    Do not park here!! Their parking lot floods when the Weather gets bad. My car was flooded to the point where it was totaled. Upon returning from my trip they took 0 responsibility for what had happened coming just short of acknowledging what that my car was actually flooded. Just to add to my frustration they proceeded to charge me $130 for parking. As US Park is denying that this occurred please see updated photo identifying this as cleary being at US Park. This tan warehouse is located on the lefthand side of their parking lot.

    I have used US Park for many years and the service, drivers, efficiency have always been very good. My wife and I used US Park last week for our vacation and tried to use a coupon they advertised, see attached. DON’T rely on the offers presented on their coupons. They do have a disclaimer that rates are subject to change but come on, essentially it is false advertising. Definitely shopping parking costs next time and will never rely on the coupons distributed by this company. P.S. When getting picked up from the airport I saw two Airline Parking shuttles for every one US Park shuttle.

    They used to be much more prompt when picking up passengers from the terminals. Now, dozens of passengers back pile at all times. So, after your long trip and having to fight ur way onto the third or fourth shuttle when it arrives 30 min later, when u get to their parking lot, you’ll see why. (Picture) Ps. Uspark- please no lame response from you. Just get more shuttles in service immediately. Otherwise, even at ur discounted rate, it’s still way better to park in the decks.

    Once again the level of service at US Park has gone even further down. I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years and today will be my last day parking there, maybe I’ll reconsider if the service ever improves. I don’t know if they are short staffed, not enough shuttle buses or just don’t care. Today I watched as 8 shuttles from one of their competitors showed up before one of theirs did at the terminal. When I called I got attitude from the person on the phone and was hung up on! It was cold out there tonight. There were so many of us waiting that there was not enough room and customers had to be left out in the cold waiting even longer for the next bus to arrive. Their level of service has dropped further and further over the years and now I’m at the point where I’m done. I will be advising ALL my friends, family, and co-workers to do the same. Do better for your customers!

    We waited for 40 minutes while shuttles filled up and then waited more while their machines at the check out went down. There were only 2 lanes open and no one explained what was going on. We called the phone number to see if there was an alternative way to pay, but the person was very rude and hung up on me. We are definitely investigating other parking services around Metro Airport.

    This place has been my go to for airport parking for several years. However, in the last year, the frequency of busses coming to the airport for return transport to your vehicle has become so low. You stand for 15 or more minutes waiting for a shuttle while you watch other services send 3, 4, even 5 of their busses. It's frustrating and there are better options. Per your canned response: I've given you several chances hoping for better service, but have been consistently disappointed. Good luck to you, I'll be parking somewhere else.

    Parked here to save time from shuttling from the McNamara to evans terminal for my car, but this place took 40 minutes to show up after I called even though it’s a 6 minute drive from the parking lot. While cashing out, the cashier had a lit cigarette in her cashier booth, so now my car absolutely wreaks of cigarettes although I haven’t touched a disgusting cigarette a day in my life. I have a strong nicotine intolerance that causes me to vomit when I smell cigarettes. I cannot escape the smell in my car after having my window down to pay for just two minutes. It’s going to cost me nearly $200 to have my car professionally deodorized because of this experience. I Would not park here again or recommend to anyone after this terrible experience.

    We waited over 40 minutes and I called and was told that the shuttles are running continuously. We saw shuttles from Quik Park and airline parking coming continuously just not US Park. Will NOT use them any more considering I have been using them for 30 plus years. Here is the line and it is totally unsafe!!! Your response on 10/17/2023 neither acknowledged the problem nor provided any resolution!!

    I fly out every other day during the week and return for work purposes . This is such a unbelievably slow service. I understand that the location is a little farther from the airport however at that point as a management staff you put more drivers in place and manage them more strategically. Why not have an Interline agreement with one of the other companies who seem to be quicker with their service? Do you really think that if Delta couldn't fly to Milwaukee, there's no agreement for them to put passengers on another airline? Why is this not the case with this shuttle service when clearly there are multiple instances and reports of this one being the efficient. On top of this, when you get back to the facility on a Friday afternoon good luck with getting out the parking lot and a reasonable time. Cars will be lined up and only two lines open to let people out. That makes absolutely no sense when no one is coming in. You have to move the people to the place where the work is at instead of having them sitting all in the manager's booth staring at the line outside waiting to get out the parking lot. Additionally, I have never met such a rude bunch of women in my life at 5:00 in the morning. Now I get it, it's 5:00 in the morning and some of them hate their jobs but some of these ladies are just pretty downright mean and really should go through some type of customer service class

    I recently traveled out of state for a week and parked my car at US Park. The transport vehicle promptly arrived and picked me up. The driver handed me my pink parking ticket with a number on it, so that I may find my car later. I arrived at the airport on time. When I returned the transport vehicle was at the terminal. They promptly picked me up, I handed the driver my pink ticket and was delivered to my car. Great experience. The staff were friendly and very nice.

    Waited 30 minutes for US Park to pick us up from the airport to take us back to the lot. The weather was so cold that we considered taking an Uber to the U.S. Park lot to get our car. I called the U.S. Park office to see if there was a bus on the way. The woman from US Park was so nasty to be and said there were 4 busses on the way and hung up on me. We decided to wait in the cold. It took 17 minutes for a bus to arrive. When we finally made it back to US park we noticed that lot was filled with unused shuttles. It was bad that we had to wait in the cold for so long because they weren’t running their shuttles but I was more upset that their staff was so nasty and disrespectful when I was just trying to ask if they had a shuttle inbound.

    Very fast and efficient service. My only complaint is that they would not honor a coupon I had that expired by the end of the year. They said the negotiated rate had increased by a buck a day since the original coupon had been issued. Advice: if you send-out a coupon with an expiration date, you honor that price up to and including the expiration date - plain and simple.

