Music was loud af. Which is typically nice but the speaker placement is right over the bar and booths. Making any conversation not possible. I came on a slow day and was charged upon entry. No matter how early or what the IG says. They will charge if they can. I walked right behind a woman and had to pay more than what she paid. When I got inside there were all of 8 people and 5 were security plus bar tenders. Order the food and gotta say. Don’t waste the coin. The lamb chops were very salty, the sweet potatoes tasted like nutmeg and butter, and the sautéed Spinach left much to be desired. The first drink I got tasted like pineapple. I order a Jameson and ginger ale. Figure that one out. The lady was nice enough to remix the drink because I hate pineapple. Really was hoping to find a spot I could keep coming to on Thursday . This ain’t it though. There is a nice outdoor smoke vibe though. I did like that.

I didn't like the lamb chops at all.. I like my lamb to have some lamb flavor.. I think it was a bit pricey for the environment. I don't think it's a place that would be mandatory for me to visit twice.. If a friend was having an event there and my presence is requested that will be the only way I would return. Other than that I'm ok.. The food took a bit to come out.. our server was GREAT!!

1st, even though it says Louge & Restaurant you have to be 21 to enter even if you're not sitting at the bar or with a parent. So because one person with us wasn't 21 we were only allowed entrance for a carryout which by the way you have to pay a $5 extra fee for. We ordered at 5:30 and sat in the booth until 7:05 when our food was finally brought to us. At this point 2 of the orders were missing. The food wasn't seasoned and all 5 of the dinners we received had under cooked fries. We left without ever receiving the missed meals (they took them off the bill) Greatly disappointed.

I scheduled my 51st birthday at the Opyum Lounge I made my own party it was a real disappointment that the only thing on my flyer was available 2$lambchps and 2$greentea shots My birthday is 12/13 the DONT give you the free bottle until after 12? That’s not my birthday my family was uncomfortable with the waitresses outfits really revealing we had to watch them twerking had to leave I invited my older family members it’s a good place for the younger crowd I would not recommend this place for older people I guess

This place has the absolute WORST customer service None of the waitresses wanted to take our order They all were very rude and honorary We sat a whole hour before going up to the bar multiple times to get someone to come wait our table Then we got overpriced bills with burnt food and a gratuity added that no one explained before we ordered when finally getting our order taken on top of waiting another 3 hours for food some was missing and I still got charged for it. That was my first and will be my LAST time going to that place I asked to speak with the owner multiple times nobody came out until we decided to leave then one of the floor leaders came out to beg us not to leave a bad review and to come back to support their business AGAIN DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE unless you don’t mind bad service

Horrible customer service. Called my food in they said 30-45 minutes. Gave them a hour. My food wasn’t done. Then I had to wait another hour. My food still wasn’t done. So unprofessional. Very disappointed. Never again.

The only thing that was a little aggravating is nobody told us that if we use our card it would be a charge. I like to know that in advance because I did have cash. Otherwise the food was good the waitress was attentive and the music was awesome.

I ordered my food at 8:30. The waitress told me it would be a 30-45 minute wait. My food was not ready untill 10:45. My baked potato was not fully cooked. The lamb chops were just okay. Most of all, the service was terrible. Those waitresses had some nasty attitudes.

The turkey chops the macaroni and cheese and cabbage was fire.............The quesadilla was great too definitely will be back.

I hope management has change. The last time I was there a lady name Leah was rude. It was on a Tuesday I watch her sit at the booth by the bar look down at her phone for good 15 minutes. When I ask her for help she acted like I was interrupting what she was doing. I ask her to make me a drink she look me dead in my face and said I’m not a bartender that’s not my job. I have been coming to this place since 2012 and have seen girls come and go. My experience with her has made me change my mind about coming back. I have seen the owner change the bar and love the new look. But as a business onwer you have to ask yourself is this lady really worth losing customers over a chick who lacks good customers service. I have been out talking with people and her name always comes up in a bad way. You can’t lead a team with bad management.

We had to ask where to sit. After waiting 15mins the waitress took our order. We repeated it 3-4 times. Buffalo wings seemed to not register. Why would you give me a bill and I haven't even received my food? Just very weird service. When we got our food 45mins later, we had fried wings with a side of hot sauce. Had to find my waitress to pay. Then had to find her so I could get my card cause it was taking awhile. The service was just horrible. I wouldn't recommend going here. The only thing that saved my birthday was my date.

