What a vibe ! What great service and a fast one ! Got a margarita flatbread, spicy avocado and shrimp tacos. Steak bites and the bananas french toast with walnuts. Enjoyed eating all of it , different taste especially with the steak bites it’s a wow. Server had a-lot of knowledge and was keeping up with the table. I want to give a shout out to whoever running this place what great place !

My friends & I came here for brunch for my birthday. You literally have to physically walk into the restaurant just to put your name on a list that they send you a text for when your table is ready. (Really needs to be changed to a call ahead). But that’s neither here or there. While dining in, the waitress started out nice sorta pleasant. However, her attitude quickly changed when 1 of my guest food wasn’t what she thought it was. So when she requested it be sent back and remade MINUS the pork, there was some resistance. So the manager Carlos came over & immediately the table’s vibe shifted because we felt the irritation coming from him. His attitude was poor & his response to our complaint was sarcastically rude. He made the statement of “well the menu is descriptive”. Be that as it may, not everyone knows what a lot of different cheeses are or meats are especially ones that are not American. So excuse us for not being food chefs & knowing what Prosciutto was. Despite our lack of knowledge of what prosciutto was the response from the waitress Siobhan & manager Carlos was unacceptable. Especially from paying customers who spent well over $50-80 per person. You would think a small establishment like this would have more care & be more empathetic & considerate of paying guest food concerns especially when it’s an allergy. The food was taken back to be remade however, it wasn’t remade, they just picked out the pork & brought it back to the table. And the reason we know it wasn’t completely remade fresh is because the piece of fish that was in there my friend purposely cut into it & that same salad she sent back came back minus what was picked out. First impressions are huge for me & after this experience we will not return. I don’t waste money to be lied to & spoken to like I’m a fool. Thanks but no thanks!

My husband and I went to Mi Miss for Sunday morning breakfast. We got there right when they opened. By the time we were done the place was full. The coffee was fantastic. Their salmon Benedict was so good. Each side has a large piece of salmon on it. My husband had an omelette w charezo. It was spicy but very good. Highly recommend this place.

Hmmm..my first time there and I don’t know if the waitress was just not wanting to be there or what.. the tacos where ok… and the steak bites were pretty good. But the waitress seemed very inconvenience by us. She (Bre) took our order filled the waters and that was it. I waited more then 45 mins for her to ask if I wanted another drink and nothing came about. Maybe if she was on top of things I would have order more alcoholic beverages and my husband too. The tip was included was to her benefit bc at that time I would have only tip her the bare minimum. Due to the way we were treated I wouldn’t go back. Very disappointed bc I was looking forward to trying this place and she left a bad impression on herself. To be fair they had a ton of servers.

This is hands down my favorite brunch spot. The breakfast is beyond amazing. Always fresh and hot! I was a fan favorite of the crab cakes back in the day. I was hesitant to try anything different. However everything I’ve had has always been great! The atmosphere is always peaceful and great service!

Delightful location, adorable patio. Unfortunately it was tad bit cold to fully enjoy it. Inside is cute and quaint. Menu looked good, I tried one of flatbread,, absolutely amazing crust, and homemade cookies to order! Split the mimosa flights with a gal pal. Will definitely be back again, to try new items!

Visited a few times and always great food and service. All day breakfast available. The banana foster French toast is excellent! Kids Mac and cheese can feed two to three kids. Highly recommend the chicken and waffles.

Update Nov. 2020: Good food enjoying the seating outside. ************************************************************ I was there twice before and like the Crepe Florentine. This time I went with two friends and one of them got cold food. It was taken back and he ordered something else, also not satisfactory. Cold chicken and potatoes that tasted like they were made 45 minutes ago.They were very busy after 1:00 PM, perhaps not a good time to go there. Other than that, the margaritas were really good, so were the french fries that we had with an appetizer.

This restaurant sets the bar for amazing food and phenomenal service. The chickn hogie sandwich was the best sandwich I’ve ever had and better yet, it is vegan! The service I received from Matthew was again the best and set the bar high. He was genuine and passionate about the food and had such a positive attitude. I plan to return in the near future and recommend to anyone interested in an overall amazing dining experience.

I, absolutely.. LOVE THIS PLACE!! Natalie deserve awards for being super chill and remembering me and my roommate after only one visit! I have honestly never tried vegan food before and WOW I can't believe what I've been missing. I visit Michigan on the weekends and this place is officially a staple. The French toast with apple cranberry butter is literally to die for, I can't have french toast anywhere else because Chive set the standard so high. Also chili fries, that's another that's just so mouth watering and phenomenal. I hope to visit for dinner, their bar area looks so cool and welcoming. I screamed internally with their music too! absolutely chill... the song Breathe came on I was jiving and eating lol thank you Natalie!!! I'm glad they are open on weekends so when I travel I can stop by. I wish I was there now!