    Have used them for more many years. Just off airport grounds, easy access from I-94, fast & friendly service, reasonable prices. They certainly have the process down! Pick you up at your vehicle, drop you at the terminal. When you return, be sure to have your pink slip that the shuttle driver gives you. Watch for the US Park shuttle at the ground transportation area, they will pick you up right where they dropped you in the terminal garage. Hold your pink slip in the air so the driver sees you! Be sure to read the parking location on your ticket before giving it to the driver, the driver will call locations as they drop you at your vehicle. The drivers are always friendly, be sure to share the love with a nice gratuity.

    Safe parking at a reasonable rate. Best of all, the shuttle runs like Greyhound. It's on time and always available, so just in case you are running late for your flight, the shuttle is on standby. Like literally waiting behind your car before you can turn your lights off. Definitely will be using again.

    I have used U.S. Park previously and was happy with the service. I am unhappy with the service on Saturday, 12/2/2023. After heading the pickup area of the airport, I waited 20 minutes for the shuttle but no shuttle arrived. I then called the office and was reassured that the shuttle was on the way. I waited another 10 minutes before the shuttle arrived. This is frustrating as I saw shuttles for the other parking services arriving every 10 minutes. I'll use a different company next trip.

    Used to use them all the time since I get a discount through my work for $10/day. I just left the lot and the woman told me she can’t accept my coupon but she would give me a rate of $13/day. I wish I would have known in advance. My coupon says it expires on Dec 31st, 2023. And to top it off, my friend who traveled with me had the same exact coupon and her cashier told her the same thing but said they can do it for $12/day??? Where is the consistency? It’s not even about the money, it feels extremely like a bait and switch. Never again.

    We love US PARK! The staff is so so loving. We waited less than 5 minutes when dropping off our vehicle for a ride to the airport. When arriving back to DTW, there was a bus waiting with the most PRECIOUS driver named Gigi! Omg, she was just so fun to talk to and made our experience the absolute best. LOVE US PARK! Thank you for always making our flight experience great!

    Scam Alert! Will not honor the coupons they give out and will change price while you are parked. Of course once you pull up to the toll both to pay there is nothing you can do about it. Do not use! Used to be a decent place to park but no longer is.

    Shuttle drivers were pleasant and service was quick overall. However, upon exit I was told I should have a white ticket used to enter. When I entered I showed my printed ticket and the attendant opened the gate to enter. Upon exit I was told there is no way I could have entered without a white ticket. I explained the situation and was treated like it was my fault, they needed license, registration and wrote up a new “lost ticket” and added an extra day. Attendant was rude an unpleasant. First time trying US Park, going back to Valet Park down the street. Never any issues there.

    Venita (one of the drivers at U.S. Park) is so awesome. She saw us struggling at DTW and waited for us to board the shuttle. Great conversation. So friendly. 10/10 recommend them for your airport parking needs.

    We recently had a very above average experience with US Park! the parking lot and shuttle were fine. When we got to the airport a member of our family was suddenly missing their passport. We called the # on the ticket and a shuttle was immediately sent for us so we could search our car (Found it!), while they waited so they could drive us right back. Beverly on the midnight shift and her dispatcher were amazing! We made our international flight thanks to the wonderful staff. 5 Stars!!

    First time going to US Park and it was a good experience! Quick service to and from the airport. I waited less than 5 minutes for the shuttle and they take you right to your car. I was tired from traveling and it was so nice to not have to go walking all over to get my car. It is so much better than parking at the airport parking garage! I'll be coming here again.

    The parking lot is convenient to the airport with good shuttle service. This lot shines because of the employees. As far as I've seen it is all women. They have great customer service and I've seen them do a masterful job packing in cars during high volune times. This past trip our vehicle wouldn't start when we returned. The manager brought us two boost boxes to try and many of the employees continually checked in on us as we waited for a tow, even letting us use their break room to wait. They made a stressful experience a lot more manageable for my family.

    Very easy service to use. They instructed us where to park to quickly get a shuttle. The lot was spacious enough to maneuver in and the shuttle was clean and warm. Staff was friendly, too. It was nice to know our vehicle was safe!

    We used their service recently. Very helpful and educated people. Reasonable prices as well. On our way back to the parking lot I forgot one of my backpacks in one of their busses, with very important items in it. I called a day after and they had found it. They told me to go and get it at anytime/ day. I was so happy when I went the next day and saw my bag. It was well kept and nothing was missing . We left the car for 2 weeks and nothing happened to it. I would highly recommend this place and would use their service every time that I have to take a flight. Thank you again!

    We parked here 2 times in 2 weeks for separate trips we took. It was easy to find, we were told what section to park in and the shuttle showed up right near our car as we were unloading our luggage. Driver's do not help with your luggage so beware. My husband lifted our heavy bags on & off which was fine. I will use US Park again for future travel.

    I would like to take the time and thank Melanie for following up with me to fix this issue for the additional charge to my card. She was very pleasant and understanding and made sure I was completely satisfied with the outcome. I’ve always had good service with them and will continue to use them in the future. Thanks again Melanie. There was an additional charge to my debit card after I checked out on June 1st. I sent an email showing that I was charged $11 which is what I owed for parking an additional day and $76 which is most likely someone else’s parking charge. I received a reply from Nancy that only said thanks. So far I can’t get any additional responses when I contact them for a status on the extra payment. Just looking for a status or some type of response. This is poor customer service.

    After using another parking service for years, I recently began using US Park. The other service was becoming less reliable for timely pickup. My last two experiences with US park have been exceptional. I was met very quickly at my car for transport to the airport. After my trips, the transport was waiting for me when I needed transportation back to my car.