This is the most shadiest club I have ever been too. I asked for patron they gave me Jose quervo silver instead, like I wouldn't notice the difference. They charged me $12 for a shot of quervo silver.

Security, Bartenders and Waitresses have really bad attitudes! The fact that I had to provide my Drivers License number after purchasing food with my debit card was extremely sketchy. I’ve Never experienced that before. Seems like a whole lot of scamming going on. Had a long wait time for my food. It wasn’t until I asked their rude waitresses 3 or more times that I received my food. Pay cash if you try this place yourself! Pictures look good but experience was horrible!

If it was a no star I would choose it. We order over $400 worth of food and they made us pay $5.00 each for take out containers. Waitress was very nasty and told us she wasn't going to get fired for giving us containers. Security was great though. I will never go back again that's on moms.

I called my order in and was told 20 minutes. I instantly understood it wouldn’t take exactly 20 minutes so I waited in my car for 50 minutes then walked in hopefully to pay for my food & leave. No, I was told to wait by the red rope. A whole hour passed by with me just sitting there looking stupid. No said anything to me. Waited and waited. I watched people order food over and over & their food came right out after 15-25 minutes but I never got my food. So I just decided to leave after wasting amount 2-3 hours for food!

Went to sit down to eat at 10 pm after placing order and paid was told the wait would be about 45 mins to an hour. After waiting and 1 hr and 10 mins we decided to carry out instead. Long story short at 12:00 am half the food was brought out in to go trays but still had to wait for another persons food that was part of our group. No bags for carry out...had to chase down waitress to ask for a bag in which she stood at the end of the bar talking to someone. I had to go to the kitchen door and ask for a bag myself. It’s 12:45 am and food is cold at this point. Terrible customer service, extended wait time after placing order and not one thing was offered for our patience. I would not under any circumstances ever spend another dollar at this so called bar/grill. Do not waste your precious time waiting over 2 and a half hours for food there. Big thumbs down times 100!!! Very unhappy customer here!!!

I usually order delivery and its perfect service every time, but today was disappointing . My friend and I both was craving Opyum so we decided to stop and get carry out. We stood at the bar waiting for someone to take our order for about 15 minutes before we we're even asked if we wanted to order. Ordered and was told 40 minutes. OK we waited outside for 40 minutes, go back in and was told it would be another 40 minutes. Ridiculous ! Then she checked again, the kitchen said about 15 to 20 more minutes. So we waited, ordered a drink . 20 minutes goes by and was told 10 minutes. We left hungry and disappointed. I order often via delivery, I got people eating there just from me bragging about how good the food is but after today if its not delivered I'm good on Opyum.

Came here an hour+ before close. A man who didn’t even work there yelled something incredibly disrespectful to my party before we even made it through the door. The security guards tried to gaslight us and play it like it was no big deal. Told us the man was a paying customer and we were overreacting. Come to find out, the man who said it is cool with waitresses/bartenders and is seen walking behind the bar talking to them. So obviously not some unknown customer. We get in there, order 3 drinks for $60 and they turn the music off 10 minutes after we enter. Literally, the only other people in the building worked there. The waitresses were smoking hookah and drinking at a table in the corner when we entered. We finished our drinks while the security guards tried to placate us like this was an isolated incident. It was not. I can’t imagine how this place makes any money when they treat people like this. Drinks are insanely overpriced, employees act like they don’t want you there and start shutting down 50 minutes before they actually close. And the security guards are condescending. We will not be back.

My friend paid for her booth for her birthday and the server never came to our table. We went up to the bar order from the bartender Joy she was so sweet and nice great customer service. We order bottle, food and drinks from her. After all that then the server came to the table when it almost time to close looking all mad. Smh! Club vibes was great but only thing was we had to go to the bar not cool when we had a paid booth. No cheap tippers here.

The cook was cool but there were no waitresses for a few hours. The waitress that showed up was very unskilled, had no idea what she was doing and the customer service was horrible. Good food, but horrible customer service. There were not even enough customers for the wait time on drinks to be so long. I'll go back on a different day because I hear good things about the place, but my first experience was horrible.

