Their motto is "the wing experts" but experts should be able to do their speciality in little time. Every time I visit here, the service is incredibly slow. The last time I visited, it took over 15 minutes for my order to be completed. There wasn't even any line! Maybe 2-3 people waiting. The wings were good, but some the celery in the veggie sticks had mushy spots. Unacceptable to serve! Aside from that, the service is absoutely horrible.

While a bit slow, when the food comes out it is delicious. The staff are nice and very understanding when it comes to the wait, I would give this place 5 stars if it weren't for the wait times, other than that the wings are good and that's all that matters.

I ordered a grilled chicken club salad online. Instead of calling me to tell me they were out of grilled chicken they took it upon themselves to put hard,crunchy fried chicken on my salad instead. I go to this location specifically for this salad and you have to park and walk a long way to get there. Needless to say, I was very displeased and had to jump through hoops to get a refund.

Slow and expensive. However, the ceaser salad is unbeatable, at just barely $7 dollars for a carry-out box stuffed with salad. The staff is really sweet, too.

Unbelievable wait times. Takes 10 minutes to order, and another at least 10 to get your food. Don't bother ordering online, you're waiting for them to even acknowledge you for at least 15 minutes. Terrible.

The cook kept saying order up and the cashier was running back forth pretty much doing nothing. She let the food sit for 5 to 10 minutes.

They said Coca Cola didn't fill the machine so the drinks was limited and you didn't have a lot of options to choose from.. So they said we had to get a can pop that they brought from the store.. They didn't have boneless wings either.. They also purchased cups from the store so the ones the had didn't have logo on them.. Customer service was decent but I can tell this place is going down hill if they don't get new management.. The one in Roseville, MI is better.

Service is super slow eapespecia if you are in a rush often mistakes with orders sometimes the green shirt manager will be friendly and helpful sometimes they won't be

The wings are mediocre, the prices are that of bdub's, and the service is slow. It gets a second star for having a weekly BOGO deal.
