    I ordered Alice Spring Chicken from the Southfield location . This meal was TERRIBLE!!! I ordered through DoorDash and I reached out to them explaining what happened and they inform me that they would credit me $5.30 . I reached out to the restaurant and the manager on duty informed me if I ordered through DoorDash there was nothing he could do . So I just put $25.60 down the drain. I Wotk for a company where we are not allowed to leave the building so this is why I ordered through DoorDash.Its a shame that the manger on duty totally could not help me out, all I wanted was to have my meal replaced. I had no bacon ,the chicken was overcooked, and they forgot the salad Shame on you Outback.!!

    Horrible! Never will return. Staff was beyond slow took 1hour just to receive our drinks & only had one bartender. Steak was beyond cooked. Wings over cooked. Burnt! Do not waste your time or money here!

    Party of five. Daughter order burger it came back charcoal. Sister order steak medium well done . It was charcoal. Ordered blooming onion it was fried hard. Our order was $136.00 and when my daughter and sister complained waiter was not to happy. We realize it was not his fault but when you have a complaint if there is no manager who do u give your concerns to. I feel the cooks should use timers or something to know when the food is done and not over cook it. Some people like over cook food and some don't. Me and my grand daughter ordered the wings they could of been taken out a little sooner. They were hard . This restaurant is in my neighborhood and I love to continue dining in. As a matter of fact my son' s first job was here. Just feel that the dial can be turned down a bit.

    First time back since the pandemic. The service was Good, the food was just okay. My steak was over cooked, the cake tasted old. The restaurant had a sour old smell. I'm looking for another location. I'm done with Southfield.

    Food was cold and service was slow, the service was friendly and fast, but the food at this location sucks it was cold, and some of it was over cooked, and this evening we found out that they don't serve prime rib during the week SMH and we had the chili soup that was cold and had to be sent back twice, and we also had a lobster tail, and over cooked and poorly seasoned ribs, I only have these type of issues at the Southfield location. Now as of 3/16/23 this visit was better the food was good and hot and the service was good, stay on the right track. Ok as of 6/28/23 today it took a very long time,and was not the best, they keep trying but I don't understand what's going on in that restaurant?

    Horrible experience! I arrived well before the last call for an alcoholic beverage and still did not receive it. The manger just came and said oh I took it off your bill! It took a while for the food to arrive. Once it did it was like we were rushed to finish because it was closing time. You could hear the bartender saying okay it’s time to go home real loud as if the ones that were still there eating annoyed her! I will never go there again!

    Wonderful staff and great food! This place was very busy and short staffed and so I sat at the bar with a family member. They took such great care of us with the best attitudes while dealing with so much. Highly recommend this location. Wonderful people. Great experience.

    Of course I had doubts about ordering from the Greenfield location because the service and food quality is always terrible, but I didn't have a way to pick up my order and that location is closest to my house so I gave it a go and they did not disappoint. Not only was my food not delivered at 9:44 I was called by the restaurant at 10p.m. and told it couldn't be delivered. I of course was told there was nothing they could do! I used a gift card to pay so I am sure that 50.00 was wasted! I will NEVER patronize this location again! Steak was supposed to be med well, at least they overcooked/burned the Shrimp and the bread...CONSISTENTLY HORRIBLE !!

    **Update**Outback reached out from review** Upper mgmt promised to look into the incident & go over training. We were offered credit which was nice, but I declined. I just don’t know when we’d go back & really training goes a long way. *** Original post: We had an awful experience. I’m still salty about it & having had to talk my husband into going there, we probably won’t go back. The restaurant was not busy. We waited forever for our drinks & should have left. By the time I started tracking time it was 15 min. My husband admitted it had been 25 minutes. Our server took so long the other server in our section greeted us too. My husband & son’s steaks were undercooked, mine was overcooked, & my youngest son’s steak was cold. My potato was cold. The whole dining experience had us irritated because we were there for 2 hrs start to finish!! $180 later.. We went to the grocery store to grab desert we promised the kids because there was no way I wanted to sit there another 30 minutes. While my husband was in the store, I called the restaurant and was told the manager was too busy to come to the phone. I called back the next day and got the same answer. What a joke. We’ve worked in the restaurant industry so we usually are pretty forgiving.. Just a terrible experience.

    They didn't get my order correct, the steak was awesome, however, they put in two salads but I order coconut shrimp added to my order and the sweet potato was without butter, sugar cinnamon. Better luck next time. Word- check your order...

    Wanted a blooming onion and a drink so the hubby and I went to Outback, our waiter was Joe. He was truly great, so nice, so attentive. Made us both feel special. I had never had such great service. The food was good, the drinks were good. I really like this location. Even after we were finished, bill paid, tip already paid, food bagged up, Joe still kept checking on us and still providing us with a great customer service experience and I really appreciate that.

