    Service was fast, no long wait time, we ordered Sesame soy salmon bowl, it was ‼️✋UPDATED REVIEW ‼️ After submitting my review i was contacted by the Management of this business and its amazing to see how those people take customers satisfaction to the highest level , They cared the listened and they went above and beyond expectations to make it us for me and my family. And I highly appreciate that. I was invited to give it a try again So i did , today’s visit was WOW Food was great ( no extra sauce ) Service was fast and fantastic Waitress was super friendly professional snd attentive Thank you for the great customer service soaked in the Carmel sauce, we couldn’t even taste the real flavor of the salmon or the rice or the sprouts… Location is very convenient, parking was easy Overall not too bad , I would go back but I’ll ask them to make sure not to use too much sauce to not kill the food flavor

    Understaffed..waited for Over 1/2 hour for food...was trying to cancel order, when food came, Çame for AYCE shrimp... Bartender / waitress was going to comp meal, but Manager refused..wanted to comp salad that I was told came with meal and free bacon crumbles but cost $10, which I wouldn't have ordered had bartender told me and she backed my story... Manager stood by until I paid - like bouncer !!!! I came for AYCE shrimp, left with Bad Taste from delays and manager. Shouldn't have AYCE Specials if they can't provide good service...enjoyable night.. Need good managers Not Bouncers !!!!

    UPDATE!!! ⭐ (1 STAR) Today 3/10/22 This was thee worst experience I have ever had at this location. First we arrived for a party of 6 for my mother's 73rd birthday and was told we had to sit at 2 booths at the bar area. Asked the manager for a table and was told we would have to go on the wait list(1 hour+) because they have people waiting. SMH. Why when I have a reservations?... our server at the was completely overwhelmed taking orders, making drinks and making the server's drinks. The photo is of my steak. I sent it back and told them this is not a filet. The manager told her it was and she brought it back. This is far from a filet. I'm so disappointed. If it was not my mother's birthday I would have left and went somewhere else. At least my mother's food was good. Our server Olivia did her best I truly appreciate her for giving her all after witnessing such challenging circumstances.

    Initially the service was poor. My family and I had to wait 25 minutes for a table even though there were seats available. It appears the restaurant didn't have enough wait staff that evening. Once seated, fifteen minutes later the waitress informed us she had to go because she was there earlier in the day and her manager told her she had to leave. It took another 10-15 minutes before we got staff to take our order. The new waitress was very good and attentive. The food was delicious and affordable. As we paid the bill the manager apologized for both delays however I believe she should have taken off 15% from the bill as a goodwill gesture. Even though it didn't happen we left an 18% tip for our new waitress.

    I had a Great Dinner from here. Did have one slight Hiccup. It was rectified. Ronda went over and beyond. Great customer service. We are family now. I will return soon.

    Had a great experience! Paris was our server. She went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. Thanks, doll! You're a gem! Update We were seated at the bar because it was our preference. The bartender went home ill, so the manager took over the bar. When I say it was the best experience I've had at Red Lobster, it would be an understatement. He made drinks for my sister and I with precision and care. They were delicious. We are light drinkers, and they were just right. Our orders came out in the perfect intervals, and we kept up a lively banter the entire visit. His name escspes me, but if it returns(lol), I will add it. He deserves his recognition. He gave us extra biscuits! Great experience!

    I've been coming to this location for over 40 years. It had the same familiarity, but updated. The hostess was pleasant, the waitress was super nice, but very scatterbrained. The basic things you expect were forgotten. The waitress although nice seemed to be on something that impacted her memory. She forgot the veggies, butter, lemon.👀 In here defense, she paid for dessert. Do better🤷

    The food was absolutely amazing, the drink we ordered was good as well I don't have a picture of that, red berry sangria. But everything we ordered was cooked perfectly the lobster wasn't rubbery or anything the crab meat came out of the shell smooth and the shrimp was phenomenal. Ordering 3 admirals feasts and an appetizer is definitely asking for a lot but the food came very quickly. We only got bread like twice tho and honestly paying idk 170 for the table I was hoping to take home leftovers but everybody ate everything that was brought.

    I came to visit Detroit for couple of days. And my goal was to find lobster tail. This place was so cozy through the snowfall. Enjoying lobster and shrimp cocktail while watching the snow in the window was so cozy. Our waiter was accommodating and was checking on us which was nice. The only thing when we arrived we didn’t receive warm welcome. Girl by host stand just said follow me. No welcome no questions where we would like to seat or how many in our party. We needed to ask waiter to change the table. Also some tables were not cleaned during the entire time of our stay.

