Ever try the flowers @ Kroger ? They are awesome, and last a very long time. Quick to get, priced great and a good quality product. That's not the easiest thing to find anymore.

Parked less than 30 seconds, to pick up our Starbucks mobile order. A mall security guard, got out of his car. To tap aggressively on the passenger side of the window. The aggressive, belligerent with hate security guard. Walk past all the other cars. To come;I guess try to put me in my place. I didn't roll the window down, or open the door to address him. But I did recorded the incident. I also spoke with someone from starbucks, which they couldn't do anything. Because they don't own the parking lot. And if anyone knows about that Starbucks location. The parking lot is very small. And I spoke with the owners of arborland mall. We'll see if something happens. Stay vigilant.

arbor land is ok. it has gotten better within the years. just be careful if u are part of the transgender community! the black managers that work in the day time will gossip about u to employees as well to certain shoppers at times if the time period is ripe. I hate going there! in the future im going to the Kroger at carpenter rd. wish kroger would change there giggly gossipy atmosphere!

Many great stores to choose from, huge problems trying to leave the parking lot. Long line at the traffic light. If everyone would just pay better attention it would be a lot better.

A variety of stores to shop and purchase groceries all in the same area. DSW, Ulta, Bath and Body Works are some of my favorites

The best location off of US23 between U of M and Washtenaw Community College. Chili's, Starbucks, Five Guys, Americas Brst Eye Glasses, Office Sepot, DSW Shoes, Michael's, Marshall's, Ulta, Nordstrum Rack and Kroger Grocery Store, and Im forgetting a few stores!

This Kroger is superior to a lot of the smaller ones in terms of selection. Traffic and parking are a pain, but worth it when you like specific things they carry.

5 stars cause the location is convenient for a variety of shopping and food options, but man driving in this area suckkkkkkssss. It's always busy and crowded, people are constantly making last second lane shifts as they navigate the exits/entrances because of Washtenaw being partially cut down to one-ways. Just a nightmare to drive around to get to where you need. Unfortunately, everything is very spaced out so you don't have the luxury of parking and walking to all of the available options unless you are trying to hit your 20k steps lol

Most people are friendly around here. Best store options to put together! But all these stores have in common are maybe they are a little overpriced like any other store but overall clean and good stores to go to!!

KROGERS...I rarely go there anymore due to deceptive advertising and scanner errors. Today it was a scanner error. They took the amount off of my bill, but I doubt they fixed it in the system. Watch prices very close here, as you may not get the shelf price.

Beautiful layout Handicap and stroller friendly Bunch of different brands and local shops including macys and JC penny Food court is decent with halal food option also available Restrooms 🚻 are mostly clean but rude people don’t leave any chance to mess em up Water coolers are placed for customers convenience. Definitely a good shopping place for Dearborn residents. One thing this mall is missing a play area for kids.

Myself and acquaint ed Michaels purchase some crocheting supplies usual they haven't stopped plus the opposition discounts up to 40% coupon. This is definitely a go to place for people interested in crafting

An absolute mad house to try and enter or exit. Tons of delightful solicitors asking for money and food. And Yes most of the stores are vacant sure more to come. Save time shop online.

You can't go wrong... There's food, grocery, clothing... It's a one stop shop. And you can get back on the expressway

Amazing Kroger, fantastic selection. NO LANES ever open to check out, so ridiculous!!! On a weekend or after work the lines are halfway or more down the isles. The self checkouts never work and require intervention from nonexistent staff every two seconds. So frustrating!!!!

I love that we found something for my momma for her birthday at Bath and Body Works! I’ll definitely come back to Marshalls, Five Below, Old Navy, DSW, and Ulta. As well as Diva Nail Salon and spa! Plus Bath and Body Works

It seems the prices here are too high! Also, the service by staff here is almost unpleasant! Either the staff must really hate working here or the management's opinion of customers has ran down hill and their opinion is of a superior nature to everyone. And they just do not like being there. Even corporate offices cannot make a change in this particular store on maple rd.

