Stopped
by
for
breakfast
on
a
Saturday
morning.
Did
have
to
wait
a
bit
for
a
table,
but
we
felt
like
it
was
worth
it.
We
noticed
that
they
were
doing
a
really
good
job
of
gauging
how
quickly
the
kitchen
could
fill
orders.
They
seated
the
dining
room
according
to
what
they
could
handle
and
keep
the
flow
of
service
moving.
They
did
not
simply
fill
every
table
in
the
place
at
the
expense
of
wait
time
and
service.
Very
smart.
We
ordered
an
omelet,
an
order
of
blueberry
pancakes,
and
the
Big
Apple
specialty,
along
with
some
sides
of
potatoes.
Our
server
let
us
know
up
front
that
the
Big
Apple
takes
25
minutes
to
prepare,
which
we
appreciated.
We
asked
for
the
rest
of
the
food
to
come
out
when
it
was
ready
and
to
bring
the
Big
Apple
along
when
it
was
ready.
The
blueberry
pancakes,
omelet,
side
of
pancakes
and
sides
of
potatoes
arrived
first.
The
pancakes
were
soft
and
had
a
nice
flavor
and
texture
to
them.
They
were
very
light
and
not
dense
at
all.
The
omelet
was
generously
stuffed
with
breakfast
meats
and
gouda
cheese.
It
was
very
good.
The
highlight
was
definitely
the
Big
Apple.
We
smelled
it
coming
before
it
arrived.
A
Dutch
baby
pancake
with
apples
and
cinnamon
baked
into
it
and
covering
it,
it
was
definitely
a
show
stopper.
The
pancake
itself
was
light
with
edge
parts
of
it
crispy.
It
was
almost
like
a
cross
between
a
pancake
and
an
elephant
ear.
The
apples
and
cinnamon
were
generous
and
perfumed
the
whole
table.
All
in
all
it
was
a
great
experience
and
we
look
forward
to
going
back
to
try
even
more
things
as
there
were
multiple
items
on
the
menu
that
caught
our
eye
that
we
just
didn't
get
to
try
this
time.