    Ordered wings on curbside, got my order went home, and all the food was not there. I called the restaurant, and they were overwhelmed. So I went back, went to the inside, manager re made my entire order the way I wanted it. When I got home, my family and I enjoyed our wings made the way you expect Outback wings to be. I am still a customer, I hope they get curbside together.

    Overall we had a great experience! The hostess was sort of clueless and seemed like she didn't want to be there but our server was AMAZING! Very attentive and made us feel welcome. The manager even came over and checked on us. Our food was SOOOOO GOOD!!! And the Boomarita Flight was SUPERB!!! We will be back!!!

    Let me tell you about this location. I had the pleasure to work with everyone here for 2 months. During that time, I ate there every day and not once did I have a bad meal. These are great people getting a bad rap for things that happen at every restaurant. They do care about the customers, which some reviews claim that they don't. I'd eat here before I would at other places. Keep up the good work!

    When you go make sure you ask for Kiara because she is awesome! She’s fast and very very nice. Also tony the bartender if you sit at the bar make sure he makes your drinks because he knows what he’s doing!

    Went in for dinner. Ordered drinks, appetizers and dinner. The drinks were pretty good. The onion bloom was over cooked and tasted burnt. When the dinner was being served, we were brought wrong food. When the "right" food was brought out, it was still wrong. In the wait to get the correct items, our food was becoming cold. In the end, I asked for boxes to just take the food and go. Serves and the serving staff was not the best. There was a problem with our food, and the women bring the food was focused on if she knew my husband, not correcting the problem.

    The server asked us to wit to give the wait staff a break. Then I realized we were there prior to the lunch and dinner schedule. So once we waited, we couldn't order lunch anymore. Everything else was great otherwise!

    1/3 of order wasn't there Food was undercooked put pink bacon on top of chicken and just melted cheese on it. They got to do better for $60 Only good thing was they refunded my money with no problem. This is why I never do takeout

    My party and I sat at the bar. Tony was our server and bartender. He was EXCELLENT! The service he provided was exceptional!! He was very busy but managed to take care of everyone effortlessly! We were not going to sit at the bar at first but I’m glad we did. Because of Tony and the service he provided, we WILL be back!! Thank you Tony!!

    I received the best customer service at Outback during my visit by:Davennae, Dommenique, Brittany Bell, and Brian. They were very attentive and accommodated. I had a very long and exhausting day so it was a breath of fresh air. My food was amazing too!

    The waitress may have been new or she was having a bad day. We asked for house salad with balsamic vinegar dressing. They brought us the wrong salad 3 times with ranch dressing then the last salad we took even though it was incorrect with blue cheese and nuts in the salad. The waitress did not give us bread we had to ask for it. The BBQ chicken meals came with vegetables that tasted rotten. They took my fork with the salad and I asked for a fork and had to go get one myself at the bar. I tipped her the full 20% but I should have left only a dollar for the quality and service received. 😒 The worst service I have ever received at an outback or at any restaurant.

    Stopped in for a quick bite , after being seated at the bar I was greeted by the bartender who was very pleasant however while waiting for my I was approached by the kitchen manager who asked to lower my voice as well as to mindful of a family sitting in the area with tender age children I politely replied were sitting at the Bar...the children shouldn't be in this area where I would have to refrain from speaking freely nonetheless the owner reprimanded an employee who was not on the clock telling her to find seating elsewhere in the restaurant but not at the bar overall very poor taste and the owner has a negative and poor attitude Blair

    The grilled salmon entree I got was pretty good. Like how they separately packaged the sides. However, in sharp contrast, boyfriend’s burger was a disaster. First, they somehow threw the receipt in with the burger, so when we opened the container the receipt is just stuck on the cheese… Also, we paid for extra bacon and cheesy fries, but they forgot both…All we got was a well done/receipt flavored burger (when we had asked for medium). It was without doubt a terribly prepared burger order. My suggestion is to make sure your food looks right before driving away.

    Menu pricing did not match what I was charged. Manager indicated that the system has been updated but they don't have new menus yet. I still feel like what was printed should have been honored. My waitress was really nice however. Food was decent overall. New app steak dip wasn't good. Overall decent visit.

    On a recent trip, I was driving south through Detroit from Troy and decided to take a detour off the GPS route to avoid road work. My sister and I ended up stopping here to eat. I do not kid you when I say it was the best Outback experience I've ever had. Seated quickly, friendly service, food was so fast I was surprised to see it, and it was really good! I mean it was really done the best it possibly could be. This Outback should set the standard for all Outbacks.

    This place didn't disappoint us, my spouse wanted prime rib. It was cooked to perfection it was juicy and my ribs were tasty. Our waitress gave us excellent service, we gave her a generous tip. My complements to the chef the cooked the prime rib, he need a raise.

    Came here on 5/4/22 and Georgia was our server. Service was 20 stars!!! Georgia made sure we were well taken care of and even changed my wife’s drink because it was not up to par. Bottom line, the place has great atmosphere and excellent service. We are surely regular customers now. I hope Georgia is our server every time we come in!!! I definitely recommend.
