Came out tonight for dinner with a few family members.... First I'll start out with: Yes. The food was good and everyone was pleased with their meal but the wait time was just horrible!!!!! Under staffed!!!!! The waiter did the best he could. He had a lil chip on his shoulder but due to ig he was only one waiting tables ill give him a pass.(yes he got a $75 cash tip)

Absolutely trash. The food was not seasoned took forever to come out. Customer service was non existent. My waiter was nowhere to be found. The manager was argumentative and would not listen. My potato skins were cold. The bartender thought he was slick, I asked for my drink to be remade and he just added liquor. Much appreciated 😌 but it was not tasty. Overall, never going back here to this location.

Had all of the employees give me some good topping on my big ol' glizzy and made sure they did it well they started choking on it so much that all my special cream came out.

Just left this Fridays in Southfield Michigan. I see why the parking lot is always empty. I ordered chicken strips and they gave me these little nuggets for $15 I took them back and they insisted these are tenders…, They literally gave me half a steak it’s literally cut in half for 30 bucks. Totally waisted my money I’m contacting corporate!!!!

Had a party of 8 that was from out of town for a funeral. Had no servers. The host stated the wait was 15 minutes that turned into over an hour. Everyone walked around us like we wasn’t sitting here. One waitress said she didn’t even want another party of 8. Would not recommend this place. Music was turned up like you were at a club.

I love it here! If you still hang out on Friday.. come to Friday’s SOUTHFIELD Awesome service awesomeness all night!!♥️♥️👌🏽👌🏽

I had banned myself from TGI Friday many, many years ago. But I was given a gift card by a friend. I was quickly reminded of why I stopped going there. The food was absolutely tasteless. The timing of appetizers and entree came at the exact same time. Our server appeared to be new at the job. So unfortunately, there was some poor coordination. We were seated by a window which unfortunately did not have good caulking, so it felt as if the 34ﾟ wind was blowing right on us😒 I strongly suggest that you DO NOT order the new appetizer of ribbon potatoes with toppings. It was ATROCIOUS. It is LITERALLY burnt potato chips with cheese and toppings, SMH

Walk in and you would have thought there was a block party going on and the place was a night club!! Playing rap music so loud you couldn't talk to the person next to you. Probably 50 people crowded around the bar and literally 4-5 tables and they said 30 minutes wait to get a table when there was no more than 10 tables occupied. I'm 100% positive if corporate walked in the would have taken the TGI Fridays sign off the building right then and there unless they have a new business model of being a night club!! It could have possibly been because I had my pants around my waist that they didn't want me eating there!

Deshon is great at his job. And my green goddess burger minus American cheese add Cheddar with fresh fries and cold Sam Adams draft can't be beat. Best burger!

I went to the Southfield TGIF because it was late and they were open. I was assaulted by RAP music as soon as I opened the door. I asked the employee that greeted me if they could turn it down or if there was a quieter place to sit. She said they could not turn it down. It was so loud I couldn't hear the reason. I really had no choice considering it was late. So, I put in foam ear plugs which reduced the volume from painful, but is was still WAY TOO LOUD. The waitress could not hear me and after asking the same question 3 times, I had to point to what I wanted on the menu. I turned on a sound meter in my phone and the average was 85dB with a peak of 90dB, which is the OSHA limit for workplaces. I could also hear people screaming to converse with each other at the other tables. The food was good, but the waitress did not come back until long after I was done. She also did not deliver my salad until my meal came, so I sat for quite a while waiting. It would have been nice to have the salad. I complained to corporate, but it will probably fall on deaf ears considering their music preference. It is a shame because I generally like TGIF.

Love the rewards! New York Strip was great! 2 sides! Took one star away because the music was Uber loud and and did not seem restaurant friendly more like a bar at at night time

I received everything I ordered and it was warm and tasty. surprised I didn't have to wait 2 hours for it. Had it delivered. Ordered the whiskey glazed Burger combo with loaded mashed potatoes and the whiskey glazed chicken with mac and cheese . The burger was so good but the chicken could've been better

Don't eat the pasta ..... however the bartender made us feel welcome partied even. Made our drinks 🍸 special and allow us to be a part of that. He sang songs all the while being a great bartender! Full figured black male full of life ! I forgot his name but don't worry he will stand out. Going back soon. The food is meh but you can find something. They need a better menu selection that's for sure.

