Service was great and the amount t of food I received was great. We had the seaside shrimp trio with more Alfredo than a regular order (which was great) and an admirals feast. For 44 bucks at red lobster I had more than enough food. It was quite slow in there so maybe that's why but idk I'll give this one 5 stars. I literally had NOTHING to complain about!

They were training a new person so the service was a little off that day. They have had some really great waitresses, but the waiter this day was a little rushed and stressed dealing with our party of almost 20 people and a trainee. Otherwise, they gave us really good deals and were accommodating for all our needs. I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. The biscuits, crispy Brussel sprouts, and salmon bowl were amazing! I would definitely go back.

Quiet and relaxing dinner at the bar... Mariah was friendly, fast, and attentive. Food was out in a blink of the eye. Everything was cooked to my liking, no complaints.

I recently dined here and had one of the best experiences at a restaurant in a while. Everyone was friendly and happy. Had a magnificent server named Marshad or Mashad (I think that's his name) he was so pleasant. He came over greeted us asked if we'd like an alcoholic beverage and gave us suggestions same with appetizers. Our food was hot and delicious everything was good and tasty. I was already stuffed when I asked to get my free birthday dessert. I told our server that I don't even want it right now and that I was going to wait to get it at Red Lobster by my house but I said that I wanted it from here because I knew that my service here and presentation of my food would be better here than the restaurant closest to me. This Red Lobster restaurant is outstanding and it has been recently renovated. If you're looking for a nice meal don't hesitate to come to this location and if you can have Marshad as your server please do you're in for a treat. Nicest most polite person Ever! He was so good that I came back in from my car and tipped him a bit more. I wish that I could post the pictures of my food because everything was excellent.

I ordered crab linguini pasta, garlic shrimp scampi, and a half dozen cheddar bay biscuits. I ordered online for curbside pick up. I waited outside for a while to get my food. The lady that came out was very nice. The pasta was nice and moist but had lots and lots of oil. The crab meat however very over cooked and chewy. The shrimp tasted great. The biscuits were awsome. I was not happy with the overall quality of the main dish. These guy just reopened so maybe they need a while to get adjusted not sure.

Great service, well kept restroom, dining are,fantastic drinks eventhough it was a longer than usual wait time to receive it, food was fresh and yummy

I had the best time there today. The facility is clean and beautiful! Our waiter Decanter B was very attentive. His trainee was so helpful and sweet. I would recommend this place to everyone and can't say enough about the employees and place. Great job Red Lobster!

Poor service, understaff, rude. Hostess was nice. Sat at the waiting to be serviced never received a water a menu or anything for over 30 min. All the bartender kept saying give me a min. I am not a rude patron I didn’t fuss or make a scene. Ending up have to get back on waiting list to get a table and waited another 30 min. Terrible I don’t think I will ever return to this location. It sucks because I absolutely love red lobster and have been patronizing this location for at least 7 years on a regular. Please train staff on how to be polite and give guest service please

Several empty tables but told 20 minute wait for one person. Sat at bar. Took a while to get order taken then order came out incomplete. By the time they brought rest of order I was done eating. Said would try to discount but no dis out applied. Too expensive for this type of basic customer service mistakes

Since this location has been remodeled, it now has a carryout section with a separate entrance. I like it. The cashier was friendly and efficient. I ordered Cajun Shrimp Alfredo. It was delicious and the portion was ample. Of course the cheddar biscuits were everything! I think I ordered the pasta to accompany the biscuits instead of the other way around.

Our food was good. The service was good. The restaurant looks fresh with the recent remodeling. The menu seemed a little off to me. It seemed like there were mostly shrimp items on it. As my wife said, "They should call this place The Shrimp Shack." There seemed to be a lack of mussels and oysters and other sea food on the menu. Not a big complaint, just more of an observation.

This is the location I always go to with my family and it was the first time we went since the new remodel. It seems more spacious and it's definitely much brighter inside. We went on a Saturday at about 7. Hostess was very friendly as soon as we walked in the door and even though our waiter was very busy he was excellent. We got fresh biscuits a few moments after we would ask for them and our drink refills were also quick. This location has awesome food and awesome service as usual. Happy vibes all around!

I did a curbside pickup order here, and was not disappointed. I got the fried shrimp, shrimp scampi, a order of biscuits, and a slice of cake. Order was correct, and pretty much on time. Only thing is, I just wish more shrimp came with the order (I did side orders instead of an entrée to save a few bucks). Other than being greedy lol, it was enough (food). I'll probably do more takeout since I only work 5 minutes away

Had a great time here for lunch on St Patrick's day with my mom! The service was excellent and the fish and chips were hot & delicious!

I haven't been Red Lobster to Red Lobster in years but I was well pleased. There was plenty of parking spots available and we didn't wait long to be seated.The server named Al was very helpful, friendly, polite friendly and courteous. The food was served hot and fresh. It was in Superbowl Sunday so Al told me the score.

It took us 20 minutes to get any one to our table and another 15 minutes to get our drinks. The food was great though and my server.

Our overall experience was really good we came early dinner around 4:00, and at this time the restaurant was not filled to capacity a few tables but what I found is we bring the crowd and we did! The food was decent my one disappointment is that the crab legs have gotten way smaller over the years so it's not really quality, but the taste is fine the rest of the food was average in portions, still love to come here especially since they remodeled the new look really brings an upbeat vibe. My drink was made excellent hats off to the bartender! This was an enjoyable experience the waitress was attentive making sure we had everything we needed. She checked on us frequently I can truly appreciate that.

This restaurant has been remodeled and reopened finally, after the pandemic. I love the new look. Bright and Airy and the staff is smiling and very upbeat. But be aware that the menu has changed a bit as some items have been removed and your favorite combo dishes may not be available anymore. I ordered Flounder with baked potato and crispy brussel sprouts from the lunch menu. The flounder was very good but I did not care for the crispy brussel sprouts. They were burnt and tough. Won't be ordering that again. However, My overall experience at this restaurant was very good. The order taker was friendly and very accommodating. Will be going back. Enjoy!

With accommodations from one of the managers Kevin and his staff, they helped to make my daughter's celebratory graduation dinner a success. We came in with a large group of 19 and we were seated promptly. Also, we thoroughly enjoyed our food and the extra care taken by the staff. Thank you guys, you really did a great job.

Excellent customer service! I haven’t been here in years and I went here a few weeks ago for carryout and the staff were nice! I spent over 200 with carry out and gift card! I saw a manager and he was very on top things very friendly to the customers his name was Kevin because I had asked the cashier .. I can see a huge difference from last time I was here with old management compared to this Manager! I will now be back! Food was good!!!

We were a large party. Our Server Leslie was excellent. She never missed a beat. Leslie is very detailed orientated in serving her customers. She is kind, courteous, attentive and very professional. One of the Best servers I have ever had. Thanks and GOD BLESS YOU Leslie...

The young waiter served six of use with the grace of a Bruce Lee fight. Everyone was saying how quickly our food was coming up. He was assisted by two other staff members who made it look like a musical or pit crew for an Indy 500 championship team. Great job!
