If you’re an OG Brome patron then you’ll quickly learn that a lot has changed since they first stole our hearts several years ago. I remember getting my $10 Mex burger and the toppings were overflowing and the chicken was a consistent size. It has cheese sauce, corn salsa with jalapeño, and avocado. It was everything I ever wanted. Now, sometimes you get a big piece and sometimes you get a small and very flattened one. And now the burger is $12 and I’m left searching for the toppings. The price is not justifiable for the inconsistency and stinginess of the toppings. Tonight we tried the Nashville hot Chicken sandwich and it was more of a tangy spice like a BBQ sauce than a Nashville hot. The chicken itself was paper thin and most of it was breading. Two tiny pickles and a pathetic coleslaw bed. We took off the buns because a lot of the meal was just bread. We are parents of a couple small children so we rarely go out alone anymore but $45 later and we left hungry. Definitely heartbroken to say, but I think I’m quitting Brome for good.

Haven't had good burgers in a while, but I can say that I'm pleasantly surprised with how great these burgers are. Temperature of the burger only had two options - well and medium (nothing in between). I would say that they got it right for both temperatures. Not only did they cook it right, The burgers we got tasted real good. I would skip the chili fries and just go for salt and pepper fries and mix it in that cilantro dressing. I have to add on that the interior design enhanced the ambience.

First time trying the place. Got take out. Got cold fries, and this miserable sloppy burger. Messy to eat. Will not return. So much for first impressions. And I paid $15 for this. Shower after eating not included.

This place is great! I love the interior and their dedication towards sustainability and greenery. Their Wild Mushroom burger is the best mushroom burger I ever had. Also, I love the Fanta Raspberry. Definitely want to come back and get brunch or another burger.

We went to Brome for the first time and tried a couple of their popular menu items. Their Chili Cheese Fries are deliciously crispy with a savory topping of beef chili, sour cream, and green onions. Some kind of tangy/zesty sauce would go well with them. The Mex Burger was absolutely delicious and had a great umami flavor. The beef patty was juicy and packed with meaty flavor. They offer Birria Tacos, both beef and chicken, with limited availability. We tried the chicken ones that are dipped in a basic beefy broth. The tacos are crispy and fresh, although the chicken didn’t have all that much flavor on its own and relied on the broth quite a bit. We’re excited to try the beef tacos next time! For dessert, we got the Cornflake Milkshake which hit the spot and was the perfect combination of flavors and textures. It has that nostalgic sugary cornflake cereal milk taste paired with the crunch of the cornflakes. Would have this shake again and try the others for sure! Definitely recommend visiting Brome and exploring their wide variety of menu items, everything from breakfast to dinner!

I'd like to experience this place once it fully opens back up this Monday. Currently there isn't indoor seating due to remodeling. The staff were really nice and helpful. The concept is pretty cool. I like how you can order on a screen in the hallway and pay for your food. The problem is that it takes a good while to receive your food if you order it in house. I recommend ordering online way ahead of time so you can just grab and go once you arrive. There is outdoor seating which was pretty nice. I really liked the tater tots. My burger was a little dry. I will definitely order extra sauce next time. My wife wasn't much of a fan at all. I think I can convince her to give it another go. I almost forgot. They have this chocolate brownie cooking that taste pretty good but it's not worth $3.71. Perhaps if it were bigger.

Decided to try this place last night and it was a good decision. We got two burgers and a serving of fries and its probably one of the best burgers I've had. Just the quality of the meat and the bun are immaculate, and the medium cook on the burger was perfect. My only qualm was that the Dante's heaven burger was not spicy in the least, but the deluxe burger was delicious. The fries were great but the sweet potato fries were perfection, especially with the truffle aioli. Will have to come back to try the juices and the wagyu burger.

Have been here a ton of times and it is always pretty good. This last time the had changed the layout since my previous visit.. I like both layouts but did like the seating and space a little more with the old layout. However the food is always good and the service the same. They are able to take your order or you can order at the kiosk and most of the time they bring it right over to your table unless you wanted to wait up front for it. Normally doesn’t take to long for them to get the order out either. They also have both indoor and outdoor seating which is a plus if you happen to stop on a day it is really nice out.

The burgers are just too good! The ambience is spectacular! Different from other burger places I have been to! The staff and service is great! Also, not too pricey for the delicious food that you get! Important stuff I loved: 1. You can order on your own on the screens provided at the entrance. 2. Everyone was wearing masks and gloves. 3. It's all Halal. 4. They have a beautiful outdoor seating area with heaters.

My wife and I sat down and had an amazing eating experience. 😋 the food is fantastic, the service was great and they make you feel welcomed.

Burgers start at about $12 worth every finger licking bite. The menu has beef and turkey bacon on it there are even vegetarian burger options. I'm not a person who likes tater tots..but God ole mighty their tater tots were amazing.

Good food consistently here. Restaurant could have used a little cleaning up between customers, though. I will cut them some slack because it was fairly busy. I am grateful for another nearby restaurant with reliable plant-based options. Thank you!

Ambiance and service is great. Chicken Kale Salad is my favorite, burgers are a little pricey for the size and doesn’t always fill me up, unless I get a side of tots or take an extra bite from someone’s sandwich! They do taste good, wish they were a little larger in portion for the price.

