Huge fan of pizza, hungry howies used to be one of my favorites but I feel like alot of the corporate stores have lost a bit of their touch. Have been to this one a few times and really liked them back in the day but not as much tlc in the food these days. Grabbed two larges and some wings this last time, it got the job done but not much more to say then that.

I live in an apartment building. I left the delivery driver a $10.00 tip. I indicated to driver I did not want my food left at the door. He/she left my order at the front lobby door without calling me down which only requires common sense. It would of taken less then two minutes. I requested a refund of my tip. Manager denied the refund of tip.

Waited over an hour just for them to start my order and that was after calling 3 times and being hung up on. The store is way to short staffed. The workers are doing their best but my order was still missing bread sauce and the icing on the cinnamon bread the extra icing and my flavored crust.

I asked for a medium pizza, got a small. Took over 45 minutes to cook and serve. The so called boneless chicken wings, were nothing more than dried out old disgusted chicken nuggets. I said no sauce, yet was served 3. Staff was so involved with planning a party for themselves they didn't see 5 kids come in and steal pop from cooler. Fake orders being placed and taken out by family members under false door dash. Sorry not worth my tjme

I got my usual a pineapple ham and bacon pizza cooked to perfection I don't think I can get it better anywhere else

If I could pick zero stars I would! Every time I order pizza and this one cook is there my pizza is messed up! All thrown together, poorly cooked and cut and boxed as if it’s been thrown in the box! Cheese everywhere and it’s Ridiculous! I’ve called corporate to complain, complained on the app and today to the store manager who could care less! I even stopped going to this Howies but because it’s so close it’s convenientI went again today and more of the same! Today I QUIT! Horrible service!

I ordered online a pizza it stated 45 mins for delivery a hour goes by I called them to find out they hadn't even cooked my pizza and there not delivering and there waiting on Door dash to contact them before they even cook it.. Nowhere does it say door dash delivery online nor that iam paying for their fee noone called to tell me these details she claims she was the manager very rude wouldn't listen how am I supposed to know its door dash????I better get the correct amount of refund so a refund still waiting 6.99 for delivery 3.00 for tip and 2.99 for a 2l of mountain dew they failed to give me pizza sucked overcooked and hard crust season non existing crust not on this pizza never again will I buy from river rouge

I ordered my food online at 5:20 it said it would be ready in 20 minutes which would have been like 5:40 when I got there my order was not ready I had to wait an additional 20 minutes I was actually more like 40 to 50 minutes I was on my lunch break but once I got my pizza it was hot and fresh what you should have since I waited and additional 20 minutes

Dried out burnt pizza hardly any cheese.just not there best

I order food from this place at least 2 times a week and kid's choice on family night!

Horrible place I keep giving them chances hoping management will be better and they not! They have kids working the register who is messing up transactions with double charging! This is the second time them doing this to me! The last time I got mad and they excuse was the person who took my call and transactions was a kid! They called me from personal phone claiming to be owner of hungry Howies! Threatening me! Horrible service and management will not be going anymore! They refusing to give me my money back!!

My cheese bread is supposed to be fully cooked but it’s still feels like dough

Ordered online an hour ahead of time. Showed up and food wasn’t ready. There was someone sitting on the floor working on the oven. Then I finally got my food and got home just to see my sub was burnt and disgusting. Not only was my sub burnt but it was an “Italian sub” with nothing but ham, salami and pepperoni. No lettuce, no onion…. Just burnt disappointment. I used to order this exact sub from this exact location on a regular basis. I haven’t ordered in a few years and now I see I’m not missing ANYTHING. Would NOT recommend or return here anytime soon.

Worst hungry howies I’ve ever been to terrible service and terrible food I’ll never go here again and I used to like this place I’ll be calling corporate Monday morning

ordered my pizza and hour and a half ago it still hasnt been delivered. i called to see the issue and the lady on the phone has the nerve to get rude and talk over me.

My friends and I enjoyed the large pizza with pepperoni ham and bacon we ate it all up

Tasteless combusted service… I wouldn’t recommend anyone to order from this place and management is horrible

First off, I had placed an order on July 4th online,, only got half my order. I called them and they wouldn't refund me half of what I paid, and said they would give me credit, for the salad I didn't get, as well as a free medium 2 topping pizza. I called yesterday to get my credit on the Chicken Asiago salad I didn't receive on July 4th and the free pizza. As I started eating the salad, the lettuce and chicken started to not taste right. I ended up having a bad stomach ache and felt a little sick after I ate it. The pizza was bad. Wasn't even cut and tasted old and like cardboard. Usually when I order from them the food tastes fine and looks much better than what it did.. IDK if it was because it was a credit/free and not a paid meal why it was so bad. But don't think I'll order again anytime soon.