Came to enjoy a meal on Tuesday, it was a small crowd so the wait should've been short. Albeit, arrived at 9:32pm, sat at the bar inwhich there were 4 barmaid on shift. They looked at me and kept walking, I said excuse me, two looked backed and rolled their eye's the other stated her shift was ending. After 20 minutes of trying to place an order for food, I was finally successful by asking one of the server's to fulfill my order. I requested a margaritas and was given a literal shot with a red mist. This truly was a displeasing experience

This place prior Covid never ever gave me anything I ordered when I was there. I mean I would order drinks and food and literally walk out because a he pass and I never get anything so idk why I thought this will change but yesterday I ordered through Grubhub at 2:30p, they said estimate 30-45 mins, waited in the parking lot for my order to be cancelled at 3:20pm. Worst customer service

Horrible service! Usually I love the food but today I couldn’t even place an order as no one came to take my order and I waited around for about 20-30 minutes before leaving. I spoke to 3 different servers and asked them if once they got a moment could they take my order but neither came back to me. Other servers completely ignored me and didn’t acknowledge me for me to try to get their attention. While the food is good, this is unacceptable for service and for the servers not to have sections and tell me they are all over but never come back to take an order is unprofessional in itself.

This was my first time in, I was invited by a friend who brought a friend. I had been seeing the advertisement on my timeline. The security was tight , my Benz was okay and the hostess and entire staff was beautiful. Very nice. The food was great , drinks were pricey but worth it with such affordable food prices. I would recommend and attend again.

Our waitress name was Kola and she was really good. She made us the best house salad. We went on 2$ Tuesday and ordered the lamb chops and tacos. Not bad at all for 2$ each. The lamb chops are the lollipop size, which was perfect for us. They weren't fatty like I expected. I just didn't care for ALL of the zip sauce they drowned them in. I also tried their corn on the cob.. it was good, but it's cooked more for their seafood bags. When I'm ordering a single ear of corn, I would prefer to have an option of regular buttered corn or cajun style. I couldn't get my baked potato to act right, so I just added ranch dressing, salt, and pepper to it and ate it. Their 2$ margaritas were really good; I made it up to 2 total 😂 We'll be going back on Wednesday for their seafood specials.

Long wait time, Food was cold ,no way to crack crab legs. I ordered a drink advised by the wait staff the will see if the drink can be made, the waitress came back with (something) it was horrible the manager would not remove the drink from my bill. Service slow but friendly. Food was ok. Good food specials. No drink menu so make sure you ask the price for what you are getting. I got charged $24 per Long Island and the waitress didn’t tell me I was being charged by the shot. Probably will go back but will be extra careful about what I order.

I’ve been to opyum plenty of times through the years and the service has gone down tremendously! They need to hire waitresses with better attitudes for one. We got there at 5:30 ordered with one waitress she completely forgot about us.our waitress Walked pass us an hour later and said ohhhhh.. didn’t say I’m sorry I forgot or nothing. She JUST NEVER CAME BACK. We asked to speak to the manager she looked at us and said one minute and never came over. We got another waitress attention and ordered for a second time after and hr and a half. She was decent but she kinda forgot us too.. horrible service

Came with my sister to celebrate one of her coworkers birthday. Had fun. Good food and good music. I'm old so I left before midnight and it was really starting to get busy before I left.

I don't really go out to be honest I don't go out at all this is the first time out with some coworkers it is very interesting dance floor was small place was average size atmosphere was okay. If I was younger they'll probably be ideal spot for me to go but since I went at the time that I went and I'm 51 years old I stuck out like a sore of the but I did enjoy myself

Started at 9 got here at 9:40 was told all the birthday booths were sold out but I could purchase a booth which made noooo since !! The food was good though other then the steak bites coming out 3 times cold .

$5 WEDNESDAYS "SLAP" grilled & fried lobster tails/crab claw/cat fish/lobster bites/wings were all great cant beat price! side dishes mac & cheese/greens/ Spinach were so-so but not bad.. waitress i believe her name was Keira thanks for your great service! only bummer was they dont tell you any thing over $60 they add 15% grurity for every $60 and our bill was $230 but its all her tip so we didn't mind that.. thanks opyum for great food and service we'll back next Wednesday

Worst food I have ever tasted. The lamb chops were tough, fattty, and raw .The steak bites were nothing but fat and the ones that had meat were so tough I could have lost a tooth. $32 for horrible food and the customer service was awful.

