Last
fall
I
went
here
and
had
a
bad
experience
waiting
a
long
time
to
just
get
a
black
coffee.
The
staff
at
that
time
seem
to
not
care
too
much
about
the
customers.
I
decided
to
give
this
Biggby
location
another
try
today.
I
walked
into
the
store
and
no
staff
was
present
for
about
5
minutes.
A
young
lady
finally
came
to
the
counter
and
I
asked
if
they
had
the
$1.99
ice
coffee
special,
she
said
yes.
I
asked
for
a
large
with
a
shot
of
espresso.
The
total
came
to
$4.02
and
I
questioned
her
about
the
charge.
She
showed
me
the
receipt
and
it
was
for
a
regular
priced
large
ice
coffee
(no
espresso).
I
said
to
her
that
she
said
they
had
the
special
and
I
also
mentioned
the
extra
shot
of
espresso.
She
said
I
needed
a
coupon
and
said
nothing
about
the
espresso.
I
told
her
that
I
have
no
coupon
and
I
just
wanted
a
refund.
She
had
to
get
another
lady
who
did
not
know
how
to
process
the
refund.
The
owner
finally
came
and
provided
me
with
a
refund.
This
took
about
15
minutes
of
my
time
and
I
ended
up
with
no
coffee,
no
apologies
and
just
overall
disappointment
in
Biggby.
I
wish
Biggby
would
provide
better
training
(not
the
first
time
my
check
was
wrong)
and
that
all
Biggby's
honor
their
advertisement
(
$1.99
any
size
ice
coffee
billboards).
