I’m very disappointed to have to do this but instead of going and enjoying a cup of coffee while I study, I felt unwelcome when one of the owners barged in yelling about lowering the music to the young employees. I’ve never experienced anything like this. The employees were kind enough to ask if I wanted the music lowered but I had told them not to worry about it. Only to discover that there is a rule at this location to “keep the volume above 25” I understand there are expectations for a business but the reaction of the owner regarding music volume with customers inside was very unprofessional. Sadly, I will not be returning.

This is what you get if you order an extra cream cheese bagel…I called the store and I was told the cream cheese soaks into the bagel. Yeah okay. 0 stars.

This is my second visit Pros: Menu items are always available. The hours of operation are okay. I have never had a problem with the quality of the coffee. Cons: I saw some actions(mopping the floor without removing crumbs first) at closing and not one table was wiped down. I have not seen one hand washed.

This place is closed and I can't figure out why Google continues to reject that it is no longer operational.

Love Biggby Coffee ☕ Mahar, Killa K and Eddie are always so welcoming. I love their Strawberry Short Cake Mocha Mocha and Brews! And the four cheese Asiago bagel is delicious 😋

Excellent service! Every barista is so nice and friendly! And even when you aren’t sure what flavor you’re in the mood for they are quick with suggestions. It’s quiet enough to study and cozy enough to sit a while with a friend and chat. Highly recommend this location!

I come to this location on my way to my job on thursdays and i absolutely love Maya and Aleena. They are the sweetest girls and always make my coffee perfect!! Today they recommended i try the cold brew and i was skeptical but tried it and i actually liked it. These girls are so fun to talk to in the morning and very good at their job.

Every other time I get a coffee from here it's made wrong. This was my previous coffee made of snow and espresso. I like to pay for what I get and this is not it.

If I could I would give ZERO stars. This location is CLOSED. Such a waste of my time. 👎👎

Just got my favorite frozen latte and asked the girl for a pup cup for my little doggy in the Jeep. She came out with her phone and, although she said she was terrified of dogs, she shot a little video of him enjoying his cup. She added a cool tune and posted it on Instagram. All my friends are loving it!

Great Biggby. Staff is friendly and fast. Beverage was perfect. Bragel was tasty. Price is lower than Starbucks and the vegan options are better! What more could you want?

I go to this location often to chat with people who work there. It's a friendly environment and I know them all and they always greet me with smile.

Place is great staff is very nice. The owner is very kind. I just wish the parking lot would get fixed. It’s crumbling and falling apart. Overall good coffee, good people.
