Real good place to eat. The menu pictured was current. Everything looks to be sourced locally based upon freshness and availability so I’m speculating the menu can change. This place is so worth the trip, it’s located in a building that looks like a castle to top it off. Great food great service great hospitality. If the menu kind of throws you off, work through it. You will be glad you did. Visited again with out of town company and we loved it. Make sure to ask for the jams that were made fresh for you and the specialty hot sauces which also are made fresh. Delicious 😋.

This place is top notch. They just got a new chef so they’re going to be adding to innovation I hear. We ended up getting the lemon pound cake waffles and the early morning panini, both were fabulous. The bloody Mary’s were great to; the picture doesn’t do it justice with the garnish missing.

The location, building and inside of the diner is really cute. The staff is so kind and helpful with selections. But overall the food was not that great. We got the cast iron French toast (initially delicious but then the more you eat it’s just too sweet and doesn’t taste much like French toast), curry and eggs (alright, way too many potatoes, not enough eggs and overall not wowed by the flavor combo) and Raclette omelette (delicious! Highly recommended).

Service was prompt and personable, nice cozy place for you and significant other for that small breakfast spot. Food was great. Bursting with flavor, unique blends of spices and food combos give each entree their own flair. Would definitely visit again.

Amazing food! Well worth the wait. Everything is made with fresh ingredients and the menu rotates every 3 months. We were given a 35 minute wait and waited 45 minutes. The restaurant is small with about a 35 person capacity and there were more people waiting than eating while we were there on a Sunday morning before a Lions game.

This was my second time dining here! Had a great experience both times. This most recent experience, we brought our daughter and she loved the lamb bacon! I did too! The ricotta pancakes are amazing! Our waitress Liz was great too, especially considering how busy it was and she was waiting a few tables!! Definitely a great time place to dine and is worth the wait!

A very very cool diner! They had so many unique options: duck eggs, suckling pig bacon, they whipped the eggs to make the omelet in a malt mixer which made them very fluffy. There were a variety of hard drinks on the menu. The jam for my toast was a seasonal, house made jam. They were extremely busy, but our waiter was phenomenal. Offered great suggestions and conversations. There were vegan and gluten-free options as well. You can see more of our diner adventures on Instagram: mi_diner_adventure

The food was delicious. OMG good. I had the cheese omelet. The eggs were fluffy and light and the cheese just right. The potato chunks were crispy and brown. I also ordered their pimento grits. The taste out of this world. My husband had their buttermilk pancakes. Superb. The pancakes had cinnamon and maybe nutmeg flavor. I dont know. All the food had an extra kick to them. Not spicy but flavorful. The food came out hot. The place is small, 30 people maybe, be prepared to wait. The staff wonderful. Give them an extra tip. They deserve it all. Enjoy!!

Everything overall was meh. The donuts had the best potential but one of them had uncooked dough in the middle. The hash potatoes were nice and crispy but the toppings of caramelized onions and roasted garlic were overpowering and mushy. I think they had the most potential if ordered by themselves. Biscuits and gravy wasn’t very good especially since the gravy was very watery. Hot chocolate was also very watery.
