When it comes to airport food, I'd be content with an average, or even slightly below average meal. This was on the verge of inedible. I went basic and got the burger, it was the most dry and lean burger I've ever had (zero exaggerating). The fries had probably been cooked at least 2 hours before they were served. Friend got the Fish Tacos. He ate half of one of the three tacos, instead of the promised mango salsa, he received the tiniest dash of a few tiny tomato and onion cubes. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID :)

Short staffed = horrible service. Missing ingredients from the order we placed. Asked for it…..but was told by the waitress that she has all of these tables. 🙄 I get it, but not my problem. 🤷‍♀️

Tony should be the President and First Lady of this place. We had a long drive from Toronto and were early for our flight. Tony was entertaining and prompt with service. If all severs were this good, I’d never need to travel! It’s so refreshing to see someone enjoy their work and customers.

I love Pina Coladas, and really enjoyed mine at Margaritaville. If you're having difficulty finding it on the menu, it's listed under Daiquiris for some reason. I opted out of ordering food as I thought the prices were a little high, but the Grilled Island Chicken my coworker ordered looked really good. Beware with frozen drinks on the acrylic tables, we were warned by the waitress that the condensation causes the glasses to skate the drinks of the tables leading to spills and to keep them on the napkins. During our visit while waiting for our flight, we witnessed multiple spills occur for that reason.

Amazing atmosphere.But above all excellent service from Lakaiya. She was very welcoming. She also made a fresh pot of coffee. Great smile great attitude. Made the beginning of my trip Wonderful.

Carrie was wonderful! So fun to talk to and very attentive. Definitely the best place to hang out in north terminal!

Food was great, drinks were amazing but I want to give a shout out to our waitress, Ky or Ki, not sure on the spelling. But she was amazing, she took the time to ask us about we're we were going and whe were from. We had such a pleasant conversation with her. She was so nice. She checked on us multiple times, always smiling and joking with us.

They have the best fries and wings in the terminal. I got me and my boyfriend some wings the other night and he devoured them . He has a new addiction now.

Great spot to stop before going away on vacation. The restaurant is set back in the airport and surrounded by huge windows, allowing in natural light, and a view to the planes taking off. The music sets the tone of the restaurant as it’s up-beat and feels like you are already somewhere tropical, it set the tone for our vacation in a good way. The drinks are good, pricey, but that’s expected in the airport. We did not try any of the food, but it looked appetizing. Stop here before your next tropical trip, it will really get your excited

First time traveling through. Had a pleasant experience with Erica while waiting for my layover. Her hospitality made me feel like I was back home already. Great service, excellent atmosphere, and wonderful conversations.

Tony gets 5 stars. He is the Best bartender! Great service fast & friendly. Erica his "helper" gets -1 stars she was completely useless. Extremely slow & horrible attitude. I feel sorry for Tony splitting the tips when he is doing all of the work,for every 6-8 drinks he serves to other she does 1 & u have to practically beg her to get the 1 for u. Then princess gives an attitude cuz she actually had to do something

Great service, the bartender Erica was fantastic!!! Very friendly, super polite, was very attentive despite them being busy and her smile never left her face!! My taco salad was delicious and came out fast.

My first time trying their food in Montego Bay. I ordered jerk bbq chicken. ($21). The chicken was old and hard. I was in a 4 hour flight and wanted food for the duration. Very horrible and i feel like my money was wasted. I’m not sure who will see this and what response i will get but this is serious. For the price. You should get the quality. Disappointed consumer. Need a refund

Stopped by for a drink before my flight. I asked the hostess if I could sit at a little table across from the bar, she said sure. No one came to wait on me, so I went to bar and the bartender said some weird thing that he would wait on me, but one of his "girls" could take my order. But then asked what I wanted. I ordered a Ketel 1 on the rocks. I switched my seat to the bar. Got my drink which was loaded with ice. Asked for the check and saw that he charged me $14.00 for the vodka and $4 for "rocks". I said, you're charging me for ice? His response was that at airport bars asking for something on the rocks means that the person wants a double and went on to say that he gave me a generous pour, yada, yada... I paid the bill and left. What a rip off! Be careful how you order at this place. Anthony was the bartender's name.

You will be offered delicious margaritas. A lot of guests find that the staff is attentive at Air Margaritaville. Here you will pay democratic prices. It's usually a good idea to try something new, enjoying the calm atmosphere. But google users haven't given this place a high rating