    First time here. We went for lunch. The appetizers we had were the stuffed mushrooms which i loved and the shrimp rangoon they were good as well with a sweet and spicy sauce that came along with them. You know I can't forget them cheddar bay biscuits in its hot and cheesy buttery deliciousness. We had the $20 endless shrimp which u can mix and match. The coconut shrimp were good but I really loved the shrimp scampi that butter sauce was so delicious and I had the fish and chips which I got a nice big piece of battered cod everything was piping hot and even when they ask for more of the endless shrimp it was made to order and our waitress was very nice and did an awesome job checking on us and making sure we were good on refills. We will be back

    I don't really eat at restaurants like these outside of Bahama Breeze & occasionally Outback. The barmaid was friendly and had a good side conversation. The food is lacking in flavor, taste, and presentation. Just not my thing.

    The response I received to the rating that I provided was generic . If the responder truly wanted to set me straight the response would have included a resolution not a way for them to find out who I am through FB. Of course I will not contact this place through FB. If they want to make it right then make it right!!!!! My total bill was 187.00. I spent 70.00 on crab alone and received crab legs that had missing crab parts. It was The Worse Crab I EVER HAD. They should have been embarrassed to send out those GHETTO CRAB LEGS on top of 5 pounds of potatoes. NEVER AGAIN!!!! The surprise wasn’t over!!! When I opened the 15.00 Lobster Dip. TAKE A LOOK AT THE PHOTO! Like I said they should be ashamed of this mess called food.

    First off I would like to say..our waitress was one of the best I've ever had. She was polite, brought our food in a timely manner,got everything right ,was attentive but not pesty,gave us drinks to go without us even asking. Awesome. Now to the food.. I got a a medium rare sirloin that was cooked perfectly. Now this is not a place know for there steals but this one was pretty darn good. I got mashed potatoes and a cup of clam chowder for my two sides. Both were excellent.the cheddar bay biscuits were awesome as always. My experience there was excellent.

    Actually the food was better then previous visits. The food was fresh and prepared well. 4 stars for food. I bumped it down to 3 stars for the inside decor. Seats had cracks and rips. Looks like tables and seats are older and the kiosk at table didn't work so it was just taking up space. I enjoyed the meal so I will go back

    I don't know if it's typical here, but the food was mediocre at best. Steak was tough, crab was mushy, shrimp was rubbery, youngest daughter who loves Mac, even easy Mac, had one bite and was done stating it was gross. All over priced in my opinion, compared to portions other seafood places. It was at least edible, so I'll give the 3 stars for "okay", but can't recommend it. Service on the other hand was top notch! Martin was our server, I don't often remember server names... He was extra attentive, and made my oldest daughter's special day out to the restaurant she picked even better. Will I be back? Absolutely Not! But if you are headed here, reading reviews first, ask for Martin.

    I got a takeout with the intention of using a gift card. Apparently, there is a different process for ordering with a gift card online. I ended up paying for my food instead of redeeming the gift card. However, the brief experience has helped wash some of the nasty taste left from my experience at the Livonia location. The person at the pickup counter explained how I could redeem my gift card in the future in a courteous manner. Additionally, the food was tasty. I look forward to using my gift card and sharing a meal with a friend at this location in the future.

    We went to this particular location on 7/30 with a group of 7 for a celebration. We went in and was able to sit down immediately. The server was decent not great not bad until then end of the experience. The lettuce for everyone’s salad was old however it got pass the person who put it on the plate and the server and brought to the table. Most of the lettuce was clearly dark and brown. The food was decent no complaints other than the salad. So here comes the issue. Once we are we asked for the bill, of course since it was a group the serve did not want to split the bill. Ok fine although no one mentioned that, it was no sign that stated they wouldn’t split it nor was it on the menu. But, nonetheless that wasn’t a huge issue. We were told to use the kiosk to split the bill, well 2 people had cash so we progressed with splitting the bill. After we split 2 bills for the people paying cash we moved to someone with a card. The kiosk repeatedly gave an error about reprogramming while trying to pay for this one meal. We called for the manager to ask about splitting the bill as this person COULD NOT pay for her complete meal due to the kiosk malfunctioning on several attempts. The manager (I didn’t catch the name but this person arm was in a sling) was very RUDE and unprofessional. When the issue was explained and we asked for a solution we were told to just pay the bill that was the only option. The manager continued on to say that there was no way to process multiple payment methods outside of the kiosk because splitting the bill would mess up the system. One person at the table asked for the customer focused solution and the manager could not provide a solution to resolve our issue. After several people chimed in the server and the manager went to the computer and made a smart remark that the bill was already split up and proceeded to bring 3 bills to the table which clearly means the bill was not split if there were 7 people paying individually at the table. I would not recommend this location at all.

