Zero is not an option!!! Me and my friends were treated horrible at this establishment. I met my friends for after work drinks. Upon my arrival my friends were seated in the outdoor patio area, it began to rain so myself and another friend went indoors to look for seating. A couple allowed us to sit with them. Because some our party was back and forth I think the young wait staff was getting confused. I ordered fries while waiting for other friends to come in from the patio. Once I receive them I was going back out to let the ladies to know they could come in to sit. A waitress ran up to me very aggressively and said did we forget about the fries as myself and another friend tried to explain what we were doing she told us we looked like we were running out with the fries. At that point I gave her $10 cash because she told me that was the cost. I went back to her asking for a receipt and my $1 change. Once our party was back in side sitting, I placed a drink order, bill was $14.40 I pd 1450 she brought me back 10 pennies with a receipt. I left change on the table with the receipt. Another waitress comes over and accuses my friend of not paying her bill, which a different waitress cashed her out. At this point it was obvious the waitresses did not like us and didn't want to deal with us. A young lady came over who said she was the manager ( blonde braids in photo) with 3 other waitresses asked us to leave when asked why she could not tell us. We all were looking like what is going on. I began to video and take pics another manager approached asked what's the problem I explained no problem we were asked to leave so that's what we're doing. At any point the manager or one of the waitresses could've said the back and forth is causing an issue but to be rude and act like we want steal fries and drinks was a bit ridiculous. This was my second and last time going to this establishment. The City of Detroit has establishment just like this and treat the customers with much more respect.

Went for a bday party. Came at 5pm and it was pretty good. 5 dollar appetizers and the food was great. The overworked women were keeping the place running smoothly and good music.At around 9pm the place seemed to transform into a hip hop hot spot. Cartier glasses, gold chains, gym shoes, brothers nursing drinks and watching everyone. It was way too crowded and my Detroit spider senses started to kick in. It was time to go. So overall for me, a great place from 5 til 8pm. After that I will not be there.

This joint is a joke!!!! The waitress added extra drinks AND her own tip on my credit card bill after I tipped her in cash and left the restaurant. When I received my bank statement, I noticed that along with ANOTHER bill where they entered my credit card number to pay for drinks I've NEVER drank in my life and forged my signature (my bank mgr even said it wasn't a very good forgery). Allowing my bank to stop any transactions with Duos, I called and requested a meeting with a manager; who defended his staff and denied any wrongdoing, went to the restaurant and saw a female mgr, showed her my signature from my license along with copies of both receipts, not only did she also deny any fraudulent activity she also told the doorman to bar my sister and I from ever being allowed back in their establishment!!! Our interaction was done in private, there was no scene made so if they didn't have anything to hide, why bar us? My sister never said one word during the entire conversation! Protect your identity from this farce of a respectable restaurant because they clearly hire and accept fraudulent behavior from their staff. So called managers need to attend a training seminar, wait staff needs to ride with them, the owners need to know and address complaints effectively before they end up being closed down due to non-patronage. Treat people with respect or those same people will start patronizing venues that will. I have no desire to ever grace this place with my presence and money and even if I did, I couldn't because I've now been barred for questioning charges SMDH

The service and ambiance were good. Seating both inside and outside. It is a bit loud because of the music, so not the greatest for having a conversation, however the music was good until karaoke started, but that's not the restaurants fault. Also the prices were excellent, I assume I must have been there during happy hour, because my bill was very small.

Small. Food is good, Parking is shared so get there by 4pm. It's a meeting place. Live music on Thursday I believe. No room to dance so just dance in your seat.

Duo definitely attracts a trendy young and older Professionals crowd. The bartenders are pretty & friendly, they will create a drink from scratch just from a description of the flavors you want to taste. I was surprised that I could get a late night food order during club hours in a timely manner. Much needed after a long day and a glass of wine. Duo has a beautiful atmosphere in the day as a restaurant, they also have live entertainment some days. I enjoyed my visit and would return for entertainment.

I want to thank the manager Eric for taking the time to address and rectify a previous experience I had. Overall this place is really nice! Happy Hour is my favorite. 10/10 for The vibes, live music, food and drinks. Don’t be fooled by the small cups, the drinks are strong and does what it suppose to do 😉 I do want to say it is best to get there early to get a good parking space and seat of choice. I will be back, this is my new spot!

Love love love the live singing the food was good and the drinks were strong the Duo punch was just my speed. I would love if they had a dance floor and maybe a time for drop off and pick up for the shuttle bus that picks up's at little daddy's. We all had an amazing time celebrating With the March birthdays in my family.

I was there for the 1st time. It was a quick visit on a Saturday it was crowed for sure and nice. I loved the crowd very mature durin my visit. The drinks and food was on point! I will be returnin!

First time going here i went with my sister for her birthday 6/24 and it was on a saturday and the crowd was nice not to crowed, live band, food was good, drinks good to. They alsp have a dine outside area as well.

I went there with a friend tonight. I was having a conversation with him about when I sit at the bar, other patrons always reach in between me to order drinks as several people did just that through out the night. One of the waitresses took it upon herself to interject in my conversation to say "how else would they get their drinks?" I said, they can order at the end of the bar or at least say excuse me if they want to reach and yell their order between others. She says "well he did say excuse me." I said " not to me." She acted as if she didn't know customers may say "excuse me" to the bartenders to get their attention but in my experience, they never excuse themselves before they get to squeezing between me and someone else to yell their orders to the bartenders. This is the only bar I've been to where this happens. A few of the bartenders are rude like this. Why rudely jump in my conversation like that when no one was talking to her nor asked for her opinion? She should mind her business and respectfully do her job. If I wanted her opinion, I would've asked for it. This experience was the last straw for me. I like their food and drinks but I won't be back. Parking is awful too.

