The remodel looks great at this Big Boy. The inside was nice and bright not dark and glumy as the old style Big Boys. The new menu was a breeze to read and its up to date will better options. Service staff was excellent and very attentive. Bathrooms was clean and sanitized. Great job I will be revisiting soon.

My daughter loves going here and always has to take a picture with big boy. The owner is a great guy and you have to try the pizza it's way more than I expected and it was actually great pizza, toppings, sauce, and cheese all was perfect!

Ordering online for pick up is ordering through Uber eats - whether you pick it up yourself, 2 burgers and a chicken sandwich yet didn't get my chicken sandwich but charged me for it, I live an hour away, called them and they'll make it up to me. So customer service is good,, place is busy but seems ok to eat there. 2 names tho,,Mr Beast and Big Boy 1 place.

I've been going to the same big boys for the past 15 years, and today was the first time I ever had a bad experience.. my boyfriend's sandwich was half the size that it normally is, and his fries and mine as well were very old tasting. The lady took a whole $2 off our bill, I would rather just had better food.. but it's okay maybe she was new.. but if you're going to work in customer service at least treat your customers better..

Our server was awesome! We had a party of 9 and he was there every time we needed something. Always had a smile on his face. I had the chicken strip and fries. The chicken was juicy and the breading crunchy. The fries were perfect. I give the food only a 4 due to the soup and salad bar being so small and not offering what it used to.

Food is good. But this food hasn’t evolved in decades. There are even less options then previous years. Salad bar shrank. Portions are small. I like a good slim jim & a cup of broccoli soup as much as the next, but 6$ to a cup of soup to a 12 dollar sandwich w fries, I think your pricing yourself right out of my restaurants I have in rotation. Lots of history here in Detroit, but with these prices for food that barely excites the pallet , I would probably go some where else for lunch or dinner.

Nice place looks remodeled . Breakfast was good JoAnn our waitress her Service was excellent and she was very nice. It was busy and she was checking on us all the time. The greeter was very helpful and talk to us. All food was hot kids had tenders they loved them. Older kids had bbq bacon burger they said it was good. We are from Ohio and have BIG BOYS there so food is consistently good.

We have a friend that lives in this area. So we stop at this location to eat after visiting her. The food is excellent and the service is very good..Thank you Big Boy, for such great service. .

The food was really good The french fries were kind of cold and hard our server was awesome The atmosphere is wonderful here I always order fish and chips every time I come. 💞💯. Now it's your turn

It had been a long time since I had been to a big boys. One of the things I ordered was a strawberry milkshake it was absolutely delicious my entree was delicious my friend's meal was delicious the waitress was above and beyond I believe her name was Natalie it was excellent I can't say anything at all but excellent

I wish I would have got the waitresses name. She was very tall and she had blonde hair. She is an excellent waitress. I would go back just for her service.

The food was really good, there wasn’t many people in there. It was strawberry fest so my son got the strawberry pie and I got a strawberry shake. He loved the pie and the shake was really good and they gave you enough for at least two glasses full. The smashed burger was pretty good too.

Well my fish was excellent but my friend's cheesecake was greasy and fell apart on her she was very unhappy with her........ And the drink price shocked me $3 for 1 glass a pop that's ridiculous........ I mean I could go and buy me 3 $1 of 2 l at kroger's for that price............ So my fries were very good. The cold slide wasn't bad cut up in a little sweeter and the coal slow. The fish was immaculate perfect. I would go back for some more fish but that drink that's the way too much money for one drank.............. I gave it all the stars I gave just because the fish was good and the waitress was very intentive. The place was empty when I went there. So I don't really know if that has anything to do with it Winter. About 5:00 in the afternoon on a Sunday. I don't know again if that has anything to do with it? If that was your oft hours or what?

New decor looks nice. The food was ok. They didn’t have several items including turkey substitutes for pork items. Service was adequate. By far worst of all, the flies, the flies were everywhere.

The waitress was very nice and she came to the table often to check on us. The food was excellent and the prices aren't too bad.

The salad bar is back! Food was hot, fresh and delicious like the Big Boy staples we’ve all come to know and love. It was a nice touch to have the soup and salad bar back as well. Finished off with a fantastic hot fudge ice cream cake! The hot fudge is simply wonderful.

We love this new big boys!! We go here quite often but I love how they re done it. It's nice inside and so far all the wait staff has been nice!! And the food is always good. I want to buy a huge jug of there ranch. That's my favorite

The big boy burger tasted exactly like when I was a kid. This location is awesome! Its beautifully decorated clean and top notch quality! Our server was kind helpful and fast. The chocolate malt was amazing make sure you leave room for it because you will regret it if you dont.

The gold is all due to one waitress. the food is. What you expect from a big boy, pricing is good, but the waitress we had, made writing a review worth my while. She made sure to take extra special care of my son with him being a diabetic. It was very much appreciated.

Dine in service has been consistently acceptable. Carry out service has been consistently terrible. Carry out has, at every instance, been cold food. To sit in the parking lot and wait until the moment the order is "ready for pickup," I expect the food to be appropriate temperature for consumption. Either the good has been sitting out on the counter for a long period of time, or they aren't heating anything through. And it's not just "warm," it's actually cold. If you have the time to dine in, it's usually a decent meal. Don't waste your money on carry out.

the food isn’t as good as it once used to be. the spaghetti and chicken parmigiana comes out with a bunch of water in it. I managed to fill up a solo container with it (some spilled out). the spaghetti sauce isn’t what it used to be several years ago. also an employee at this location is horribly whistling off tune and sounds like a leaky pipe. I’ve heard it the last few times visiting and I’m wondering how no one has asked the person to stop. it’s really annoying. I feel bad for the other employees who have to put up with it for their entire shifts

They have upgraded their look and food quality. This is an all new Big Boy from what I knew as a kid. Their Classic Big Boy burger is better than ever!!!

Nice modern looking Big Boy. Good service and good food. I got their new Caramel cinnamon french toast and it was pretty banging. Lots of old people here which is always a good sign too. 10/10 solid
