The first thing I noticed about black box is how clean and kept the store is! They have gorgeous local art all around the store and the employees made wonderful conversation with me. They were extremely polite and courteous. The lattes were phenomenal, better than any place around. I will be coming here for my coffee instead of Starbucks, way better service and way better coffee. Give this place a try if you haven’t already, you won’t regret it!

A wonderfully calm yet exciting place to be! The service is fast, pleasant, and you feel at home. The coffee is impeccable and they offer great options that are fresh and light but packed with flavor. The foods and sweets are freshly homemade and will be the best compliment to your visit. The art and lighting make your coffee even more comforting as you see the passion of many local artists displayed along the wall. Definitely a treat to visit and enjoy!

I visited Black Box for the first time today, and was extremely pleased and impressed with my experience. I highly recommend the Lavender Latte, which is a wonderful blend of floral notes and strong espresso. If you are lucky enough to meet the owners, they create a welcoming environment with wonderful conversation. A hidden gem is all of the artwork from local artists as well as local trinkets which make wonderful gifts. I will definitely be back!

New location. Very friendly service from Sarah. Neat concept of art sale/exhibition within a coffee shop. A little sparse feeling and not offering any dining indoors. Clean. Good product from Great Lakes Coffee. I recommend the cake. It is one of the best I've ever had! Good location and well done logo and design, being artistic, yet professional.

Today was me and my sister's first time here. We ran into Sarah who took our order. She was extremely sweet, friendly and very helpful. The interior of the shop felt like an art museum. Ended up getting a mocha latte and a cookie. Both were super delicious. Looking forward to trying other things on the item. The atmosphere is very relaxing and chill. Adding this shop on my top ten in Dearborn. Overall our experience has been well and fantastic!

Was a cool little coffee place. Loved the art and set up. It wasn’t to busy when we went so we were able to get our coffee and get out pretty quickly which was good cause I was headed to my nieces birthday party. Service was pretty good, could of had a little more energy or music but the coffee made up for it. I just got a nice hot mocha with some Carmel and they did not have the toffee :/ still satisfied tho just don’t know if I would go out of my way with all these other cool coffee places in the area.

Really cute place with an excellent lavender latte! They sell Iocally made items- glassware, purses, books about Michigan, etc. There's also displayed art that's for sale. Very cute place. I also love the walk-up window to buy your drinks.

This was my second time in today and I had a fantastic time each time. My friends and i came in for my birthday on a little coffee tour. The staff was super sweet to all of us and even offered suggestions for different shops to check out. The coffee was great, the art is beautiful, and the people were so kind. I heavily recommend the lavender latte!

The Black Box Coffee Shop has wonderful coffee, tea, and specialty beverages. They also offer a wide variety of homemade and very fresh and delicious dessert type products. It is a great place to relax, socialize, and enjoy the wonderful art pieces that is typically displaced (for purchase) on the walls of the coffee shop. The owners are wonderful and extremely friendly people. They also offer an array of gifts and specialty items for purchase. All in all a really great place.

This place is an artisanal dream. Let the coffee speak for itself, yet if you like, the owner is very personable, and would love to chat with you. He was able to reach both myself and my coffee connoisseur friend from the West coast. This is a great place hidden in plain view. 😉

The matcha latte and earl grey latte are both delicious with or without vanilla. The baristas are friendly, and I enjoy the rotating artwork that is displayed around the coffee shop.

If you want a real cappuccino in Dearborn, this is the place. Roy and his staff are incredibly friendly and as you can tell from the quality of my takeout cup they are focused on the details and that includes the flavor of the coffee. After coming back to the office at Ford, it's nice to know that on the way in I can grab a cappuccino that is going to taste great.

Exceptionally friendly baristas and good coffee with seasonal rotating options. I appreciated how genuine the barista at the register was in helping us decide what to order. The space itself is modern and fun to look around in as it's also an art gallery.

I really enjoyed the coffee here. The staff is friendly, warm and welcoming. A great family business with good quiet music, fine art and great pastries. You leave their place like you were visiting old friends.I recommend that you stop buy the Black Box for a great coffee experience.

Visited Black Box today and it was a lovely experience! The place itself has a very cool vibe with all the windows and art. But even more amazing was the customer service! Both the owner and young gal were all smiles and very friendly. Oh, and the latte was very yummy...much better than chain places. Support your local small businesses and especially Black Box !

Feels a little more art gallery inside. Coffee was delicious and there is a walk up window outside or order inside. Nice art work and crafts inside. Standing space (standing bars) for enjoying inside. Delicious coffee and date & walnut cake.

Best coffee spot in Dearborn hands down. Excellent art and service, and excellent espresso. I always get a mocha either hot or iced, but my friend enjoyed the Americano. They make some blackberry almond cake that is to die for. I'm trying to figure out how to replicate the recipe!

I’ve always had a great experience here. Customer service is top notch and the coffee is also excellent. Plus the owner is lovely and always coming up with creative ideas and events for the store! Blackbox is more than a coffee shop , it’s a sweet little community.

Me and my Nana like to go on small "adventures" together a couple time a week. And this place is our favorite place to stop! Staff is incredibly friendly and conversational, and the art is always fun. My Nana loves their hot chai latte. :)

Got a chai tea latte for myself and a hot coco for my daughter. We both enjoyed them. The latte was full of flavor and not overpowering. The hot coco was tasty and not too sweet. We ordered from the walk-up window. The woman that took our order was professional and nice. Fairly priced. Will come again.

This coffee shop is a must for coffee lovers! The service was outstanding! The variety of coffee served in the ambiance was very satisfying. Family owned and operated SUPPORT LOCAL! We will be back again