The food is good. I dont recommend their alfredo. Everytime I go there they always dont have something. I want yams, dont have that. I want mac n cheese, they dont have that. You have to catch them on the right day to get what you want, cause 9 times out of 10 they want have it.

Can never understand why guys just stand around the small dance floor! The ratio is probably more men then women also. Not the clubs fault. Bartenders aren't very friendly but they get the job done.

Food was horrible. Customer service was a 7 out of 10. I really didn't like how many people were going in and out of the kitchen. I can't even blame it on the pandemic because it has been this way prior to the pandemic. When they first opened i went 2 to 3 times a week. The customer service, food, drinks and overall atmosphere was better than any club in metro Detroit. I'm really not sure what happened.

The wait for food is too long servers are good always check the food for you.

I spent about $70 on a meal, lamb chops, lobster tail (nice size), mac and cheese, greens, and a cajun style corn of the cob. Let's start with the corn on the which was $4.00 for 1 peice of corn and it wasn't even good it taste like water The lamb chops were really small a little dry, but the sauce (bbq sauce i think) it was nasty. The green were dry and tasteless (I never had dry greens before). The mac and cheese was almost white in color and look like it came out the box just nasty. The lobster tail was a nice size about 8oz and over over cooked. Needless to say I will not be ordering food from again. Soooooo disappointing.

Went last Tuesday for the Lamb chips. Had to flag a waitress down to take my order. I ordered 2 orders of Lamb chops and 2 sides of mashed potatoes. It took forever to get my 2 orders of Lamb chops not because it was busy but because the staff were busy catering to the regulars who weren't even spending money. After finally receiving my Lamb chops and not being attended to in between my wife and I were informed our mashed potatoes were "not ready yet" even though we ordered them a half hour prior. Eventually approximately 15 minutes after we received our Lamb chops (that we had eaten between) the server finally remembered us and asked if we still wanted our mashed potatoes after ALL or our Lamb chops were gone and our beverages as well and we were never offered refills on beverages either. Just horrible horrible service

I try to support our business in our community but here’s what happened, cover charge was $5, my waitress was polite and friendly, I ordered off the Wednesday special menu for $5, wings and shrimp, I received 3 wings on top of a basket of cold French fries, 3 shrimp on top of warm fries, ordered two Long Islands, one house and one top shelf, first round was good, the second round I was questioning was my Long Island house or top shelf because it tasted like house, waitress took drink back to bar to only return to say bar staff stated they tasted the drink so therefore it was good, I went to talk to bar staff myself and she explained that she tasted the drink and it was fine to her, I’m confused did she make the drink for her or me the customer! Apparently she made it for her because she continue to state that drink was fine and would not offer to make it again due to she taste every drink so she’s right and the customer is wrong! Manager came over was friendly but still stated it’s their policy to taste a drink before they give it to a customer! Now, I have been many places and never knew that, manager made drink and tasted it and since it was to her liking it was good, last I check no two plp have the same taste buds, so I learned something new today that this establishment make drinks to there liking and not the customer liking, not knocking how they run there busy but when you said out loud to me from the bar staff and the manager that you all taste the drinks first then that’s what they do, so I have to respect that and won’t return! Sounds like staff is making drinks to get them selves tipsy just saying!

This place needs better management. The waitresses have the nastiest attitude. Always so mad and rude. They lie about the eta of food orders by up to 3 hours, and they warm food up in the microwave. I will however say the food is pretty good, standard bar food. But fire the angry girls please !!!!!

Horrible.. I booked a 6-8 person booth a week in advance. They text me to confirm that everything was good, and that the party was still showing up. I confirmed again, but when we arrived they took us to a small bar table with to chairs and told us that was the their version of a 6-8 person booth: (( I tried to get assistance to get the matter corrected but none of the staff was "able to do anything about it". We brought a whole limo full of ppl and we're ready to order bottles, but they obviously weren't too concerned about our money 👎🏾 Not to mention they still got $200 out of us for a supposed free booth (entry and we bought a few drinks before we dipped) - Straight Garbage! Do Not Waste Your Time With This Place 🤷🏾‍♀️
