We arrived at 11:30pm, restaurant was a bit dirty, many unclean tables, we though this was charming at first and that the food would be great, but left realizing it was just dirty because they didn't care. I ordered at the counter and the price was about double that of their website menu. we sat down and received our order 20~m later. the food was the quality of frozen reheatable food and we both could not finish our meals. tldr: wait was long, food was horrible, no table service, restaurant was dirty. we were not provided with napkins or knifes, just forks. edit: checking my bank account, I was charged $33 for my order despite the receipt being $25 with a $3 added tip. I suppose this is why the menu says "prices subject to change"

This place is, by far, the worst restaurant I have personally been to. I came here to dine-in with my fiancee around 11:20 pm. The entire place was dirty and the bathroom was closed, which we were okay with at first. We've both been to places that didn't look great, but that had great food to make up for it. However, the food we got was just as awful as the restaurant itself. It took 20-30 minutes for us to get our food, and it was the same quality as frozen food, and EXTREMELY overpriced. My pita was 11 dollars and tasted worse than a sandwich from checkers/rallys. It's outrageous that this place is still open, not to mention how well reviewed it is.

I ordered a chicken omelet with hash browns, a order of pancakes with bacon and a veggie omelet with grits. The 3 panckes were thin almost likes crepes & tea cup saucer size. My chicken omelet was sloppily made (it didn't even look like an omelet), then they mashed it all up on the hash browns in a container that's smaller and shallower than the previous containers. ME and my husband won't be ordering from there anymore!!!

Ok, I don't know if the ownership was changed or what, but this is not it. Paid for and extra chicken and look what was given in the small container, like come on now . The whole flavor of the Detroit 1 pita has changed. I'm not gonna be going back. Ohh don't even let me get to the parking in the back. It needs to be redone. We should not have to drive in craters just to get to the restaurant .

Great food, great service, great price!!! Super conveniently located downtown. Parking is available in the back of the building as well as street parking on the side of the building. I ordered the Chicken gyro and it was delicious. Another customer asked what I ordered after it arrived and he too ordered 1 and was pleased.

This place was a terrific spot for late night, post concert food. My gyro wrap was just wonderful. They serve burgers, coneys, hash brown egg rolls, loaded fries, burgers, all kinds of quick but delicious street style food. Considering how busy they were, the service was still very quick and we didn't have wait long for our food. The atmosphere was a little sketch considering we went at midnight and a few drunk people and vagrants were present; but that comes with the territory of a 24 hour downtown diner, so it was no big deal. Just make sure to go with a group of people and don't take any flak from panhandlers!

1st time at this location. I met a classmate at this location. The inside look clean and bright. There wasn't a lot of people (that was a plus). If was nice to be able to eat and not be around a lot of people. The food was hot ๐Ÿ”ฅ and edible. The 4 star is due to the parking. There's a new apartment building to the north and a recovery place to the south. The parking lot is down an alley to the back of the building. The back area is sad.

Tried to give them benefit of the doubt because the food can be really good but over this past year i have gotten sick immediately after eating here especially after hours. Said i give them a shot because its been a few months since i ate thereโ€ฆ. Was going to town on my burger, when clear as day was what seems to be an eyelash hair and it is not mine. ughhh i could throw up. Never again. Never

I wish I could give this place LESS THAN ONE STAR!! Our waitress was not attentive at ALL. Food was cold. Ordered eggs scrambled light with cheese. The picture tells the story. Bacon was super greasy. My son ordered chicken and waffles. Waffle comes first. Lukewarm. Chicken comes later. Tossed on our table with no explanation as to why the dish didn't come as pictured on the menu. Oh and the syrup? That also came later. 27 bucks for this? Never. Ever. Again.

I really needed this veggie skillet with hash browns this morning. Service was slower than usual due to it being one cook, but what I got was worth the wait. Thank you.

This place is always good for a late night snack an is very tasty. During the day I usually take my girls and we sit by the window and we have a great service. My only problem is late nights. They are sometimes understaffed when it comea to cooks and they won't answer the phone you have to come in to place an order. When they did answer the phone one young lady said that they could not place any more orders over the phone but you can come in but bring a bag of ice. ๐Ÿ™„ So if you're looking for a good place to eat for breakfast or lunch this is a good spot. If you're looking for that late night snack after midnights I suggest that you do a walk-in just to make sure your order is correct and to see how busy it really is because they do get really busy at night.

My friends and I were locked out of our AirBnB, cold, and hungry, at 3:00 am. We sought refuge at the only 24 hour joint on the map. The food was delicious! We were all impressed with our meals. The woman who took our order was friendly and the chef was efficient. The atmosphere was very much a late night urban scene. We were glad to be warm and fed.

After waiting almost 2 hour for 2 pitas and 2 pieces of cake and charged 30$. They didn't bring me the second cake. The driver never gave me a receipt. I call and they said I didn't order a second cake. When I know I confirmed twice on my order before I hung up. The first time. I was going to bring them good business because parents up here don't know about this place and when I went in this morning the waitress was amazing!! Night shift needs to get it together!

