The staff is very arrogant. The Locker rooms always smell, the entire gym is always dirty. Save your money as they are charging top dollar for something thats supposed to be dirt cheap.

This whole gym needs to go. The manager hass needs to be put in his place he does not even own it yet wants to act as if the members work for him and treats them like garbage. Every machine breaks and the manager hass says there is no point in fixing it because it will break again. The locker room smells like wet dog hair, the pool is green and smells like trash. This gym needs renovation inside the gym and out. The management is very UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME SPENDING A DOLLAR HERE OR EVEN STEPPING FOOT.

The ONLY reason I stay for so many years- @ this overpriced/ RUDEST STAFF I've ever experienced facility; that's in really POOR CONDITION because it's the only convenient place I can go. I stay to myself and am never bothered by other guest-(Only staff, with their horrible vibes directed towards me-Extremly uncomfortable. Method to their madness perhaps to frighten me away. It's not happening. I am not intimidated by dirty looks and ugly attitudes. That's life. Lol. The place is a joke. Overpriced for ONLY certain people. I did my homework and asked. SCARY bathroom/ shower floors. Very poor maintained jacuzzi and oh boy. Filthy tanning beds. Bought one month.. couldn't even use it, and only one working. Tried using racquet court. No one had TIME to remove the net. Too busy, I was actually told🤯. Told to wait. I did. After an hour, I left. No jacuzzi working. So discouraging, however, left with no choice. As I am limited after a serious brain injury. Sooooo yeah. I need the place. I don't like it. It's horrible. It helps me keep my recovery, and the ick is worth my suffering of the place. I would go to another if I could. If you can. I highly recommend it. A place where staff actually cares about their members. This place. A JOKE. I NEVER FEEL WELCOMED. MY LOSS. However, my recovery is worth it. I lost all motor functions and am thankful to work them back using the pool here. I'll suffer any bad attitudes and poor facilities so long as they help me stay healthy and the pool does. However, I'm weighing my mental health now over my recovery as the stay is THAT horrible. I'm sure they have their favorites as it clearly shows. 62. I'm not an idiot. I just signed up for another year and always paid in advance. This year. I may just take the loss d it's getting worse since the beginning of June. Sad. Sooooo sad. NOW SEARCHING FOR ANOTHER.

Do not waste your time or money here. Employees have no respect and the place is always dirty. The manager Hass here thinks he is better than everyone and always talks bad about his guests. Save your money and go to a gym that has a working steam room and a pool that is not green. All the machines here are broken and the management says why would they replace/ or fix if it is just gonna get broken again. Then the guy Hass will try and threaten you with calling “collections” if you cancel your membership, even though your not on a contract lol. STAY AWAY!!!

I joined Dearborn Racquet and Health Club with great expectations, hoping to find a well-maintained facility with a positive atmosphere. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I had envisioned. The establishment proved to be dirty, outdated, and utterly disappointing. From the moment I stepped inside, it was evident that cleanliness was not a priority. The floors were grimy, the equipment was covered in layers of dust, and the overall hygiene left much to be desired. It was disheartening to see such neglect in a place that should promote health and wellness. To add insult to injury, when I attempted to cancel my membership, I encountered an incredibly unpleasant situation with the front desk attendant named Don. He not only refused to assist me but also displayed loud and hostile behavior. His unprofessional conduct only heightened the negative atmosphere that already permeated the club. Furthermore, a couple of months after I canceled my membership they went on to charge my American Express for monthly membership dues. It is disheartening to find an establishment that fails to meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness and customer service. Dearborn Racquet and Health Club is a prime example of an outdated and poorly managed facility that thrives on its once glorious heydays. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs. The negative energy that pervades this club is suffocating, making it an unpleasant environment for anyone seeking to maintain their physical well-being. There are plenty of other fitness centers in the area that offer a clean, modern, and welcoming experience.

Wonderful place to workout. Love the sauna and spa. Classes are fantastic! Great management.

DHRC offers a large selection of fitness options in a clean and welcoming environment and is budget friendly. Staff and management are friendly and make you feel like family. It has excellent indoor tennis courts and classes for all levels. Max is great instructor for classes with terrific enthusiasm. Hasan the manager Is very present and available for any questions or concerns. Highly recommend.