Traffic at this center can be crazy but they keep adding new & better stores.

Usually a pain to get in and out of. The day was no exception, intensified due to the holiday. Only went to Bed, Bath & Beyond. Nothing exciting there. Can tell they are circling the drain. I usually love going there but they had next to nothing for the holiday. We were able to find a cutting board for a Christmas gift. Hadn't seen anything like it at any other store.

Terrible! Stopped in on a Sunday and considering the employee shortage I can say I won't be back. I don't mind waiting in line but it would have helped if the self check outs were open (i understand they too need an employee to assist). Also, had a full list for the week and was only able to find 5 of the 20+ items I needed.

Some of their mgmt. team members need to be re-trained for giving proper customer svc. to customers. I visited kroger 3 weeks ago& 1 of their 24 yr. employee was very MEAN & RUDE to me!!! I'm very 😞 Disappointed!!!

  • 5/5 Ellen P. 2 years ago on Google
Ulta and 5 Below had everything we needed for stocking stuffers! Petco had good stuff for the grand-pups!! (Sshh, don't tell them)

Very nice clean Stores. We walked into each store and if we seen something we wanted we bought if not then oh well.

Convenient and a good diversity of stores. Everything from groceries to clothes. Parking can be confusing but there is always plenty of it to go around. It would be good if the bus bays were within the complex instead of on Washtenaw. Would make it easier to access all the shops.

Best Kroger I have ever visited. Neat, clean store, products always in stock, fresh produce and breads, knowledgeable staff, ready to show you to the hard to find item, and get you to check out quickly. Morning is least crowded and fastest in and out.

Overland shopping center has been a part of my life in this town forever! It has changed several times. One time it was an indoor mall. But I appreciate its location and the options that it provides. I avoid going to the big mall down south of town as much as possible.

I shop here regularly. It's a little pain sometimes getting in and out of the parking lots but decent stores.

Good service at Firestone. Kroger could use a renovation. Kraft store has a huge variety. Wife liked Marshall's.

  • 4/5 Darrin M. 11 months ago on Google
I think I'm up to 4.25 stars for Kroger. Whomever took over the management is making a difference, a huge difference. The store is cleaner, more organized and has a more consistent selection of groceries.

I love coming to this mall. I love all the stores there. My favorites are Ulta, Bath, and Body Works, Old Navy, Nordstrom Rack, DSW Shoes, Bed Bath and Beyond, Marshall's, 5 and Below, Office Depot, Maurice's, Michaels, Diva Nail Spa (my absolute favorite nail salon), and a few restaurants Chili's, Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Noodles and Company, Cold Stone Creamery is by far my favorite ice cream store and if you need a little pick me up from all of the shopping, they conveniently have a Starbucks to recharge for more shopping. There are plenty more stores to shop at but the ones listed are my favorite. To top it all off they have a Kroger to grab groceries on the way home.

  • 4/5 Amanda M. 1 year ago on Google
Decent variety of stores. The parking situation can get confusing due to the one ways and no left turns through out Ann Arbor, so just be aware of where you're leaving from when exiting the center.

Kroger and the NEW sporting goods store are favorites. I do miss the bulk food store from my childhood. Oh well, that's progress!

Good location off of 23 on the east side of Ann Arbor. There is an ample amount of parking. Parking lot has areas with rather large potholes so be a little cautious.

I went to the Kroger store in Arborland to grab a few things and I had to use the bathroom and was very pleased to find it clean ! Not like the Ypsilanti Kroger's on Michigan Ave at all that's ALWAYS FILTHY! And the customer service desk was actually open! The Ypsilanti store needs to get it together they could use a visit to this store to see what happens when you actually care about the customers and take pride in your job!

  • 4/5 Maxine M. 1 year ago on Google
Needs better parking spaces and it's terrible to drive around here. The driving and parking area wasn't taught out very good. Different variety of stores here to go to.
