    I gave birth to my daughter on Christmas of 2021. I ordered from here to Sanai Grace, (it’s no secret that hospital food Sucks) I was extremely hungry and depleted of energy. Basically ended up spending $40 for cheesesticks because the rest was inedible. My cookie & ice cream was placed in the same bag as the hot food and was nothing more than warm milk when I received it. The quesadillas were so burnt, I still Question whether or not it was some kind of a joke due to me ordering close to closing time and the cook possibly being annoyed? The chicken was small. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend our order from here again. Would have chosen elsewhere but hey were the Only establishment open around. I’m late on writing this review and I don’t typically go out of my way to, but since I was already signed in, and I didn’t ask for any kind of refund or credit because I was so disappointed, I figured I’d at least let you know of my experience.

    “ carside to go “…. Terrible service. Weather it’s a holiday or not. Car or curb side should be exactly that. Ordered and paid ahead so didn’t have to get out. 1 person came out every 30 minutes to check Togo orders. I was told the food would be ready by 6:30. Got here 6:25. Didn’t receive food until about 2hours later

    Customer service, customer satisfaction and proper communication are missing from the management staff at this Applebee's. They are slow (at least they were yesterday), rude and unapologetic for mistakes they made that caused my daughter to receive her food much later than the rest of our party. They gave her order to someone else and didn't apologize for it. Here is the kicker, we were there when they opened the doors and was one of the first groups to have their order taken. My wife requested that they offer a solution to the problem they caused to which they gave her a discount coupon for a future visit that will never happen. I asked for the owners information and they gave me the general manager's card. I haven't called him yet but he's also not the person I requested to speak with. The food did taste satisfactory but the service ruined the entire experience. Do better Applebee's!

    I don’t recommend anyone to eat at this location the service gets poor by the day. It’s a Monday with light traffic and we still have been waiting to order on top of the 30-45 min wait because they “ supposedly short on staff “. Our waitress came up to and told us the reason the was behind on drinks is because the person who make the drinks was having stomach problems! And they didn’t have help. How professional either step it up and learn to be better or close down !

    We arrived at 730 . The young lady at the door seemed tired or tired of us . I noticed a bunch of dirty tables and trash on the floor . The energy was giving go away . Anyway we stayed after we we’re basically encouraged to leave because they’re was going to be a 30 minute wait. It was important to wait I been promising my niece I will take her she’s doing so excellent in school it was also just family time. 830!arrived as we watched a few younger guest be escorted to seating . We mentioned it but was ignored. Finally seated at 9 as a family sat at a dirty table and got up and left upset. They wash few tables we sat down . 945 we were served food was cold. The manager was called out he was at the table adjacent to us a mother with three children their complete order was messed up . They didn’t charge her . I asked the manger about my visit and concerns he says write information down name email number I will be emailed a 30 dollar certificate well never got it . I will not be back it was sad

    I started and account and ordered carside pickup at the 8 mile and Woodward location. Pulled up to get my food and no one came out. I called the number posted on the sign for curbside parking, 3x and the line was busy all 3 times. I went inside to get my food and no one was at the window. I waited. I waited longer then went to the host and he proceeded to tell me to go back to the window. I went back to the window and all that was there was the green and black coat of the person taking orders at the window. I waited even longer now and still no one came. I could here them all talking and laughing in the back. I even yelled "hello" a few times to get some help. Still nothing. A few waitresses came from the back to serve the bar and clean the area. They want back in the back and I heard a young man say "there is someone at the window". They started to quited down and he said it again. Still no one came. Another order became ready was I was waiting and when "they", 2 girls finally came from the back, is when I got help. My food had been sitting there the whole time. No apologies for having me wait, nor did they state reasons for my delay. I paid for my food and left. I will not he back and I want my money back for at cold food and my inconvenience. Downright horrible. I more attention from the coat then I did the servers.

    Zero stars!! Do not recommend!! This was absolutely THE WORST Applebee's location I have ever been to. There appeared to be only 1 server, for the entire place. We had to ask for our silverware, no big deal...but, it was plasticware. Which wouldn't be an issue except that all the other tables were given actual silverware. Our food was brought out COLD. Not only that, the food wasn't even right!! Got the correct order to go, and left.

    The food was good. We had sat 20 minutes waiting, and no one ever came to seat us. I had to get the manager, and then the dining room was so nasty, food on the floor. I went in the bathroom, and I almost gurgitate. It was so funky and nasty, with paper towel all over the floor, soap splitting over on the sink. The tiolets hadn't been cleaned since last month. Never will I go back there!!!!

    Ordered French onion soup....cold.....ordered waffle fries....cold. ordered fajita wrap....have not tried yet but I did not get my side of garlic mashed potatoes. I've lived in Ferndale for 7 years. Tried this place when it opened...horrible. thought I'd give it another chance.. still horrible. Will not return. Food is awful and employees standing around doing nothing.

