Before
the
first
time
I'd
ever
gone
to
Pie-Sci,
a
friend
described
it
to
me
as,
"basically
a
bunch
of
stuff
of
bread,
but,
like,
really
good,"
and
after
eating
there
a
few
times
it's
still
how
I
think
about
the
food
there.
The
experience
of
each
pie
is
wildly
different,
though
there
seems
to
be
a
few
ingredients
used
in
different
permutations
toward
a
different
result.
It's
probably
up
to
you
to
find
what
works
best
through
trial
and
error
(extremely
not
helpful
advice).
I've
found
that
the
Cashew
Rules
Everything
Around
Me
is
a
little
bit
too
fruity,
though
I
did
like
the
salad-y
aspect
of
whole
vegetable
leaves
served
with
it;
unsurprisingly
I
eventually
found
my
favorite
in
the
BLT,
which
has
those
leaves
that
I
like
and
which
offset
the
kind
of
fatty
mayo
dressing,
bacon,
and
garlic
oil.
Pie-Sci
is
experimental,
within
itself
and
in
your
experience
with
them;
but
the
exploration
of
that
experiment
is
fun
and
the
baseline
is
generally
really
good.