Outstanding customer service. Wide selection of items to select from the menu. The food was amazing!!! Ain't nothing like a loose burger and a order of Chilli cheese fries!!

Ordered 2 Coney dogs, stir fry, and chicken soup. The stir fry was not bad at all, it was a large portion, and well seasoned. I would have preferred fresh vegetables instead of what seemed to be a make at home frozen stir fry kit. Coney dogs Hot dogs were a bit tough or maybe under cooked. Soup was just disappointing too thick. I've heard good things about this Coney Island so I will give it another try.

Years ago food use to be good and fresh. Went there tonight and ordered a coney with cheese. It was cold and cheese wasnโ€™t melted . I asked the lady at the front for a fresh coney and she responded โ€œ They all gon be the same so you want a refundโ€ she said she didnโ€™t know when they would make more Chilli or warm the Chilli up. I asked for a managerโ€™ and she said she was the manager. Very poor customer service overall. I also went last week and ordered an omelette and it was very dissatisfying from presentation to the taste.

I would really like to recognize one of the employees, Al, for his amazing customer service! Me and my friends came in fairly late for food and he catered to our every need. Unfortunately we wound up stuck on the side of the road for over an hour after leaving the facility. After receiving no luck on the street, Al was the only one to assist my friends and I with our car to get us home safe! So from Kalamazoo to Detroit, we appreciate your amazing staff! Literally wouldnโ€™t know where we would be without him. I really wish he wouldโ€™ve accepted my generous gratitude but because he didnโ€™t, a review is my next best way to show appreciation!

Solid, 24 hour, fast food and breakfast. The atmosphere is great if you love the city at night. More food than I could eat, it was hot, simple and homemade. No complaints. Real people, real food, no BS and great people watching.

After having a late night out downtown, this location is roughly 5 minutes away. Order ahead with an average wait time of about 15-20 minutes. The food is beyond mouth watering, I haven't had something I didn't like out of the times I've been in. My go-to favorite is the Corned Beef Egg Roll to compliment the main dish I end up having. You can't go wrong with the traditional Gyro either. Everything on the menu is modestly priced for the amount of flavor and portion sizes you're about to receive.

The atmosphere can be a little unsavory at night as with any business from time to time. The staff is always warm and inviting. If not, you don't see that person when you return again. In the day time it's super busy so be patient it's worth it. Key points: Don't assume they know how you want your food be specific. They want to get it right the first time. I don't eat beef/pork/turkey but I hear that's good too. The breakfast omelets w/chicken, cheese and mushrooms are great! My little people love the chilli cheese fries. All the food here is good, they have hand dipped ๐Ÿฆ, shakes and kool-aid for those who like that. They also sale slices of cake or whole cakes all different flavors. Not warehouse bought old freezer burnt cakes. A lady actually hand makes them and delivers them every 2 weeks. Oh my Lord above the Carmel, and German Chocolate are so good. The parking is limited in the back and small. I suggest parking across the street and going in just pay the meter or take a friend to sit in the car. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE Q-LINE TRACKS YOU WILL BE SORRY.

Great choice, and great food - the Vegetarian omelette with Swiss cheese was delicious. Coffee was good, very tasty hash browns: a decent authentic diner experience. Food is much better than it looked in the photos!

We wanted to get something to eat after the Lions game and found this place Googling, FOOD NEAR ME. I'm glad we did, too! Great selection on the menu. Service was good. I had the beef coneys, and they were great. My wife had the waffles. One of my daughters had pancakes, and the other had a cheeseburger. Nobody complained. I always enjoy checking out new (to me) places while out of town, but I would definitely come back here again.

Always good food, never had a problem with the quality of the food. Late night after 2am can be packed and a little rambunctious. Can't do over the phone orders at that time either. I recommend you come here before 2am or after 4am.

The woman who took out order was the sweetest๐Ÿ’• i didn't get her name but she had long blonde wavy hair. What a great employee you have!!! Food was great, got carry out but dined in.

This is my go to. My experience with them overall is a 7.. I know it can be hard in the food business which I respect dearly and Much love to this restaurant. God bless the cook and waiter's. The most best thing I like is they actually have superman ice cream which is hard to find for me and also good cake. โœŠ๐Ÿ‘Œ

We ordered takeout. The tables were dirty from the counter on back and they just need better janitorial services. Our food was prepared in a decent amount of time and the waitresses were respectful. Just clean the damn tables ,ok?

Of all the coneys we tried in our journey eating our way through Detroit- this was the best! Kool aid to drink with it is recommended. Just fantastically simple and good!!

This place is a joke. They allow dine in, but no restrooms. I'm pretty certain that it's against the law to not allow dining patrons to use the restroom. IDK how the health department hasn't shut them down by now. I'm certain there are tons of health code violations going on here. The only reason why this place is does any business is because they're the only option for food after hours in the downtown area.
