Location is permanently closed. Google is stating they cannot verify closure, despite these pictures being provided. I attempted to visit this store and it is, indeed closed. Please look for another location and do not waste a trip to this one!

My friend was trying to surprise me at work and told me a delivery was coming on Tuesday 9/21 guaranteed by 5pm. I received a phone call on my way home around 6pm from the driver giving away the surprise and seeing if I was still in the office. I told her I won’t be back until the next day at 8am. She said ok and that it will be delivered first thing in the morning. Today I didn’t get it until 12:35pm and it was not a surprise. 🥺 extremely disappointed

Will never shop here ever again. Poor customer service. WONT SHOP HERE EVER AGAIN!!! Rude, inadequate, when I didn’t get my order in stead of actually trying to solve the problem so you could keep your customer it was one excuse after the other where it was my fault why I didn’t get it. Waste of time and money. There’s a whole bunch of places that offer way better customer service.

I had a nice experience ordering a last minute Christmas gift. Both of the ladies working there were super helpful and sweet.

First time using Edible Arrangements today and I’m just so happy with how everything turned out. I surprised my husband today for his birthday. The delivery driver communicated with me and was friendly. I received an email notification when my items were delivered as well. My husband really enjoyed it.

Twyla is to be recognized for her excellent customer service. My 1st order I was a little upset about, but she was very polite and calm when speaking with me and compensated me for it. Then a 2nd order again just very polite, and patient. I would recommend ordering from this location, as I will continue to myself.

They were very nice at this location! My mom had to be at work by a certain time, and i called to see if there was any way the delivery could be made beforehand to avoid having to reschedule. Luckily they were super nice and willing to work with me, they even called back to update me on how they could help! I was very appreciative and my mom loved her edible arrangement :)

My wedding was June 17, 2017, we had individual Edible Arrangements as party favors for our guests. Everyone loved them. The fruit was fresh and delicious. Twyla took my order, she is the best! She was helpful and patient from start to finish. Delivery was on time, they were a hit!! Thank you so much.

My experience was great. They were professional and quick. I ordered a same day delivery. They called to see how long the recipient would be there (work address). Once they got that, they made sure she received it in time. Awesome

Well, had to make an order for a coworker who’s mother past away, RIP Señora, so I Google Edible Arrangements and Google shows me the “downtown” location at 335 E Lafayette and it states it is OPEN. Wonderful I thought it’s close so I took a little walk in 82 weather which I regretted as I walked sweaty as f up to a building that was EMPTY. So I call the number listed and the lady told me that location has been closed for 9 MONTHS. Google please or whoever please make the change so others do not go to an empty building. Next time I’ll call first to make sure they actually exists at the locations given.

The wife was very pleased with her fruit arrangement and said the fruit was fresh and tasted great. And I like the delivery service being it was Valentine's Day same day and very timely. Thank You .