Beyond DELICIOUS. To start we had the lamb sliders, they were amazing. I ordered the chicken/waffles eggs Benedict; it came with roasted potatoes. Need I say that I was stuffed? Luckily my forever crush ate what I couldn't. 😂 And the mimosas, pick one, they are all yummy.

First time there what I ordered was good. Dining area had a pretty long wait, so we sat outside. Heated and nice I just don't like dealing with bugs while eating.

Baked In Ordered the pasta dish and burgers. Pasta was over cooked and sauce was chunky. Service was terrible and the tip is baked in at 20% gratuity so the servers aren't motivated to deliver good service. Mimosa flight was on point and burger was ok.

I was told 20-30 minutes for a table and was seated in 13 minutes. The food was delicious... The steak bites were really good, but $16.50 for such a small amount was disappointing. Waitress and staff were friendly. The flight of 4 was good ($18 for 4 different flavors mimosas). I would definitely return.

Wait was close to an hour since they don’t take reservations for Sunday brunch. But despite the wait the portion size are more than generous so bring your appetite. And their mimosa flight packed a flavorful buzz.

Came to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday. Zachariah was our waiter; he was awesome. All three of us had the chicken and waffles eggs Benedict. Delicious! We shared a flight of mimosas and a breakfast quesadilla. Had such a great experience!

Was calling all morning and the previous day to make a reservation with no avail. Decided to walk in to see if we were able to maybe wait for a table they were booked the entire day. They turned their phones off instead of putting a message on their that they were booked for the day. The bar was first come first serve but we weren’t able to stay in the restaurant to wait for the bar which made no sense because there were other couples doing it. Unprofessional!! I guess if you want to have brunch you need to book a week or even a month in advance ridiculous.

Overall: Thumbs Up. If I could do a half of star I would actually rate this place 3.5. The food was ok(not bad or good, just ok). What saved them were the drinks! I ordered a flight of mimosa's for $16(it's better than ordering one for $8.00) and they were really good. It's a nice place for drinks but there was quite a wait (I assume it's because of limited seating). Would I go back yes, although I would try something other than the jambalaya.

I don't get the fuss about this place. May be its the only (?)decent place to sit outside and eat your food?? I mean we tried. This was our second visit. First one we had a long waiting time so we gave up and went home. This time we did get in waiting list ahead of time, so the wait was minimal.even though the waiting system is hard to understand.ambiance is ok a bit loud inside as place is small and packed always. We picked outside seating as the weather was nice. Now onto food. I am self confessed foodie and have been to many restaurants, eateries food trucks you name it. Never have I ever had such thick crepe. Was it crepe or just a thinner pancake. Texture failed, taste lacking. The strawberries inside were all mush. There are nice food trucks seving much better thinner crepes with right texture of fruits inside. Rest menu was also nothing home to write about.crab cakes were decent but a bit higher in salt. All in all, good looks, lacking substance.

This restaurant is the one I always prefer. I eat in a lot of restaurants but here I constantly return again and again. The team is very warm and the food they serve is so fresh and tasty. I am always happy to have a nice meal in this restaurant. I recommend this place with pleasure.

Food was amazing, mimosas were delicious. (The flight of mimosas is the best!) crab cakes were really good, and the chicken and waffles were shockingly awesome. Will definitely be going back. Only bad thing was watching the employees pull in and park in the closest parking spots instead of saving them for guests.

Today was my 4th time to indulge with this wonderful restaurant. But I had a horrible, vindictive waitress named Amber, wasted a drinks all over me and my clothes,shoes, everything. She NEVER apologized, she only said " oh did it get on you?" Then walked away. I was so furious, but I kept my cool. Needless to say we left hungry. Very bad experience, I don't wish this type of service on anyone. I will probably go back just request not that negative, hateful, & unapologetic server named Amber.

Other than it being entirely too hot in the restaurant everything ordered was wonderfully delicious. I ordered the chicken and waffles and it had perfectly poached eggs with hollandaise sauce. Wife got the veggie goat cheese omelette and Mimosa flight.

Tried the chicken and waffle benedict, strawberry pancakes, and red velvet pancakes. Everything is just good, better than a coney. Overall a little on the bland side. Pancakes were fluffy, but nothing special. The salted caramel sauce that comes with it was gritty and crystalized, red velvet came with no cream cheese frosting. Chicken and waffle benedict was good. Waffles were a little disappointing. The potatoes that come as a side was the best part. Very crunchy!

