Been here several times. Anything you order will be great! Service is great! Prices are great! Never have been disappointed in anything I have ordered! Don't forget the desert! Best cannolies I ever had! Great prices and lunch specials! Big portions! Fast and friendly! I would definitely recommend anyone to give them a try!

So we will never be here again that's for sure. I saw a review that said the best fish and chips ever or the best fish and chips around and was super excited only to be severely disappointed. These were mushy oil soaked triangles that looked like they weren't even made in house. I've never had fish and chips look so uniform and the same what is up with that are these like frozen and they cook them? Why are they all triangles? Whenever I've had fish and chips they are beautiful lumps or strips of golden crispy goodness not soggy triangles. Had to send them back. The chicken tendies looked not made in-house either. They were overcooked, dry and looked like something you buy at the grocery store. Had a big chunk of doughy section that look like it was going to be a nice chunk of meat but twas not. Was here probably 30 years ago and I don't remember it being like this at all, what happened. Salad was kinda sad I almost forgot, had like two little pieces of round tomato must have been Roma and two pieces of cucumber that were a little more substantial and some greens.

This neighborhood staple has been around since the 70's. It started out in a small no non sense building with a just a couple of tables to sit at. They were mainly used for patrons to sit at while they waited for their pickup orders. Their reputation for preparing great food and friendly service had proceed them and had people returning over and over again. Which has lead to what the restaurant has become to today. It's reputation is 10 to non. It's now a great place to meet up with friends or family to enjoy conversations while enjoying great food with a friendly professional staff. It's not like some other Italian restaurants were is dimly lit and conversation is low key. It's vibrant inside and has a great atmosphere. It's always humming. We were greeted promptly by the hostess, who was a young man and were seated right away. Their attention to detail and urgency to get one seated as soon possible was much greatly appreciated. He also asked us what we wanted to drink. We were handed menus to look at. I must say this. They have the most enticing menu with a wide variety of menu options to choose from. From Chicken Parmigiano to Baked White fish to Salads or pizza., burgers or Reubens. After looking over the menu I decided to go with I remembered as a kid. I order a pizza, as this was one of their stables and one that helped build the restaurant from the early days. They had always been known for their pizza and fish. Neither one, I remembered as kid, ever disappointed us as we had both every Friday. (See the below picture) Dad decided to have the Antipasto salad with their homemade house dressing. Within no time, as we sat talking, the food had arrived to us. Hot and both dishes looking delicious. The cheese bubbling on the pizza and the crust just crispy enough. The salad loaded with all it's toppings. We dug in to enjoy our meals. It brought back memories. The pizza with its traditional pepperoni and zesty sauce and fresh mozzarella cheese..hmmm it looked yummy and it was as I remember as a kid. On the other side, the Antipasto salad had large slices of salami and ham and cheese. Dad had ordered a small and it really could had feed two people. As we sat and enjoyed our meal I looked around the restaurant and seen nothing but happy people enjoying their meals and conversation and time together. That was a testament to Frienzes reputation as a great restaurant that I high recommend coming too. Can accommodate larger parties. Call for reservations

It had been about 20 years since I last visited Firenze. The food is still tremendous. The service was exceptional. The ambiance is classic. This place is an absolute gem. I’d forgotten just how delicious the antipasto salad is. That’s no disrespect to the incredible Cheesy pizza sticks or Firenze platter, either, those were excellent too.

I have not had the pleasure of dining in but have ordered carryout/delivery 5 times now. Let me say that the food is awesome! I have never tasted lasagna as good in my life. The spaghetti & meatballs was excellent as well as the pizza. Everything is fresh and hot....packed well. Generous portions at very reasonable prices. I cant wait to be able to dine in. I highly recommend to all my family and friends! Thanks Firenze!

This was our first time dining here and I'm sorry we hadn't found it sooner. The food was very tasty, hot, and so reasonably priced. We had the nicest waiter, Buddy. He was friendly, gave us his recommendations (which I'm glad we took), and attentive. The eggplant parmesan was packed with eggplant and cheese, alfredo sauce was creamy; the chicken firenze was crispy and the sauce was garlicky; and the bread was soft and buttery. We will definitely be back!!

We were visiting family for the week and they suggested Firenze. The food was great. My 9 year old had cheese pizza, my husband had a burger and I had the grilled salmon. We had a party of 13. Our waitress, Tracey B., was super friendly and very helpful. Will definitely go back the next time we visit!

Tried it just by chance… had a large pizza mushrooms (real) & pepperoni, and antipasto salad. I can see why this place has been in business over 40 years! Pizza is delicious. Happy to have found a go to for pizza spot less than a mile from home. Their cannolis are also so yummy! We will be revisiting regularly!

Went for the 2nd time to meet friends. The first time I wasn't impressed. Yesterday confirmed that. Ordered the pork chops. I'm usually very wary of ordering chops but asked the waitress how they were and she said very good. The breading was hard and crusty, and very dark. Some burn spots. The chops were VERY thin and dry. So overcooked. Perhaps if they weren't paper thin. The worst I've ever had. The waitress was nice enough about it and said I she could send them back, but I never send food back. Service was good. Table bread was warm and delicious. I really wanted to give this place a 2nd chance. Sorry to say I won't give them another try.

The staff here is very efficient. The prices are more than fair and the selection on the menu has something for everyone. They have a small bar so you can get a cocktail or glass of wine with your meal.

My family's been coming here for years. What happened? Did you get new owners or new cooks? We've noticed the food doesn't taste the same anymore. Very disappointing. You used to have delicious food. Now, it's just gross.