    I went to this apple bees on Friday, August 11, there were not a lot of people in the restaurant and took us 20 minutes to be seated. After being seated, no waitress, a waiter came to greet us at the table. Finally a waiter came by and brought us water and came back 20 minutes later to take her order. I ordered at 6:10 PM and the food did not arrive until 7:20 PM. No silverware no napkins I looked around there were two other waitresses and waiters that did not look personable uniforms were dirty prior to getting my food I called for the manager. She couldn’t understand what it would take over. I was just to get the food. She made an apology, but no compensation . I hated I ever went to this restaurant, and I vowed that I would never return. This is the most unprofessional place that I have been to service was terrible. Food was not good. I ordered the boneless wings and they were so hard until you can really could not eat them. They need to close down because they do not have adequate staff to serve the customers.

    I was provided with great service and care from the young women (vandera) at the car side pick up. She got my order perfect and with such a beautiful smile on her face. The food was hot and fresh definitely will be back!

    I placed an online order for 2 for 25. I got the8oz steak which Is $3 extra with mashed potatoes mac and cheese. my boyfriend got the salmon with waffle fries and mashed potatoes. As well as two house salads. Firstly I paid $3.50 extra for salmon The salmon was in pieces. It wasn't even that big paid extra for dressings didn't get my extra dressings on the side. My Steak was so chewy Not to mention the upgraded Mac and cheese I got for a side was basically some noodles with some have bacon on it and literally had a strip. Of bacon on top I spent $40 on food that was barely edible

    This is my first time at Applebee's. The food was great, in regard to taste and prices. Service was OK, we went on Sunday at dinner time, it was OK, not busy. We were 2, bill came around 45 excluding tip!

    Me and my family had a wonderful time at this location. The food was hot and fresh. Nice crowd, staff and manager this Christmas Eve. Shay was friendly and definitely visible on floor. I can see how she is communicating with the employees the same as guest professional and respectful. 5 stars Applebees

    My experience was amazing with Olivia and Kavon. They are so professional, polite, courteous, and provided excellent customer service. These two employees makes me visit the 8 mile and Woodward location on a regular basis. I love their demeanor, and the service they provided as it was definitely a pleasure being served them both. With employees like these two, your business will continue to grow. By the way, they need raises.

    The food & staff was great... our waitress was very warm & friendly & help out with menu choices & helped us save money... we chose the Chicken Alfredo & loved it.... all of the staff vibe was like they was my friend & spoke in passing.... the manager was kind & helpful also understanding with a small accommodation request.... we really enjoyed ourselves it was rememberable evening.... thanks yall 🥰

    The boneless chicken was very salty and small you only receive 8-10 pieces $13 the double cheese burger looked as if they took 1 patty and created 2 then cooked it when it was served the bun was way bigger then the meat $14 it came with your choice of fries, waffle fries was a up charge. My server was great but I'll never go back

    I placed an order earlier today. The food was prepared fine but the car side service was lackluster. The biggest issue was that I ordered $7.99 Queso and chips and basically only got chips. They only filled the Queso cup less than 1/2 way full! The Queso is the biggest reason I’m paying $7.99 for chips and dip. Never again.

    Worst experience I’ve EVER had at a restaurant, didn’t get greeted for the first 15 minutes and I ordered a drink that never came. After 1 hour of waiting and no attention from the the lazy server me and my party left without getting our food. Don’t come here if you value your time and except an attentive server.

    I took my wife out for a .59th Anniversary luncheon. Dirty floor, dirty table and poor service. There were only two other customers in her section. Had to ask for straws for the water. Orders were placed and silverware was given to us. My wife asked the waitress if hers had ever made it to the dishwasher. Her shrimp meal was just OK. My hamburger was over cooked (burn) which I didn't finish. Three other waitresses walked pass our table and either walk in the mess or stepped over it. A Gentleman waiter had just come in to work passed our table and said WOW what a mess on the floor. He told me that I should have asked for the manager about this situation. I have always given a tip for service but not this time. I will never go back to this place.

    The family went here and the service was horrible!! We was Seated at 2 different tables which it didn't matter but but it took over 2 and a 1/2 hours for us to get our food because they were mad that's the tables came together and only one server will get a tip (And that's what the host told us )the manager was there we had to request him several Times to come out and assist us we end up getting food and taking it home and it still wasn't right had to go back

    This is by far thee WORST Applebee's Ever! Everything started out good kids get their food. We get drinks. Then our food comes and Boom! No silverware. So we address it to the manager she really wasn't any help either . I would like to add that if you want great service go some where else. Second time going there and the service was horrible. Just find another Applebee's cause they need to close this one.

    I know it’s an Applebees, but I ordered a mango lemonade and had to send it back three times because the cup was dirty..I ordered the neighborhood beef nachos as a meal, and it was pretty good, the beef was a little dry tho.
