    First of all, you have to pay to park in order to patronize this place. I was literally there 7 minutes. Get back to my place of work and discover that all the lettuce on my sandwich and my co-workers sandwich is brown!!!! I call back and the manager says, "I'm looking at all green lettuce and you can come back." I tell him, "I only get a 30 minute lunch and I can't come back plus pay for parking again???" He said he would replace on my next visit but the staff should have seen that the lettuce was in bad condition before giving it out to customers. Won't be back none too soon😠

    This place... Ugh. Ordered ahead online. 3 hours ahead. Pick up at curb option which was an option provided by the company on the website. Checked in online when I got there and waited several minutes. I'd personally never been to this location before and saw that parking was going to be difficult. After waiting for a few minutes I called. The guy who answered tells me they don't do curb pick up anymore and he doesn't know why that's on the website because he's not doing it. " I guess you have to come inside to pick up the order". Drive around and find a spot to park in front after a few laps. Go inside, no order in the pick up spot. Wait in line another 10 minutes. Can't find the order but then locate the ticket after aggravated searching. Wait another 10 minutes for order. Get outside and there's a 45.00 parking ticket. I didn't see a meter when I got out so I guess there's a parking station somewhere out there. My trip here cost about 57.00 plus 30 minutes of dealing with complete idiocy. While I was waiting I noticed the place was filthy. No soap in the restroom either which tells me that "employee must wash their hands" sign is a fallacy. I order corporate lunches from this place. We've spent a pretty penny here. We send a runner to pick up. I had no idea the condition of the place or the service was this rank. Never again. At any location.

    ordered through doordash. Delivery was supposed to be in 18 minutes. After 1 hour I called the store and they said sorry we don't have a driver today. awful customer service. Last time I get anything from them.

    Ordered my usual Turkey Tom from this location today and the turkey was grayish in color and falling apart, the lettuce was wet and wilted, pickles were clear (?) and slimy, and the bread was absolutely awful - wrinkly and undercooked. Not only did it look disgusting but it was completely inedible. This location needs to get their act together, especially since the sandwiches cost $10+. Gave it 1 star because I can't give it 0.

    Ordered delivery for 12pm. It is now 12:45 and it's still not here. Called the store at 12:30 and was rudely told it is out for delivery. Update: Called the store again at 12:50, and was told it's still out for delivery with no guarantee but maybe 10 minutes... It was supposed to be here an hour ago and will be disgusting by the time it gets here. Update: Order finally arrived at 1:05pm. Over an hour after scheduled. Bread was soggy, customizations ignored and ice completely melted in the drink.

    Usually it's a bit slow. Today, on a Friday before the holiday when a lot of people around campus are gone, I've been waiting for two hours and counting. When I've called the store, they just said, "it'll be there soon". That was 30 minutes ago. It's going to be gross and soggy by the time it gets here. I should have just ate instant ramen.

    Closed 30 minutes early. People still in the store. Kinda sucks, sorry love Jimmy Johns but 30 minutes is a little much. Change the hours .

    Just had the grossest sub I’ve ever had in my life here. I don’t know how they messed up a #6 but they did. They added pickles, onions and mustard. On top of that, I had to order online and waited a good 20 minutes before I realized something was wrong. Apparently the order “never went through”, even though I had my confirmation email.

    Everyone! Do yourself a favor and order the Beach Club on wheat bread. Absolutely delicious sandwich! I truly appreciate the great customer service at this location as well. Always courteous....always polite. take care!

    The people here are rude. I walked into this establishment to place an order and was told online orders only. There should have been a note on the door and I still think it’s crazy that you can’t place the order at the register. Then, they saw me ordering online and told me it would be a 25 minute wait because they were out of bread. But there was plenty of bread she said they were some for someone else

    Wayne Anthony location is pretty consistent with my food orders. This little shop is has high volume of online and catering orders being so close to WSU so I try to be kind when walking in and ordering. Always a friendly staff too! Thanks!

    i had delivery they had to come back two times because she messed up both of my sandwiches & forgot my drink … didn’t add enough tuna to the sandwich it’s no way i should be taking a bite with no tuna in it

    I went to this location on friday september 22. I saw on the website that this location closes at 9:00pm. i showed up at 8:40pm to get some sandwiches and the door was locked. the girl who was working at the time came to the door and said that she’s closing early because it was a “slow day” (not her call) and then when i asked if she could make me a sandwich, (because theoretically they should still be open) she said “sorry i already threw out the bread”. she then shut the door and proceeded to close the location for the day. I was shocked and I will never go back to that location. Terrible customer service, and terrible experience and as someone who works in customer service you should never turn away a customer like that. Very unacceptable and I hope that worker sees the repercussions of being a horrible employee.