Brome is probably one of my top places for burgers. I haven’t been here in a couple years and when I went, the quality was still as great. This is my favorite place to go if I’m craving a chicken burger. My favorite burger is the griddled chicken, it’s amazing. Their new interior is very nice, I like how there’s 3 different places you can sit to eat. It’s also not at all loud in there, the atmosphere is great. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because their burgers did get smaller. You’re paying a little too much for the size. But it’s still a great place!

My first time finally eating from this place. They have very nice outside (and inside) seating that was perfect for this pandemic. Prices are on the higher side compare to other burger places, but you come for the taste, the selection (organic, etc..), and the decor. I had the Mex Burger and it was yummy delicious. I also had their chilli tater tots - better than I'd hope. Service was good too

The vibe and decoration doesn’t really reflect the menu which is unique. I can say that food is well-presented, quality is high, and staff are friendly. Overall, this was a cozy, comforting experience.

A bit pricey, but very tasty and excellent quality food. I was able to place my order easily (with a gift card) over the phone and they brought it right out to my car. Huge salad! Always friendly, always good!

The staff was nice, the ambiance is nice, and the food is so good 😋😍! You walk in and look at these huge menu's first, see what you want, Order it at the cashier, seat yourself, and someone comes to buss your table down during and after you leave. No servers which I kind of like. Nothing wrong with servers. Sometimes you just want to be left alone with your loved ones. Highly recommend this place and we will be back!

I ordered a deluxe burger and a crispy chicken burger. The deluxe has one bite eaten out of it. The meat tasted extremely bad and tasted old. The crispy chicken burger was not good either. It was plain and the chicken was not appetizing . I was super excited about this place. Total let down.

Awesome burgers and great location to hang out with friends. Dante's inferno isn't too hot and can satisfy a taste for spice. Try the milkshakes if you're interested in something sweet. When we are in Dearborn this is our go to for a quick bite that is above the typical quick casual food category.

While still one of my favorite places...I'm disappointed in the current relaxing of sanitation. Tables aren't being bussed regularly and frequently used dishes are removed but tables not wiped off/sanitized. I hope brome ups their game to what they used to be.

Always a fresh food experience. I tried the impossible burger today. It was delicious. All the food was fresh and fast. The staff was knowledgeable and professional. Will be back soon. Love the new remodel and menu updates.

Everything we ordered here was delicious! The winner is The Double Stack. The meat was fresh and juicy! The cheese was creamy and plentiful. The special sauce was amazing and combined everything together.

This place was really good. Just for you know, it gets very busy on weekends so watch out for that. But their burgers are very juicy and very good. I would say it’s a little over priced though, but I would come again.

The food here is very tasty! I was really surprised by the french fries, they tasted amazing. I got a grilled chicken sandwich and it was warm, juicy, and good tasting. It wasn't the most complex or interesting taste profile but everything was fresh and filling! Again, it was really juicy as well so that's good! 3/5 I also go a vanilla bean milkshake with Oreo cookies and it was delicious! Highly recommend 5/5 My friend got a Bao shortbread and three cute little taco looking things came out. I tried one and the taste was complex with a tangy after taste. It had some spice to it too! 3.5/5 We used Kiosks so didn't interact with anyone but the tables could have been cleaned better. The atmosphere is very nice, claiming and pretty! There is plenty of lighting and leaves cover the back wall.

Food and texture of burgers are fresh. I liked the atmosphere and chairs setting. Price wise I think it is little overpriced. Other than that I enjoyed their food and the atmosphere.

Best burger in the Detroit area. Millers who? Burgers were all hot, juicy and full of toppings. Fries were hot and perfectly seasoned. Great place to eat.

DoorDash and Brome just tag-teamed to make sure I had a horrible dinner experience. DoorDash delayed the order by over an hour. Brome made sure that it arrived contaminated with ingredients I’m ALLERGIC TO, even though it was listed on the receipt not to include those ingredients. I’m having an allergic reaction as I type this. I’ve spent WAY too much money there for this foolishness.

Great food. Great prices. The spicy Dante’s burger was great. Coke machine is awesome with all the options. Sweet Potato tots..I couldn’t believe the serving size for $6.50…felt like somebody dumped the whole bag in the fryer from the grocery store! Great place for the whole family or friends to hang out!

Really good burgers!!! We asked for medium rare burgers and got well done, but they were still delicious so no complaints. I got the wild mushroom burger and my partner got the deluxe burger.

The girls had hamburger with fries. It was too tiny but delicious. My baby had chicken nuggets. I ordered the Kale salad. I loved the seasoning. It was tasty and nutritious. Prices are good . We sat by the window, The staff are friendly.

Classic and Consistent, this is always a favorite in the Dearborn halal burger tour. My family and all our guests always love it! The portions are very filling, and you can taste the freshness of the ingredients. We like the Dante’s Heaven Burger, the Kale Krunch Salad, and their crispy chicken sandwich is a hidden gem!

Come from Ann Arbor all the time so you should know its worth it!

Today was my first experience. I ordered some burgers, fries, salad, acai bowls and tots for carry out. I was not told I had to pick the acai bowls up at a different counter and had I not opened up the bags to check my order, would have walked out without them. Once I got home everything was good, especially the Kale Salad. However, the tots had chili on them; which i specifically stated I did not want. I called and the lady who answered the phone was very nice. After I refused to go back to pick up a new order, she offered to send me a gift card. I thought that was very fair until I received it. They sent me a gift card worth less than the cost of item they messed up. I will go back, but they're going to have to show me everything before they pack it up.
