parking space, not far from Windsor. Levi's, Aldo, Tommy Hilfiger and more. The only reason I gave 4 stars is coz not many options for eating! I mean people do get hungry with "all the shopping"! But I love the sales and deals, which I think are present a lot of times but most importantly with big brand stores, lots of options, colors and ranges are present. So yeah, do check it out. It is clean, spacious, built beautifully. Pleasant experience always.

We went to The Vivarium. It was kind of difficult to locate. No signage indicating where to go. But once we found it, it was great. Small store, but great selection. All the animals looked to be healthy and happy.

All high _ end brands are there, and so are the customers/ buyers. One interesting and very useful brand is of "BIG and TALL" This is for those with XXL or bigger sizes. Outlet is very helpful to relevant customers. There are many Outlets, therefore one needs to have at least 3 to 4 hours for good shopping . ppose every Store is offering discounts.

I personally enjoy the outlet mall because I prefer to be outside as opposed to indoors in a stinky not so well ventilated mall. I only wish there was more stores ar the outlet mall. A variety of stores . Buy overall I'm quiet please with whats offered .

It's truly sad to have seen so many stores close down in the Outlet mall. Majority of stores have good deals, and a good amount of inventory, however I'm not drawn to shop there due to the areas "tired" look, maybe some updating could happen to make the area more appealing to shop at and walk around.

Not as good as it was when it originally opened, but some good sales sometimes. I find that the selection is limited and prices are not typical of other outlet malls. In fact in some stores it's the same or more than retailers.

Great place to shop here and spend tons of money🫣 lots of varieties available here and it covers most of the great brands. There is dominos in the plaza to fill your tummy. There is dollarama too. You can find most of your stuffs and clothing from here and it has a huge parking in front of every store. There are always lots of deals available and good variety of clothes, shoes and lots of accessories.

It has declined greatly in the last 10 years. Went to an liquidation store that was more thrift store and made me feel as though I needed a shower when I left. Found some things at Roots. Probably won't go back.

Outlet malls usually mean discount pricing for name brand items. The stores in this area were beyond expensive. Waste of time.

It is in the middle of no where and confusing to get too if you're not fron the area. They have very little to offer there as well, none of the big clothing/shoe. Designer brands you expect to see. Not worth a visit imo

Definitely worth the trip here! The Roots outlet store had a lot of great deals, with an additional 30% off the ticket price! got a great start on my Christmas list!!

For people in and around Windsor it’s a one stop outlet mall where all stores are having their best stocks. To mention: Strokes - they have good offers in weekends

Great location. Got all I needed for shopping. Guess, Tomy, Roots, Aldo, Bluenotes, Ardene, Banana Republic, etc. Every store got deals all the time. Great place for shopping. Sorry if I missed some brands. Only 1 thing missing -Nike.

I would given this a 5-star rating if they had shops like Nike and Adidas. An outlet is just not complete without these 2 name brands. There are ample parking spaces and good shops. Plus, there's a nice little coffee shop names Leonidas. Try their hot chocolate, it's worth every penny! 😊

Went to candies convenience. It was 2 a.m. the only place open. They had everything we needed and then some.

Wished they didn't close off the entrance from the Herb Gray walking trail and wished they have tim hortons think of tons of customers from multiple schools

Lots of stores, parking space but go when it is nice weather and you will enjoy it more.

A good selection of shops, nothing more. They can make this place a great experience and add Nice Hip restaurants with lovely terraces. Windsor has Great potential but no imagination. It’s the warmest city on 401. Canada’s south…I’ll turn this place to San Francisco. But who's asking... Refer to other Canadian business models. Example Centopolis Laval. Do you want more revenue, start building up. People deserves change. So boring... no joie de vivre.

Decent place if you're into shopping or just need a reason to go to Canada for a day when the border guard asks

  • 4/5 Abram B. 1 year ago on Google
Conveniently located between Windsor and LaSalle, off the Herb Gray Pkwy. Nice selection of stores and plenty of parking.

Columbia doesn't have many selections in shoes or boots, but the coats and jackets are bountiful. Great prices. Don't forget to check out the office for coupons to any store in the mall.

A lot of options to choose from and sometimes you get really good stuff for a lot less.

Lots of good places to shop but needs some new updates and would do better with some new stores!

  • 3/5 jerril a. 1 year ago on Google
Sometimes it doesn’t feel like an outlet. Price is more than regular outlets. But if you go here frequently, you will find some good deals.

  • 4/5 Fadi K. 1 year ago on Google
Lots of stores, there you can’t find almost everything for everyone Gap ,Columbia, banana republic, Dollarama, puma, Aldo, Roots, George Richards big and tall and Domino’s Pizza One of my best places in Windsor

  • 1/5 Beverly S. 1 year ago on Google
Very disappointed in this outlet mall in so many ways. It will soon be a ghost town with a dollar store and a big parking lot.

  • 2/5 Tatianna S. 1 year ago on Google
No more coach store awesome convince store and Vape for vaperz limited options same thing as always nothing spectacular but it sure serves its purpose and gets the job done. Not sure if its getting better though

What is this place good for? Who does this place cater to? It's useless silly and it never caught on. Everything that shows up at that outlet area usually does not thrive for long. I don't see a reason for that structure to even be in that particular area

Space is underutilized. Why didn't they build the stores on the inside and the parking lot on the outside? Makes it not a fun place to walk around in the winter. Lots of store options for women, but not that many for men. Stores come and go and very often unfortunately. It does connect to a nice parkway trail now though, which is a plus for anyone who likes walking or hiking.

Always find great bargains, only downfall is their limited hours of operation

  • 4/5 Riley S. 2 years ago on Google
Parking was good? This feels like rating a street, I wen to M Chapter board games, it was very fun and the drinks and food were good

We went into the the Levi store then to the Gap and finished at Roots. We would like to compliment everyone in each store for their genuine assistance. They really were helpful and we appreciated that.

Could have more selection but it does have my favorite store Guess so I'll have to go with 4 stars. Also, way better to check it out before you go spend triple at the Devonshire

👍 Home to one of my favorite sushi restaurants, it's always nice to make the trek out here. The parking is always busy but worth the effort.

👍 Open air markets! It’s getting better year by year. Took the kids for a bike ride and give them a chance to walk around! A lot or interesting booths and many opportunities to support local vendors. We even had the chance to purchase some orange places to support the “Every Child Matters” campaign,...