Fridays is always a good place to get a bit to eat. The salmon dish they have is good with the whiskey glaze. Gotta love the whiskey glaze lol. Our waitress was really nice and accommodating and we were seated as soon as we arrived.

I sat at the bar. My bartender was Trinidad. She gave me excellent service she was sweet and very tentative. Although extremely busy she made sure I got everything I needed. I enjoyed the house salad with a order of fettuccine Alfredo. Deeeeelicious. Two shots of Don Julio and a lemon water. Let's just say I left there very satisfied. No waiting to be seated, great service: timing between review of the menu to our order being taken to drinks being delivered to appetizers being served and our dinner being brought was well-spaced! Food was delicious! I had the full rack of ribs, loaded mashed potatoes, and garlic butter broccoli: well-seasoned, full of flavor, the meat was falling off the bones! Broccoli was just tender enough without being mushy! I ate every bite! The dessert I had was brownie obsession: it was not as impressive as the dinner. The brownie looked pre-packaged, the caramel drizzle looked watery--with that, I was not impressed 🤷🏽 Wait staff was personable and accommodating! Good choice if you're looking for a good dinner!

I go to alot of places its been a long time. When its 1 bartender. And she is overwhelmed and unorganized. Makes no sense she put a order in and have to go pick it up in the kitchen is ridiculous. It took 20min to get water/drink Also some training on being professional. I understand over work under paid. But just yelling for ppl in the back is unacceptable.

Everything was fantastic! I really enjoyed my Mother's Day dinner. The food and drinks were awesome, and our waitress was such a sweetheart. My son and I had a great time! We'll definitely visit again.

RIDICULOUSLY slow service. Everything our server was supposed to be doing, from seating us to eventually bringing menus, to taking our drink order and then the rest of our order, to bringing the bill, it was like she was taking naps in between. We had to wait for everything – and we were the only table she was waiting on. The food was decent, what you'd expect from TGIF.

I was very disappointed in the service. we had a party of 25-30 people we only had one server. who was also rude. our reservations were for 7pm. we did not get our beverages until about 8:30 and it was downhill from there. charged for carry out never received it. spoke with management very apologetic but did not offer anything to make me the customer feel better about this location. customer satisfaction should be your number one priority. after waiting an hour for appetizers i inquired about them the server said i don't know how long it will be all i do is take your order and give it to the cook. a better answer would have been let me go check. I think you should improve your service or you will lose a lot of business.

It was fine. Only small issue was that I ordered the New York srip steak, medium rare... it came almost "well done". It almost ruined my meal but my company was very entertaining. I do not like sending back food... so I just paid and threw it away. Staff is EXCELLENT and top notch. I still had a pleasant time.

Hilary was a wonder waitress. Excellent service. She got our appetizer to us quickly and got our meal to us quickly. Food was nice and fresh tasting. Hilary made sure we were taken care of the whole visit. She took care of multiple tables at the same time without it effecting each tables service. She needs a big raise for her hard work

Overall a good experience, they were a bit slow with seating us considering how empty it was. 4 different employees did acknowledge us and let us know someone would be with us. Once seated the waitress was very attentive. Everything we ordered came quickly and was as expected. Both the food and drinks were excellent.

Had the Jack Daniels burger and fries and it was to die for. A thick juicy burger with all the trimmings and a sauce so delectable I was actually taken aback at how good it was. As a matter of fact I dug into it so quickly that I forgot to take a picture of it. Jayla was the most gracious host, accommodating, attentive, and just downright pleasant to have as a waitress!! I will definitely frequent this location whenever I am in the Michigan area.

Server was very nice. Went for lunch. Arrived at 11: 15am when they first opened. We were instructed to sit at bar due to no servers. Bar was sticky and floors. Server / bartender wiped area down several times and still was sticky. The food was mediocre. I won't go back it just wasn't the Fridays of past experience. I will try one in Novi before I give up
