Super clean park but could use some more trash cans and maybe some spare picnic tables in the shade of some of the trees. Perfect for picnicking because there is a huge, grassy, open area with lots of trees (sun or shade) next to all the playground and pavillion area. I took my son here with his dad for their first fathers day yesterday and there were quite a few families there who were also picnicking and playing with their kids in the sandbox/on the playground. They have tonka trunks and "construction" machines for kids and lots of photographic and sensory play items even for infants on the playground.

This is a very nice park that offers a fun afternoon of free play for the children. There's a full playscape, two swing sets, and a sandbox. well I always question the sandbox at a public park this one does seem clean and they provide toys for the kids to use. there's a baseball diamond I believe little league in t-ball does use the diamond occasionally. There is also a wooded area in the park where you can wander around or possibly have a picnic. Picnic tables and benches are scattered throughout the park. It's always well manicured and clean there must be weekly cleaning done by the city. My daughter asked to go here all the time And she normally can find a new friend to play with as it's full of children most afternoons.

Great local city park for kids of all ages. Nice updated playground and large sandbox for children. Nice baseball diamond. Lots of green space to run and play. Street side parking is available in the subdivision opposite side of the street. Appears to be handicap accessible in some areas...mostly by the playscape. Great place to let the children out and play.

A nice size park, good for kids because they have swings and slides and a sandbox with toys and the boys and girls club across the street.

Large, open park with a pavilion that's close to a community center nearby. No electric outlets in shelter. Parking available on side streets, or at the Salter Ctr, but not on S. Wilson.

Great park. One of the few places where they have a sand pit for kids to play in. On top of that, they have those old Tonka construction toys in there that anybody can play with (at least 20+ of them!). Both of my kids love this little park. Would definitely recommend if you have a kid that's over 4 years old. Even my 2 year old loves it but some of the slides are too much for her.

This is an extremely nice park. Only thing that would make it better is if they had a restroom, but for a neighborhood park with no athletic fields the restroom probably ain't necessary.

Children seem to like it here, they have fun that's all that matters. Parking is a pain right now because of construction.

We rented the pavilion for a birthday party and the bathrooms were locked. We tried calling the number on our permit only to get a computer that only asked for an extension number when there was none on the permit. There was no directory option, or operator. We had to go use the bathroom at Taco Bell. Not what you expect when you pay $60 for the day.

This park is wonderful and very well maintained. I also like how far the field is from the jungle gym so so I'm not pressured every time I go there to take my kids to the park and miss my son soccer game which is usually the case I'm most of the Park's we go to Fields next to the jungle gym but far enough away that it prevent you from watching the game but not this park
