UPDATE: The place has gotten even worst, yuckkkk! 🤮Only went here because every other place was busy and I see why. Also noticed the owner didn’t even spell my name right when trying to apologize in the first place and it’s listed before the review. 🤔 Not the best Applebee's that's for sure. It's unfortunate because I like Applebee's franchise espically with all they have to offer. This one is just a little ran down and service is a little slow. The last time we went wasn't to bad but it's always hit or miss and most of the time it's miss... We really only try places like this every once in awhile to see if there has been any changes.

No cars in the parking lot. Dined in with just 2 booths of ppl and no one else. Our server was Ashley. Ashley was the bomb. As she was our server, waitress, our everything. And Bartender as well! We had El Nino Margherita, The El Presidente.. Our go to was Ashley. Well Ashley was such an exceptional everything today she gets a+ service. We loved the drinks Ashley!! All the dishes were hot and fresh. Hot🔥and delicious. I will definitely be back for lunch she was awesome we had drinks we had appetizers and we had a great lunch to go. I can't ask for anything better than the service we've gotten today. Will definitely return when in the area. 👍🏽💯 😋

Wonderful dining experience here where the waiter provided high hospitality service. The meal, perhaps I forgot the name is, tasted good with affordable pricing.

I've shown a lot of resentment toward Applebee's in the past. Primarily because nothing about it has changed since the early 2000s. But thankfully, the prices haven't considerably climbed either. And if you go at the right day and/or time, there are some pretty good specials. I ordered the chicken tacos and a salad. They were both pretty good. And I'm not saying that it was the best meal I've ever had. It's Applebee's. But for what you get, it's definitely a bang for your buck. Overall, I would come back and eat again. At least at this location.

Prices for stuff really getting out of hand on things but sizes seem to be getting smaller. Server was nice, place wasn't to busy. But for the money I gotta start cooking at home.

The appetizers were delicious 😋. The new sizzling skillets were honestly sizzling 🥵 while they came to the table. The waitress was prompt with the food, drinks and continued to check to see if anything else was needed. I only wish I could have made it for happy hour. 😂😂

We had an excellent experience at Applebee's! Our waitress Megan, gave us recommendations that exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious. The chicken and shrimp were cooked to perfection, the flavors were on point and our glasses were never empty. I would highly recommend visiting this location and seeking Megan as your waitress. I only remembered to take images of our appetizer and dessert which were the Wonton Tacos I believe they're called and the Cinnabun Desert. Again, don't hesitate. 10 out of 10.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Applebee's in Alan Park, and I must say, the experience was outstanding! Katie, the bartender, went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Her skills and attentiveness truly elevated my dining experience. Five stars for the great atmosphere, delicious food, and, of course, Katie's amazing bartending skills!

I enjoyed myself there for my birthday I wish I could remember the server name but she was awesome. One drink I was done lol..

I love this location. Today Lisa was our server. She was efficient and kind. The manager Shay is also always amazing. Feels like she’s welcoming you into her home every single time. 👍🏾

I enjoy going to this one... the management is wonderful and Amanda is the most caring and helpful person.. she went beyond for our table and made the night right for my whole party and she was very patient and respectful with me... her and her team is what would bring me back to Applebee's. The atmosphere is wonderful and full of laugher. And her team works their butts off to bring a perfect place to eat.. and the all chip in when other servers are busy with other customers.....definitely coming back....

Sat down earlier this week and my server Kambrie was so sweet and caring. She was quick to grab whatever I needed whenever I needed it. Definitely recommend her if you want great service

We came to applebees to have dinner and we had Katie the bartender. She did an excellent job at remembering all the orders without writing it down. It was absolutely amazing how well everything came out and it was all perfectly done. Congrats to the cooks and the staff. We will be back.

So, you have to try the wonton tacos!! They can be a bit spicy depending on your palate & what you can handle. The Mac n cheese is amazing as well. The burgers are ok. Our waitress Betty was absolutely AMAZING!! The girl she was training was pretty awesome as well. I highly recommend this place. The only thing I didn't like was that the manager didn't come out to "double-check" to make sure that everything was going well. Other than that I had an amazing time.