We went here for the first time during a strong COVID restriction time, so we just did carry out. The food was fantastic!!! We had the garlic truffle fries, the Margherita Flat Bread, the Italian Flat Bread, the chocolate chip cookies, and we each had a drink, the Aviator and the High Society. Everything was very tasty. We will definitely go back :) highly recommend

It was great but not as great mediocre brunch. Not all that hype I thought it was going to be. But really took away from the experience was the service. They just need to work on that a little more I think it'll make more people to want to come there.

Great vibe good food

Great atmosphere, we could hear each other talk without shouting. It was really cool to see all the art from local artists. I thoroughly enjoyed my bloody Mary. The charcuterie board was amazing. The ahi tuna was fantastic! It was masterfully seared and melt- in- your- mouth tender. I've never had broccolini before, but was pleasantly surprised. The noodles were perfectly al dente and I found the sauce to be on the mild side, but I like hot food. I would absolutely recommend everything we had.

Delicious breakfast and bloody mary. We were told to expect a 30 minute wait and waited 90. You can't always control how long people stay and chat but we nearly had to forget breakfast altogether.

As soon as I walked in I felt very comfortable. They have a great menu and awesome customer service. They are also constantly cleaning. The paintings on the wall add to the ambiance! Will definitely be returning along with recommending to everyone! Cannot wait to try the bunch!

We attempted to dine at Mi.Mosa on today Sunday September 20th 2020. The hostess was glued to the phone and rudely asked "how many," then shrugged and said it's an hour and a half wait. She never asked if we wanted a reservation or anything, (it was just me and my little girl.) I asked a busser on our way out, if it really was that long of a wait, especially since they have outdoor seating, she glumly nodded her head yes. I then went to Google and tried to place an online reservation, (which I still do not see for this company.) I called and spoke with a male claiming to be the manager, he snidely told me he had 23 parties waiting and I asked him, why is there no reservation availability to place online? (Like most other restaurants have, he claimed it was, again that I've still yet to find/see.) When I asked him for his name and told him he didn't have to be so rude he then slammed the phone down! I've dined at some of the finest restaurants in the world, no one should waste their time even visiting this place, it's appauling and not worthy of anyone's patronage.

Mi.Mosa has a Monte Cristo sandwich that is AMAZING! My favorite dish! The servers are always friendly and attentive! Excellent drinks, too! Try a mimosa!

Mi.Mosa was a nice place to go for brunch. I had a momosa flight and the Monte Cristo. The mimosas had different flavors, but it was hard to taste some of the flavors. A lot of them just tasted like the brut, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but I wanted a little more variety. The monte cristo was different than I'm used to because it had a fried egg on it, but I really liked that addition. You have to get it with the berry compote. Otherwise it may be a little dry, but it was tasty. The side salad was delicious was surprisingly full of toppings. Atmosphere was nice. We ate outside and the weather was nice, but there were a lot of bees buzzing around which was a bit stressful.

Very cozy atmosphere inside and they also have tables on the patio, front and back. Love the healthy menu and the variety of Mimosa's available.

Been wanting to try this place out for some time. Came out on a Saturday night and might I say I am very impressed! The pork belly sliders were on point. Then we had the chicken Marsala and their fettuccine Alfredo. Everything was so good! This is my new favorite Farmington spot no doubt!

My favorite local vegan restaurant for sure! I have been a regular patron here since they opened and I have tried various things on the menu, (which changes and is not boring). Every meal I have had is consistently delicious. Staff are so nice and work to seat you quickly. Even when they are slammed you don't feel like you are in the way and they make you feel just as important as the person actually sitting down. The food is fresh, portions are not skimpy, and the taste is definitely drool worthy. All my non-vegan family and friends also rave about this place and are happy with whatever they order from here. Highly recommend you try this spot, it-is-THAT-GOOD! Farmington is lucky to have Chive and the business it brings to the local community!

As a meat eater this totally vegan place is not bad at all. I got the chicken sandwich, chilli cheese fries , ceasar salad ( i loved the dressing) and apple cheesecake. My least favorite was the apple cheesecake tho. The apple topping tasted like apple sauce and cheesecake itself was bland. Food is really flavourful and the service is friendly, but the place could do with better ventilation. As soon as you step in, the smell of food hits you in the face, and not in a good way. Even our clothes smelled like food by the time we stepped out.

I take my family to this place many times a year! This is the best place to have a bite. I visit this place regularly. The meals are very tasty, the staff is helpful and the payment is good. I like being in this place to have a good supper.

