Pick
up
at
curb
option
which
was
an
option
provided
by
the
company
on
the
website.
Checked
in
online
when
I
got
there
and
waited
several
minutes.
I'd
personally
never
been
to
this
location
before
and
saw
that
parking
was
going
to
be
difficult.
After
waiting
for
a
few
minutes
I
called.
The
guy
who
answered
tells
me
they
don't
do
curb
pick
up
anymore
and
he
doesn't
know
why
that's
on
the
website
because
he's
not
doing
it.
"
I
guess
you
have
to
come
inside
to
pick
up
the
order".
Drive
around
and
find
a
spot
to
park
in
front
after
a
few
laps.
Go
inside,
no
order
in
the
pick
up
spot.
Wait
in
line
another
10
minutes.
Can't
find
the
order
but
then
locate
the
ticket
after
aggravated
searching.
Wait
another
10
minutes
for
order.
Get
outside
and
there's
a
45.00
parking
ticket.
I
didn't
see
a
meter
when
I
got
out
so
I
guess
there's
a
parking
station
somewhere
out
there.
My
trip
here
cost
about
57.00
plus
30
minutes
of
dealing
with
complete
idiocy.
While
I
was
waiting
I
noticed
the
place
was
filthy.
No
soap
in
the
restroom
either
which
tells
me
that
"employee
must
wash
their
hands"
sign
is
a
fallacy.
I
order
corporate
lunches
from
this
place.
We've
spent
a
pretty
penny
here.
We
send
a
runner
to
pick
up.
I
had
no
idea
the
condition
of
the
place
or
the
service
was
this
rank.
Never
again.