Firenze’s is a true old school, Italian staple. This is the place that you come in as a guest and leave as family! Friendly service, huge portions, and very reasonable prices for exceptional quality! The crispy eggplant is my favorite, and is served with the aesthetic of bubbling, baked cheese! 🤤 Their chicken pastina soup is the best around. It can be 90 degrees and I’ll still crave it 🤣🤤 Their antipasto salad is a great refreshing salad, and is loaded with meat and cheese! I’m not usually an Alfredo-type gal, but Firenze’s is heavenly. The cream sauce just melts in your mouth and makes excellent leftovers. 🍝 There are a ton of closer places for me to get soup when I’m sick, but if I can, I will go out of my way to get a quart of theirs… and of course a couple cannolis 😍😍😍 PS- Hands down best cannoli (better than straight from Italy 😍🫣)

Hands down my favorite Italian place around. I never had anything from here I didn't enjoy. I have been in love with their Margarita pizza and can't stop ordering it. If you haven't tried this restaurant, you have to give this one a chance. Enjoy.

I really wanted to like this place but I have had so many bad experiences. First, got there just before 8pm. Waitress took our order, brought us our soups and one glass of soda. At 8:50pm she came back handed us the bill and asked if we wanted dessert. I told her that we would like our food. Oh bummer they forgot to make it and had shut down the kitchen but hey we won’t charge you for the soup and soda. Second, ordered our meal, waitress brought it out and for the next half hour she talked to a couple sitting on the opposite side of the building. She brought the bill and asked if I wanted anything else and I told her that I would have liked a refill of my soda 20 minutes ago. She apologized and told me she had been really busy. Third, ordered the fish and chips on Friday during lent. It wasn’t fish it was sponges full of oil. Worse fish and chips I ever had. Fourth, ordered quart of chicken noodle soup got home and it was actually just chicken broth with no noodles. Took it back and they begrudgingly added some noodles. Fifth, bought fried mushrooms for $10 and if you look at the picture you can be your own judge. I was told there was no problem with it. I did insist they give me my money back.

I'm not gonna lie.... I haven't eaten here in a long time. They sat 10 of us on a Wednesday with no wait. The food was delicious. No orders were mixed up or brought out wrong. Service was great!! Wait staff were patient and accommodating. I will recommend this location and definitely go back!!

Frieze has been a favorite for many years. It's still my go-to place for great food. Italian, fish, burgers, and pizza all good. I especially like the eggplant parmesaen. Service is great, clean, and quick to serve.

Fantastic family owned restaurant. Phenomenal home cooked style food. Friendly and quick service. The canolis are to die for. Love this place hope they stay in business for at another 60+ years!

I have had good food from them before but lately the portions of corned beef have been skimpy. I don't mind paying so much when the portions are correct but the last 3 times I basically paid $16 for cabbage. Which is so disappointing I will no longer be spending my money there.

Great food as always. Jordan was a great server. It was busy during the dinner rush and still got us in and out quickly. Hot bread is yummy, best chicken noodle soup around!

A restaurant from my childhood that my parents took me too in the late 70's and now my kids love it. The food is really good and priced for families.

Food is still fantastic! Hadn't been there in several years - brought back lots of fun memories. Chicken parmesan was delicious and saved room for their amazing cannoli.

Six for dinner and everything was great! Two large pizzas, large antipasto and cheese sticks all tasty. Very busy Saturday night visit but we were served timely and our waitress was tops. First but not last visit.

Best Clam Chowder anywhere! They add a certain spice in that makes it stand out and I think it is thyme. It sure is creamy and delicious! Their fresh home made bread is a favorite of my group, The fish and chips are awesome. I believe they are beer battered. The Italian stuff is good too, lasagna is yummy. The service is excellent, my group gets extra special treatment because we have been going there for years and are regulars.

This restaurant seemed small; maybe two dozen tables with 2 - 3 tables for larger parties. We were seated almost immediately after entering the restaurant. Drinks were ordered and served promptly with refills. The server seemed very experienced with taking our order and questions about the menu. The portions of our meals was generous and many brought home leftovers. I ordered the broiled salmon which was cooked perfectly and was very tasty. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meals. I don't recall hearing any complaints. The menu had a very good selection of entrees; steaks, pizza, pasta, veal, chicken and fish. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for a pleasant, casual italian meal.

Older restaurant had a very friendly staff. Our waitress suggested a few meals from different sections of the menu. We followed her recommendations. The chicken A La Firenze was nicely seasoned and served with a spicy dipping sauce. Chicken Parmesan was also a very good suggestion. The table next to us ordered fried cheese cake for dessert which looked very good. The table said the cheesecake was perfection.

I grew up eating Firenze's homemade Italian food and Pizza. I recently carried out an authentic pizza and cheese bread and it was just the same quality as 20+ years ago. Great job to the entire crew.

Our first time here. Food was made from scratch. Portion size was generous. The price was very reasonable. Dinner came with soup or salad plus all you can eat bread.

My husband and I always love going there. All the meals we get are always good & tasty. I also like the chicken noodle soup. I love couscous. 👌

I'm giving this 4 stars because the service was great, and the appetizers and bread was great. But we came here for the fish and chips which a lot of people say is amazing. My dad and I, who love fish and chips, found them awful. It tasted like the batter was funnel cake. Legit tasted like someone battered fish in funnel cake, smelled like a carnival food. Ate half of one piece and ended up taking the breading off the rest. Will be back to try other foods, but wow. I never have seen that before.