A regular visitor to this establishment but jus came to a conclusion to not attend any longer the parking is horrible ok a shuttle across NW Hwy..pick you up ok thanks for the shuttle but no dance floor bumper to bumper & of all these years I’ve never ever attended a club that’s open to 1/2 am & closes their kitchen down at 10:45pm ti me that’s just a lil unfair to customers that paying to come in & have to be hungry & drinking that lives way in the other side of town..very nice atmosphere but really think it’s a place that needs to focus on maybe the dining & customers that have jobs & business after 8 that may come to the establishment & want to eat & drink & maybe dance..Thank You

The club was great and the services were great but what I love most of all was that they go around all night giving you water.

I cannot give s good review, because they were crowded not a lot but enough for me and a friend to stand there for over 10 minutes without 1 person that worked there even acknowledging us. So we left doubt if I go back.

Made a reservation for 12+ people for a work celebration during Happy Hour. The Hostess was very polite and professional when setting the reservation. Our server was Nene who took care of all of us for the 2.5 hours we were celebrating with 5-star attitude and service. The music selection was good for dancing while seated in our booth and there was a live drum set by the bar. The bottle service girls with cognac were a nice surprise after our meal was finished and we had paid our bill. I look forward to coming back here! My thanks to all the staff for helping us celebrate! 🥳

I had a section for my birthday last Saturday! The energy, music, and people were great! My evening was surrounded by confident (not arrogant type) people the growd was great ! Also, there was a team of yoing ladies for the section area towards the front and they were great! I made sure I tipped them accordingly!

Service to tables gets slower the closer it gets to happy hour ending. Clearing off finished plates and glasses is slow until the area your sitting is is needed by new customers.

I arrived with very nice dressy joggers D&G , nice shoes & shirt. We were turned away because of the joggers, that you really couldn’t tell they were joggers all black etc. But that’s fine, if there’s a policy, I have to follow it. Cool, I went and bought a pair of jeans at a local black business so I was good. My issue, is that if I can’t wear dressy joggers, I shouldn’t get served my food in a styrofoam box at my table with plastic utensils and small plastic cups with lids on them. Maybe, ease up on the dress code a little atleast until the glass plates and metal silverware that are advertised on your website comes back or if you never had them, that’s a whole separate issue.

The parking is horrible, waitresses and girls that sit at the desk when you walk in attitudes is horrible. They put a gratuity in with your bill and I don't think that's fair especially when service is not great and it takes a long time to get your food. The happy hour prices is ok and food is decent. You have to check your receipts because those girls will over charge you. I don't trust them so I pay with cash

Happy hour specials are really reasonable . Karoke is on Wednesdays, Nice! Drinks are strong and we were able to seat ourselves that day during the week.

In town from the ATL for the weekend & a group of friends met up here. What an awesome vibe!!! Great drinks, music, & the wings were BOMB! The parking is a bit of a situation & they could really use a bigger building but if you get in.....you will have a ball.

I was going there for the first time last night I didn't no there door policy on white tee's I wore all white I went to a friend's birthday party the security guard that was working the door told me I can't come in because I had a white tee I told him cool im good with that so my friend pull up I told them the problem they new a Manger or someone and they told security to let me in I got get search and the brother went off the handle very disrespectful to me very loud like he was trying to Punk me now the Manger herd him disrespect me I just turn 58 0n the 8-17 so I didn't mind trying out a new bar also I'm Head of Security for Zomora Entertainment it's a Mexican indoor outdoor events If i saw this guy talking to some of our Customers the way he did me I would have fired he Respect and making customers feel like they want to come back is the key why this guy was mad I have no idea im just one person so me writing this isn't going to fix it I hope they read this and tell their security tone it down I deal with way more customers at Club then he do if he doesn't want to do pat downs go else where besides they had other people in there with white tee's go figures

Delicious food!! Like seriously delicious and a great price! They play great music and they have great drinks. Got there a little before 9 on a Friday and by 11 that place was like a real club inside so it’s perfect for whatever vibe you’re trying to be on for the night! There’s a private room that I found was perfect for date night, very intimate since the music was muted some. Looking forward to going back for happy hour.

This was my first visit. It was Mt Cousin's Birthday and we had a great time!! The drinks and Happy Hour prices, were excellent!! The food was tasty!! Can't wait to visit this location again!!

The piped in music before the live performance was way way too loud, you could not have a conversation with the person sitting right next to you!! I asked two different people to please turn it down a little bit and nothing happened.....

Slow service.... for food and drinks. We never ate because, no one ever came to take our order for food or drinks. Great crowd.

Ordered online, it gave me a time it'll be ready. I arrived at that time and the lady told me they don't start on your food until you get here. Which is not stated online. Waited for almost an hour and then they charge your more than whats posted online, they even include gratuity. Bad system, need to change. I ordered a ceasar salad with chicken which wasn't bad.

This actually was a nice place and i had a lot of fun. However, it is not for the light weights like myself. Every single drink i ordered was mixed extremely strong and were more like shots than sipping drinks. Can easily exceed your limit and black out if not careful. The Valet were nice and even though i had to leave my car there a few days because to drunk to drive they were really nice about it.

I had my very first "happy hour" experience here last Tuesday. It was awesome! $5 food menu (amazing), $5 cocktail menu, $2 and $3 beers. I'm trying to make it a part of my weekly constitution.

Great food, spectacular drinks, nice atmosphere. Wish they'd move though and to someplace with their own lot. Parking is always and forever a disaster and the valets are 1/2 the parking problem. If the place was bigger maybe we could stay longer, seems lije were always booted from our table when we come. Oh well it's always a good time though.