My carry out dinner from Chive Kitchen fixed a pretty bad day. It was exactly what I was hoping for-really fresh, homemade quality, and freaking delicious (Mac and Cheese, Italiano Salad, Carmel Coconut Cake-just WOW). Looking forward to ordering again.

This place is incredible! My husband and I were looking for a vegan restaurant in the area and came across this gem! We’ve been visiting on a weekly basis ever since. The bloody Mary’s are hands down the best we’ve ever had, especially if you love your bloodys with pickle brine. The nachos are amazing and highly addictive. We were disappointed that the fried artichoke bowl came off the menu but have hopes that it may return someday. The soups are delicious! We always get the soup of the day and have never been disappointed. Service is great but it is a busy place so you may have to wait on occasion. It is totally worth it trust me!

The Chive Kitchen has a quaint atmosphere and wonderful quality food. I had my first vegan meal ever and it was delicious. Our server Natalie was perfect! I highly recommend the Chive Kitchen to vegan's and non vegan's alike. I will definitely be going back.

I had placed an order for vegan cake on Sunday via their website to pickup on Monday at 7:00pm. At 5:00pm on Monday they send me a message saying they don’t do deliveries (pickups) on “Monday”. If they don’t do delivery (pickups) on Monday then why do they show a date and time on their website. I had ordered the vegan cake for my parent’s anniversary, I don’t know where to find a vegan cake now at last minute. Very unprofessional store. Also, this wasn’t a last minute booking. It was booked 24hours in advanced and the phone number was also mentioned. Calling me selfish and entitled further proves my point. I do understand your website has Monday closed now, but I did not see it on Sunday. Additionally, I could have been informed at least 4-5 hours before the pickup time.

Chive Kitchen should be located everywhere 15 miles or so. I love this restaurant and every-time I try a new dish, I love it just as much as the last. The staff is always pleasant. The dessert menu is also good, my favorite is the oatmeal raisin cookies and the chocolate beet cake, Holy scamolies! You’d never know this food is vegan. Chive rocks and I can’t wait til you’re fully open again.

A small lovely vegan restaurant in downtown Farmington area next to TJMax and Cheese lady. They have great list of vegan menu and desserts. They take cake order as well, but required to order a week early. Very friendly stuff. I love having my dinner there in summer evenings, they serve outside.

The service is really slow. I waited 15 minutes to be seated, 15 minutes to place an order and 1 hour to not even get the order served. One of the worst dining experiences of my life.

Waited for over an hour for food. No attention from the staff working there at all. What is the point of good food when you cannot serve it in timely manner? I don't think I'm going to come back or even recommend the place to someone else.

So many good things here. And always changing. Its popular be prepared to wait. No reservations. But well worth the wait.

I chose this place because the menu indicated that there were quite a few gluten free items. However when we went to order we discovered that nearly every entree had ingredients that went into a shared fryer with gluten based items and therefore wasn’t gluten free. All I could eat was soup and a small salad which tasted fine. This is not a place for gluten sensitive people.

Service was great. Food wad good. Drinks were hit or miss. Our appetizer (buffalo bites) was good but left me wanting them to be chicken instead of tofu. We ordered both rice bowl options and really enjoyed both of them. I particularly enjoyed their homemade hot sauce. We ordered three drinks. Two of them were very good. The rosy mule was very very flowery and bitter. Did not particularly like it. Would definitely go back.

Great place for brunch and as the name goes lots of variety of mimosas. Indoor seating on weekends can be very chaotic so I would prefer outdoor seating if possible on peak hours.

It is annoying that this place nickles and dimes you for each additional add on. I ordered the breakfast quesadilla, but if I wanted pico de gallo there was an up charge also an up charge for sour cream. The food was good, and I'd go back for the food but there are some other things that need to charge. It is a small spot, and it busy so it is long waits. For Saturday lunch it was an hour to sit inside. We were able to get a table on the patio in winter with the heaters. It was a cold option and we ate our meals with our coats on bundled up.

I was planning to go to another brunch spot in the area, but the wait was too long and a group of 8 were quickly able to be accommodated here. The servers were lovely and I’m a fan of the flight option they have for mimosas. I ordered the eggs Benedict and waffles, and those did not disappoint. I would’ve wished that their outdoor heaters were working since it was a little chilly, but luckily the sun was also out so it wasn’t too bad. I’d come here again to try out their dinner menu.

Recently ate here for brunch with a friend, we came for the viral mimosa flights - delicious! They were strong as well. My meal was steak and eggs, that was amazing too! Overall a good experience. Parking was a little weird due to construction, but it may be resolved by now. Definitely recommend brunch here!
