Service was great. Our waitress was very nice. Food was horrible. Was told the melon was held from my fruit cup because it was too old and was given two chopped strawberries and some even older blueberries. My country omelette came to the table with no gravy on top as anticipated, with a perfect layer of over cooked sausage and undercooked bacon in the middle of some room temperature eggs. Which i assume lost it's heat while waiting for my girlfriend's fish and chips to burnt to a crisp in 4 month old grease.

The only reason i gave them 2 stars is because I loved coming here as a kid. The food is still good. The problem is the SERVICE. This location has been dead for the longest already, so even on a Saturday night it's not that busy. Yet just now it took a while for them to seat us. Didn't give us menus. Then it took over 5 minutes to ask what drinks we wanted. Then it took another 10 minutes and still no drinks.. Our menus were closed, so they knew we were ready to order. About another 5 minutes passed and the waitress asked what we wanted to drink again. Like, there seriously wasn't that many people. We walked right out and went straight to Charlie's across the street. Now there's a place I highly recommend. We just wanted something different because we come to Charlie's all the time.

This place used to be decent. Perhaps it is under new management, or perhaps the staff has just given up. The staff are either mutes or def. They are lazy and unfriendly, and they don't maintain the soup and salad bar with refills or fresh food. This will be my last time coming here. Pathetic.

Very clean with friendly staff. Comfortable temperature, which is important to me, (I hate freezing while I'm trying to relax and enjoy a meal. Food is fresh, however, portion sizes could be bigger, and I mention this as a person who doesn't need huge portions. Disappointed that they do not have a one trip salad bar option. Desserts were wonderful!

Service was ok, food not so much. Was it an accent or (not to be offensive, its not a race thing-she's my race) was the waitress talking ghetto? Idk. The onion rings were barely cooked. The mayo was either made too runny or was bad. Ranch dressing wasn't good either. Kids meal was ok. Spaghetti wasn't anything I'd make for my kid. Waitress waited until we were leaving to give my daughter her ice cream. Next time I'll stay home and bbq, if i don't have power again.

Been going here since I was little. Great place; I find that in particular when ordering carry-out there, they are super nice from the phone call to the pickup. Very accommodating. I've only had bad experiences with the waitstaff maybe 3 times in the 20 years I've eaten here. But almost all of them are very down-to-earth and welcoming.

You know I've lived down this way for years and never went here. I grew up loving Big Boys. Sadly over the years I stopped going. Today was the 1st day back and I had the Chicken and Waffles...I WILL BE BACK ON MONDAY!

Love the food, but the waitress Kimberly seems like she just wanted to be there, which I understand. But she didn't have to show it too us. Bathrooms are bad. She also dropped ranch & just let it there and continued to walk through it. But besides that. Good food I would come back as long as I don't have her as my waitress.