Great club with many amenities. Friendly staff and members. Manager Hass has done an amazing job running the club, making some much needed upgrades (lights especially), and keeping the place a family friendly and trouble free environment. Im sure all members appreciate it. Equipment is always working and clean. Even during peak hours, you can get a good workout in. Great place to workout out and worth every penny.

We love it here!! They have an amazing gym, racquetball court, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, a kids center for parents who want to work out and leave there child with a responsible worker with toys and tv with movies

I love this place. I have nothing negative to say about it. I will take this opportunity to say that there is a guy named "Mike" in this gym who might try to bully you off the machine that you're using. If this happens, just ignore him and watch him throw a tantrum. He mobs around with his meathead friends. I call him Dirty Mike and the boys.

This is an underrated gem (gym) lol. Its private quite , serene. I've joined for the Indoor Tennis courts, and fitness center , but even more satisfied that I can swim, Sauna , steam , or go to a pilates, karate and or yoga class.

The owner is very rude to people not going there again... when was the last time they inspected this place for safety hazard ? I posted this pic so people dont think im just making it up.

This is a wonderful facility with tennis courts, an all equipment gym and small indoor soccer facility. Hass, the manager, was very friendly and cooperative with us. I had rented their indoor soccer field, the rate was not too bad. Process was easy working with Hass. Communication between front desk lady and Hass was kind of missed and the front desk lady was surprised when we got there but she sorted it out quickly. So no real issue. Soccer field did the job. When we started to play, it felt quite small and the heater was blowing from the top over the goal keepers head. There was some stuff stored close to the field which would cause distractions. You can’t ask much more for the price. It’s good for a small group to play with. All in all we had a good time.

Love working out here!! Sauna steam and hot tub!! Nice well kept! The Manager Hass Bazzi is cool guy!! Abe is cool too! Love the club!! Glad I joined .

I’ve been going to the Dearborn Racquet and Health Club for 10+ years and have never had a negative experience there. I recommend it to anyone looking to expand their fitness journey, they have a great gym as well as fantastic tennis courts. The staff there is always extremely polite and respectful. Manager Hass is also a great guy and is always putting his customers first.

I recently became a member of the Racquet Club and I'm happy I joined. The Racquet Club has everything you need conveniently in your neighborhood (Pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, tennis courts, full gym, and much more). Since I've been there, the new ownership team has made significant ongoing updates to the facility, enhancing the member experience. Moreover, the Racquet Club offers multiple classes for members that accommodates almost all schedules. I think it's a great value and I'm excited to see what else they have in store.

The staff and members are all very friendly. The pool is awesome. The club is currently getting some very nice upgrades.

I have been going to the DRHC for 12 years now and have always enjoyed the amenities it has to offer and friendly staff. I am impressed with the changes they have already made and excited for the many changes that are to come.

I come here for the gym and it delivers. There’s always a machine that I need and they recently just repainted everything and improved the lights. It feels really open and not clustered which is a big improvement from previous gyms. I’ve even heard of them getting new equipment. I can’t wait to see what they bring.

If you are looking for something a little better than “the gym” this is your place!! Very low key, offers many extras such as a pool, sauna, steam room, group fitness (spin, Pilates and yoga) as well as tennis, racquetball, walleyball and personal training. I have been a member for over 25 years and an instructor for 18years. It’s worth a little bit extra when everybody knows your name and it’s quiet, safe, clean and friendly!!

I’ve been playing tennis here since I was a little kid and I’ve always loved the staff and the manager is somehow single and I don’t know why he’s 6’2!

We love it . Its clean and quiet. We play soccor twice a week . Hass is amazing and the staff very helpful. The best gym in town .

Former lifetime member who is extremely happy with the racquet club. Gym has everything you need including a steam room which is necessary for me. Not to mention super clean, friendly staff, and overall great environment. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a gym on par with lifetime at a much more affordable rate.

Great gym amazing staff and the equipment is legit. I also love the steam & sauna rooms along with the pool and hot tub.

I have not been able to do anything as of yet, but walking. Met Hass and he is wonderfull. From the perspective of business and many have been coming to the gym for years. I would rate this gym highly in ratings. I plan to do more with my health when feeling better.
