👍👍 Pretty much our favorite restaurant in Northwest PA. Food is really, really good. Prices are reasonable and service is excellent. Terri is wonderful as her memory is crazy. I am sure there are other good restaurants in Warren but we will probably never get to them as we cannot pass up the Plaza.

👍👍 Food was exceptional. Well placed plates. Clean eating experience, could not see any dust or messes lying around. All meals were cooked properly see photos. Staff was friendly. Local mom and pop shop.