I took the family here on a night out and was delighted to have Hanna as our server. We’ve had her a couple times in the past and she never fails to give us an amazing experience. She’s quick, thoughtful, and very kind. As always the food was great as well. However, I will say that Hanna’s exceptional work will be keeping us coming back for some time.

Took waitress 25 minutes to cone to table & greet. Order was taken and 3 out of 5 meals were incorrect. After 2nd time of attempt 1 guest just canceled her meal, 1 guest just ate everything except steak & my meal Was finally right. Manager had an attitude & never cane back to table. I won't go back. I called 2days in a roll for GM haven't got call back yet

I had a wonderful lunch out with my siblings. Katie the bartender was great! She gave us really good advice on drinks to order, and they came out absolutely delicious. Tatiyonna our server was amazing, very attentive, and made sure we never had a dull moment. I can’t wait to go again for another grand experience with these ladies.

Amazing! As soon as I walked in the hostess was extremely helpful and asked me my seating preferences. The team work is great. Service is top notch keep up the good work! I’ve been seeing a lot of improvement. 11/10

I placed an carry-out order and didn’t receive a correct order. I called Applebee’s and spoke to Shay (manager on duty) and explained to her I didn’t receive what I ordered. She immediately apologized and offered me a couple of options as compensation. One of the options she said she prefers, she asks her customers to consider returning in an effort to meet them in person to make good of the situation as well as in hopes we return as satisfied customers. After speaking with Shay, I realized she was the same manager I spoke with the last time I had an issue with my order. She took great care of then. I accepted her preference and when I arrived at Applebee’s, not only did she replace my order she made me feel welcome. Shay replaced my order with more than I received. I can not recall the last time, if ever, a manager handled this type of matter in this manner. Shay is personable and professional as a manager and possesses the epitome of great customer service. In my past and present experiences with Shay, she’s a “class act”. Thank you, so much Shay…keep up the great work!😉

Sally was my server and OMG her energy over took me. Her smile was very warming and delightful. I had the Zombie drink and it made just right. My salmon was delicious! I really enjoyed my visit today. Thanks for being wonderful Sally and crew at Allen Park 🥰

I kept seeing an advertisement on tv. For applebees steak and shrimp. Took the wife and went there. The food was good, got the steak, but it was never like the picture. The staff were friendly and I had a good time.

Today’s service was amazing Kayla did an outstanding job. Food was hit and fresh and drinks was good as well. Manager tonight was friendly and helpful good conversation. Shay I believe her name was. Dining room and bathrooms was very clean.

Ahhh good old Applebees. This chain is a staple of mine when on the road traveling. I haven’t been in a couple years though and glad I stopped by. The Long Island Iced Tea was great and fairly priced. I got Fish N Chips and a salad with extra tea. Great menu selections and consistent quality. Service here was also great 👍😃

One of my favorite fun places to dine in the Dearborn, Downriver Area. Alesha, at the Hostess area, always greets with a smile. Shay, the Manager, is amazing. She works the whole room, whether Hosting, running food or checking on tables. As well, kudos to all the Waitstaff and Bartenders and Staff. Applebee’s always has an awesome food and drink menu, with seasonal Specials and Drinks being featured. Would definitely recommend for a family night out.

I have never been to a restaurant where the entire staff is so friendly and accommodating. They truly do care for their customers & go above and beyond to meet any needs or requests you may have. Chew, Katie and the entire bar staff will forever have my business. 10/10 will forever recommend.

Nasty!!! Ordered 2 for $30 chicken broccoli Alfredo and chicken tenders with cheese sticks. Cheese in cheese sticks was chunky. Chicken in my Alfredo was like rubber! Seemed like a piece of chicken microwaved and put on the grill for 20 seconds to barley get grill lines on it. Chicken tenders were awful as well. Will NEVER be back to this Apple Bees again. Hoping myself and Daughter don't get sick from the few bites of food we ate here. They did take $15 off the bill but the best part of our lunch here was the Pepsi!
