Pretty chill place to hangout and enjoy the view of the water and wildlife. People walk their dogs, fish, take pictures of the lighthouse. I like it better than the Renaissance center area

Very lovely lighthouse on the river. It marks an entrance to docks in a small bay. The path is marked with historical monuments and informational nature details. It was not busy at all when I walked through.

This is part of the famed Detroit Riverwalk experience. There is an actual light tower! It's scenic and a great place to bring the family for a stroll or walk, especially during the summer. Parking is free and secured.

This is the old Tri-Centennial Park that is now a urban state park. A beautiful place once you get thru the urban blight.

Neat little spot on the Detroit river to sit and fish or just watch the ships go by. Very close to downtown and a many good bars and restaurants. Pretty windy and chilly down by the water so bundle up! Didn't take my dog this time but tons of people were walking dogs. Screw Flanders.

Nice place in the city to relax and hang out. Walking along the river front is awesome. Lots of people and activities. Great for families. Looks like a perfect location for fishing also. Lots of people fishing and I was told they catch crabs and crawfish as well.

Great river walk, there are lots of benches, bycicle rentals, people walking dogs, electric scooters. It's a nice place to go and have a view of the Canadian buildings also

We are in the marina and it is very small but the people here are wonderful. We were supposed to go along the wall but we draft seven and a half feet on our boat and there are rocks and tree trunks along the wall so we were not able to tie up. Art who has a slip here contacted a friend of his that was gone overnight so we were able to use his slip. It's just nice to know that people try to help one another. One special note the laundry is free. The harbor is right next to the Aretha Franklin Amphitheater so we're going to be able to listen to a concert tonight.

SEMAC had a great time at the park today. The weather was great, the Awards ceremony was great, the music (DJ Kev) and the food (R Spot Catering) was fantastic.. Thank you Milliken Park for your hospitality. The Park was busy and everyone was so nice. Shout out SEMHAC for another one.

This is a pretty park, with nice views of the river and Canada, but it is not a Historical site. Nothing here is more than 20 years old and was all built since 2004.