    I wish I could give this location a negative -0. So let me tell you how my night went after shopping at Great Lakes Crossing! You know how you google a restaurant? Ok that’s what I did it says this restaurant says it’s closes at 10pm so I get there at 8:50pm I never knew the restaurant closed at 9pm. So the bartender was very rude and when I asked for a drink he says we close in 10 minutes and couldn’t make the drink like I knew! I feel like if you take my order you could’ve made me a drink while I waited your making more money what’s the problem? You take money for food but not a drink. So he proceeded to take my order to go very rude then went got his friend from the back like they’re tuff and gone done something. I will never come back to this location ever! I will contact corporate about this situation as well.

    My guest and I wanted a alcoholic beverage but they were missing the main ingredient. Each and everytime we would choose a drink it couldn't be made because something wasn't available. The waitress forgot to bring eating utensils, she gave us a glass of water each, never a refill. Although the food was delicious. No wait time. A few good points.

    This is like my third time coming to this location and I have to say that I am blessed to have met the manager Terrell he has not only have great customer service he takes care of you he makes sure that your food is hot he always checked to make sure that everything is good throughout your stay even though I did not sit in or dine in I did a walking and just pick my food up and every time I came I've been greeted by his hospitality. Also your restaurant manager I really don't know his name but he's a white male tall he's also great so I just want to let you know that this location is wonderful and I wanted to give you guys a five-star and if it was more stars I can give you I would. Thank you so much for making my worst day one of my best days. I'm a best-selling author my name is Valencia r Williams you can Google me and I'm definitely going to carry on this compliment every time I'm in any speaking engagement or just to give you guys a shout out.

    Server/Service was Terrific!! Ordered the new maple bacon chicken deal and was satisfied until I got to the potatoes. You could tell they were reheated via microwave due to plate steaming hot! But overall good dish. I wanted the crispy dragon shrimp but was told they sold out earlier that morning, so settled for the cheddar bay shrimp… which I Smashed!! Lol they were delicious with the pineapple sauce from the coconut shrimp. Hubby got bacon Mac and cheese but they forgot the bacon so he was comped after returning. Long Island ice tea and strawberry lemonade were on point per usual! I frequently go to this location with little to no bad experience. Few hiccups this round but still will return. Love the customer service

    The staff was so sweet. The girl that was checking guests in was very profesional, organized and kind. The food and atmosphere was very good. Overall great experience. Well definitely keep going to this location.

    The waitress was slow with our orders and the food was cool not hot. Did not tell us if they were short of staff. She just did not show concern. It took-over an hour to get the orders corrected. So sad. We never had an issue here before. Bad service.

    I called to ask if they did reservations and spoke with Terrell he was so pleasant and ready to help. My guest count was 24 people he wasn’t sure if there would be enough room but instructed me he would figure it out and of course he did. The experience was great and my daughter enjoyed her birthday dinner. Our sever lee was very attentive and communicated with us while waiting on our meal. Hats off to the service provided!

    Our party paid a 50 dollars deposit for the back room, this was very reasonable. It was my children's grandmother 95 birthday. We had approximately 25 attendees. At first there was only one server, so I had to ask the manager to send someone to help the server and he did. BUT OUR MAIN PROBLEM WAS THE FOOD IT WAS TERRIBLE. THE FRIED FISH AND SHRIMP WAS SOGGY, WITH GREASE AND THE CRAB LEGS WERE SERVED COLD. My Alfredo was bland. ALL THE GUESTS COMPLAINED ABOUT THE TASTE AND THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD. Many orders were sent back. I can't understand how you can go wrong with fried shrimp and fish but this Red Lobster found a way. Our bill along with tip was over 1000 dollars. What a disappointment! I will never go to this Red Lobster again.
