Went there with my husband to have a night off from cooking. Didn't get greeted for at least 10 minutes by server. Once greeted received salad and soup in a timely manner; but then waited 1 hour for entrees... (which isn't fun when you're 5 months pregnant.) When the food arrived half of my order was missing, and my husband's salmon was approx 3oz *said to be 6oz fillet* (top plate). When we expressed our concerns instead of fixing the issue(s) he got defensive and berated us. He even told my husband to go "f himself" when we walked out. Save your time/money and go to another local establishment for good food (bottom plate); instead of a place where the owner cusses and berates his customers.

It's been years since we were last here, so we thought we should come check it out again. Our food was perfect, our service was great and the atmosphere just what we like. We will add this place into our rotation of "where should we go for dinner?".

Met up with some friends. Place smelled wonderful, but we only came in for drinks. McMurphy's been there for YEARS! I told my wife we need to come for dinner sometime soon. We enjoyed our drinks and food times with friends. Service was wonderful from everyone. I recommend you visit and see for yourself.

I don’t understand the hype over this place. It’s pretty basic but nice/old looking inside. Food is good not life changing or anything but good/basic. Once you eat and drink here it’s like 40 per person if you eat something on the cheaper side and split an appetizer. The server was nice but you wait minimum of 1 hour to get your food. Personally I wouldn’t return but not grading it super poor bc it’s not a bad place just not an awesome place.

Great place right in the heart of Downtown Wyandotte. It it more on the high-end side. But the food is quite good. When I go, I get the Oysters Rockefeller as an appetizer and for an entre, I get the tuna two way, which is excellent! They have a pretty good beer and cocktail selection as well. The building is somewhat older, as many are in Wyandotte. But it's pretty nice in the inside with seating in the back. Overall, R.P.'s is a terrific restaurant.

This place is so warm and comforting walking in. The decorations are elegant and beautiful for Christmas. Tabi's service was exceptional. I got the shrimp scampi, which was incredible. 10/10! Hubs got the penne dish 9/10. The chicken tenders and mac n cheese were also ordered and tasted 10/10. The french onion soup, I basically inhaled before thinking of getting a photo. Was 9/10. I love that all of everything was perfectly portioned as well! Will most definitely be back to try new items on the menu!!

I was expecting an Irish Pub with traditional Irish food offerings but the only thing I found was fish and chips. The food was good but nothing rememberable. Their tap and bourbon lists were also lacking. The place was nice and clean with a friendly staff though.

The food is really great here. Really cool atmosphere. Rich history. Top notch service from Laura. The drinks were tasty. Music was on point. And the alley cafe has always looked awesome on summer night, although I haven’t eaten out there yet.

We normally get a solid meal here. Last night was a struggle. The fish and chips were over battered and very greasy. The perch was okay. I normally generously tip but I gave 15% more out of responsibility than reward. We’ve had better R.P.McMurphys do better.

What most impressed me was the timing of the service from our waitress Arianna. I've never had the food come out right when I wanted it. Not too pushy but I didn't feel abandoned either. The food was also great. We shared mussels. I had a cup of clam chowder and the lake perch. Make sure to use the lemon provided with the perch. It really enhanced the flavor. The atmosphere was ideal for having a conversation.

Wonderful bar/restaurant in downtown Wyandotte, MI. Hubby and I grew up in this city, but moved out in 80's to north Oakland County, then Southwest FL. Have family in this area. Here for Christmas season and decided to come to downtown Wyandotte for dinner. This small, bar/restaurant has old-world decor, including murals on the wall. But nothing old-world with the food! The French onion soup prior to the entree was excellent. Both of us had tenderloin medallions in house-made zip sauce. The steak was perfect temp (med. rare as we ordered). Asparagus was the side veg and was nicely grilled. To finish off the meal, we had a moist carrot cake with the best cream cheese frosting and ice cream. To top it off, had a very nice server, Jessie. Very sweet and attentive. Eating here made us a bit homesick. Thanks R.P.'s for our "memory lane" dinner!

The food was pretty top notch. I forgot what it was called but they got this appetizer that consists of seasoned, bacon wrapped shrimp and it's superb 👌. I got the French dip and it was absolutely delish! The cozy, pubbly atmosphere makes you feel like a character off of a "friends" type show, their draft beers will have you feeling warm and fuzzy as you walk the Biddle strip on your way to your car.

Food wasn't horrible but did not like their salad dressing at all, too oily. We waited awhile for our food and it wasn't super busy. The French onion soup was good though.

We went on a date night here last night and our waitress was amazing. I don’t recall her name but she has blonde hair and a beautiful engagement ring. We the had shrimp cocktail and the fried pickles as our appetizers and they were both amazing. The ranch here is the best. My husband got the French onion soup and it had more liquid than onions. I got the steak Debra and it was under cooked but the chef threw it back on the grill for me. The mashed potatoes were a bit salty but other than that the food was pretty good. I also think it’s because we came close to the kitchen closing up. I will say they were scrubbing the kitchen down and the place looks very clean. I’m assuming the gentleman that was asking us how our evening was is the owner or manager. He was friendly and continued to check on us as well. We will be back.

Loved the old pub atmosphere and the food and service was great. The French dip sandwich is one of the best I've had and their fries came out nice and crispy but soft on the inside. Fresh and definitely worth it. The only thing I wish is that they had a good quality gluten free bun option. Lots of places offer that for people like myself who have a wheat sensitivity.

Great food, amazing atmosphere and wonderful people. Wife and I bring the dogs to sit on the patio, which honestly feels like an alley way in small town Italy and I love it. Staff is very nice and accommodating and the martinis are perfect - not something you find very often. It’s our safe place when we’re in town knowing the staff, food and drink are reliably high quality. Definitely recommend.

Stopped in Saturday for a round of drinks. We sat in a comfy booth and ordered some of the best cocktails I've ever had. The tiko was delicious and the chocolate martini I ended the night with was so good. But best of all was our waitress. Though I can't recall her name (she had a boot on her foot if that helps identify her), she treated us so well and even brought us bread to munch on. We all raved about her service. We're about an hour away but are already talking about coming back for a visit soon!

One of my favorite places! Since covid it's hard to find mussels on the menu. These were small but delicious!

I love this restaurant. I usually stop in at least a couple times a year since the 1980's. The food is consistently good, and I love the history of this place. I've never once been disappointed.

It's a neat looking place. But the menu does not line up with the Irish pub vibes when you walk in the door. Also it took extra long to get out food. And the food itself was okay. But for the price they asked it was not good enough.

The Santorini Penne entree, as interpreted by the chef, is unquestionably one of the best pasta dishes I have had anywhere —- including Italy. So many great flavors in a subtle sauce that made the dish moist and juicy without being soggy. As always the service was excellent and Bruegel-circled walls made for a wonderful experience in every way. Keep up the great work 👍👏

A friend from high school treated me to lunch for my birthday. I had their Maurice Salad & it was delicious. We all liked our food. Our waitress was great too. Really enjoyed it.

This cozy pub has a wide variety of choices and prices. From burgers to Chicken Toscanini and Salmon Piccata. Tiffany our waitress was very sweet, cheerful and accommodating. My chicken Toscanini was tender and the bed of noodles it sat on were SO garlicky good. We would come again. I also loved the old fashioned murals.

Great food. Fair prices. Awesome atmosphere. And our waitress, Arianna T., was da bomb.
