Saw this place promoted on Instagram. The crissosants look just as good as they taste. Was in the area and got something quick to go. The Bacon, Egg, Cheese crissosant was amazing. A bit too much egg but all the flavor was there. I will plan to make this a regular stop when in the area.

The best French patisserie I’ve been to in Michigan. Perfect croissants, amazing coffee, friendly service and lively atmosphere. Despite the long line to order, it moves very fast. Excellent!

This is a wonderfully quaint and cozy bakery and cafe that has all of the most delicious desserts, teas and coffees that you delight in, and a nostalgic atmosphere that is perfect for chatting with friends. I highly recommend it to everyone!

They have a wide range of tarts and macrons . Haven’t seen so many varieties in other Patisseries in this area. We had a very nice experience overall and everything tasted soo goood . I highly recommend this French patisserie. You won’t be disappointed for sure.

Authentic French patisserie! I came in the middle of the week and it was bustling(always a good sign). I love the outdoor seating options with plenty of shade from the umbrellas. Each table has mason jars of flesh picked flowers. The selection of sandwiches and pastries were heavenly. When choosing a sandwich, you get the option of making it a half size or full size. Half sizes can be made on a croissant or focaccia , and a full being on a baguette. I also ordered a guava and OJ juice which was exciting because I rarely see that combination available. I look forward to returning again and trying more things!

I have been so close to this place yet recently discovered this amazing place. Each piece of pastry has the perfect combination of fragrance, sweetness and delight. I had the double chocolate tart, the white chocolate had a hint of lemon in it! Every piece of it was a piece of wonder and delight.

Every dessert I tried was so good! Actually, I didn't anticipate good tastes of them as I failed a lot to find exotic and authentic dessert bakery. So, I was really happy to find this bakery and happy that I can enjoy desserts of having high quality.

This is a lovely place with a huge variety of sweets and pastries 🥐. They have all kinds of refreshments too. I love their lattes, the large one comes with three shots of espresso which is exactly how i like it. Ambience is great inside and outside. On a lovely day it’s quite nice to take a seat outside. It was quite busy on a Saturday morning. but not too crowded. Great people, employees and visitors. Service was nice and fast. There was a nice ukrainian lady working that day. Nice to see variety of cultures. Will be coming back

Amazing experience every time, very friendly barista’s. Amazing lattes, mouthwatering, pastries, especially even it’s just a plain croissant! I stop by frequently and consistently visit their small businesses they are a vendor to.

This bakery was very cute. Had a lot of bright beautiful cakes and pastries. It seemed like an authentic French bakery as the desk csa spoke French as well as local customers. But who am I kidding, I wouldn't know what an authentic French bakery looked like. What I got was soft and freshly baked. 10/10 best coffee I have had so far in Michigan. I got the Cherry croissant. Very good if you like cherry. I was looking for a similar strawberry pastry. They have plenty of items to choose from. The cup has a built-in coffee sleeve that is pretty nifty. This was a cold day so I was looking forward to the warmth. Also to the lady who took our order. She was very sweet and patient. She memorized our nitpicky coffee orders and was so well put together. It was a pleasure I would recommend.

They have a great selection of cakes, pastires... you name it. I had one of the best Tiramisu ever from here. I definitely recommend this place. People who here are very friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back.

I stumbled into the bakery of my dreams while in Michigan for a day. These are the sorts of places I'm always on the lookout for while on vacation, and I'm so happy I found this place during a spare moment on a brief work trip! The presentations were stunning, there were so many delicious flavor combinations to choose from, and the general atmosphere of the shop and staff was wonderful.

Great place to get some good treats. My wife and I got a bunch of different things and took them to a friends house and we all got to try and taste everything. Sort of like a tasting menu at a restaurant, a little bit of everything is the best way to go in my opinion.

A lovely spot to stop in when you’re in this area! I’ve never been here before and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of baked goods. They had plenty of options despite it being about noon time. I got the pistachio chocolate croissant which was great—ask for it to be warmed up, it makes it such a treat.

Really mixed thoughts about this place. Some of the desserts really good like chocolate mouse, some of them not so much. Fig tart (on the picture) looked amazing, but didn't have a lot of flavor. Staff behind the counter not friendly.

8/6/23: tl;dr, Really fresh pastries and the bacon cheese croissant I had was pretty good. Cute tall girl was really nice and hospitable, but not personable(i.e. no small talk outside business). The taste is good, but the prices for some of the cakes are a bit too high($7~8 for each one shown in picture) for the amount you get. But if you're out here, I'll assume price is not an issue as long as quality delivers, and it does. While I do know a place or two that gives equitable quality in taste for a bit less in price, the visual aesthetics of the pastries are way better here. They are pretty to look at, if nothing else, which is what BARELY pushes it from 4* to 5* for me. I was particularly impressed at how fresh the fruit was on the pastries. It really brought out the flavor in each pastry. I was not fond of how structured the tart base was; it was a bit too hard for my tastes. I prefer it to be less rigid. The bacon gruyere croissant was pretty good too. Bacon was crispy bits, and the cheese complemented the croissant nicely. I'd like to return and try some of their other flavors, if I'm ever back in the area again.

The place is small and cozy. People were nice at taking our order. The eclair (looks amazing, but I didn’t enjoy it) and coffee weren’t good. However, the pain au chocolat and chai tea were really good. I am having trouble rating them because of the difference in their products.

The atmosphere was amazing and there was jazz music playing in the background the employees are very friendly the coffee was amazing too this is a very classy place they also make fresh bread which is priced very reasonably all and all this is a place I'd go every day if I could. Definitely deserves more than 5 stars.

Generally a good cozy place and have been here several times. Eclairs are really good along with the lime passion tart, coffee and croissant. We ordered flan and it was very very disappointing. The top layer was very thick, bland and it looked like few days old. On being told about flan, they were least bothered about the feedback and was not well received.

I’ve never been disappointed with the desserts I’ve tried from Cannelle Patisserie! Fig dessert was one of my favorites as well as the praline one pictured in the background.

Been here a couple times and am always impressed! My only complaint is that I can't try everything each visit! Service is very attentive too!
