We ordered our pizza online. For whatever reason, the website would not show that we were using a card. So my husband calls to give them the information and was greeted by a very impatient staff member. He tried to give her a reference number and explain that he was unable to put his card information on the online order. He gave her his name and she could not locate the order. He again asked her if she wanted the reference number. She declined. He gave her the email attached to the order. She still had difficulty locating the order and he again asked if she wanted the order reference number. When she was finally able to locate the order, he paid, repeating the card number twice. He was told that it should be delivered within 40 minutes. After waiting an hour and. 15 minutes, with no pizza in sight, he called back. He asked why the pizza had not been delivered yet. After having difficulty locating the order again, she informs him that they do not deliver in the area. Even though the website directed him to this location for delivery. He asked why no one had called to inform him. She very rudely responded that they we're very busy. She then proceeded to offer to refund the money, as if she was doing him a favor, instead of what she was legally obligated to do. It makes me wonder if she would have refunded the money at all if he had not called back. Although the delivery order could have been stopped when the order was originally placed or when he called to give payment information or in the hour and 15 minutes before he called back, they felt that it was completely acceptable to neglect a customer and and the family he was trying to feed, which included children. Disgracefully poor customer service and business practices. THIS REVIEW IS ZERO STARS FOR THE AMOUNT OF PIZZA AND BASIC RESPECT WE WERE GIVEN!

Had a large order for a birthday party, came into the store for a pickup order and the store was very clean. The owner Scott ensured my order was speedy and correct. The workers are friendly and helpful. I've ordered deliveries from this location as well and Daniel is always very quick. My order always arrives steaming hot and fresh. Sydney delivered once and even gave me a heads up before she arrived, she was super friendly. I swear by this location, never had a bad experience! Also love the ranch bottles!!!

We placed a large last minute group order for quicken loans and the owner, Scott, was the most helpful and accommodating with us. He made sure our order was correct and he even delivered it for us at the time we needed it by. The food was still super hot and he made sure all of our salad dressings and wing sauces were together. The staff altogether was super friendly and made it super easy to get this order together. Planning this big order the same day and getting the fastest and best delivery experience made me want to share how great the service was. On top of this, I have been inside the store a few times as well. It is super clean inside the store! Daniel was working the front and was super friendly, funny, and always makes my wait in the store worth while. This is the best jets not to mention the pizza is fantastic! 10/10 recommend this midtown location!

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. This place is great. They sell by the slice ($2 for cheese and $2.50 for pepperoni). Today they also had BBQ chicken. So yummy. They have a few seats inside if you want to eat there. They accept credit cards.

Privately own, prices jacked up. Paid the same price for a large pizza and pop that I would pay for a 2 large pizza and 2 liter at our local Jets, not Privately own. Was told by the workers, the owner charges what he wants cuz it's privately owned. Ridiculous...

. I ordered online around 11am today for the food to get delivered 45 minutes later. I was to expect 2 pizzas at 12:10 for 15 people. I did not receive the food until 12:45, the driver was very rude and turned out to be the supervisor at that location. I explained how he was very late, he replied "ma"am, there are other business out there". I tried to call and make a complaint and the same person who delivered the food was given the phone by another employee and was still very rude. I have paid $65 for food expecting great customer service and also great food considering we order there previously. I am in complete disappointment that i have encountered this horrible customer service. I have tried to reach out to the owner and corporate in Sterling Heights and did not get far.

Pizza is good here! But i am glad they took some of those females from off the register with their super long, stupid looking Cardi b nails because alot of them have stank attitudes. 🍕 still good as always though!😍😋

Location doesn't show prices on the menus in the lobby. Was told to get phone to look up prices online. Was trying to order pizza & was told to order online for promotional price. Tried to order combo with 2 slices & 20 oz drink, to be told that slices aren't sold on Sundays. I asked where was this policy posted & was told it had been policy for years. I took my money elsewhere.

Pizza is decent, but more expensive than competition. The issue I had with my carry out visit is how long it took one of the several employees to acknowledge me. Beyond that, I had to wait 5 mins beyond the quoted time to receive the pizza.

For one the managers was rude his fingernails was disgusting his name is ken also gave me a burnt pizza and gets upset while i’m talking and walk about and throw my other pizza away. the back is disgusting better off eating somewhere else.!

Prices are insane! A small pizza is $16! Slices cost 2.11, so how is a small pizza with 4 slices double the price of buying 4 slices?! Steer clear of this privately owned jets. It's ridiculous.

This is a good Jet's to go to. I have been here a few times. The food was done fast, and it was delicious, and I didn't get any attitude from employees like I received at other locations.

I ordered extra pepperoni, didn't look like it was on there, there wasn't enough cheese. I don't like pizza where there is dry bread with little or no sauce or cheese.

Staff was soooooo nice and pizza was amazing!!!! I ordered a new York supreme and it was ready in like 15 min :)

Visiting from out of town and ordered from a local pizza joint. The Aloha BBQ Pizza was good, a little too much extra flavoring. Same for the Wings, the sweet red chili wings are basically wings drenched in the Asian sweet chili sauce and it's not a good combo. The sweet chili sauce does not marinate the wings very well so you end up tasking the chili sauce on it's own and I was not able to eat the rest. Delivery driver was very nice.

I've ordered from here twice. Once thru doordash, and the other thru ubereats. Both times same pizza, BBQ chicken, and we were not disappointed. We will continue to order from this location :)
