Everything
was
great
until
it
came
down
to
customer
service!
The
two
of
us
stopped
by
to
grab
a
quick
bite
before
an
event
we
had
to
get
to.
Although
our
server
didn’t
check
on
us,
we
were
willing
to
look
past
that,
until
the
person
I
was
dining
with
noticed
her
sandwich
was
pink.
The
first
image
is
hers,
and
the
second
is
mine.
When
the
server
finally
came
around
to
check
on
us,
it
was
time
to
head
to
our
event.
So
when
she
came,
we
pointed
out
that
the
sandwich
was
pink
and
to
which
she
replied
to
us,
“That’s
not
pink.”
Now,
I
understand
that
everyone
may
not
have
the
same
point
of
view
when
it
comes
to
the
color
wheel,
but
even
the
texture
was
not
close
to
the
same
as
mine.
The
person
I
was
dining
with
reiterated
many
times
that
she
didn’t
have
a
problem
paying
for
the
sandwich,
but
the
server
stormed
away
to
get
our
check.
When
she
came
back,
we
requested
the
manager.
The
manager
comes,
asks
what
the
problem
is,
and
he’s
showed
the
sandwich.
The
person
I
was
dining
with
again
states
that
she
has
no
problem
at
all
paying
for
it,
to
which
the
manager
replies,
“Well,
tell
me
this,
why
did
you
wait
until
she
brought
the
check
to
say
something?”
To
which
I
relied,
“We
have
an
event
to
get
to,
and
we
were
unable
to
reach
the
server
beforehand.”
The
manager
takes
the
food
to
the
back,
and
then
the
sever
comes
back
with
the
order
removed
from
the
bill.
I
just
wish
anyone
would’ve
stuck
around
longer
to
have
a
discussion
like
adults,
because
we
only
wanted
to
have
the
sandwich
remade.
That’s
it.
I’ve
noticed
that
there
are
snarky
remarks
left
behind
to
other
reviewers,
so
I
can
somewhat
see
why
we
had
the
experience
we
did,
especially
in
regards
to
us
being
within
a
certain
demographic
(a
minority
in
St.Clair
Shores).
The
artichoke
and
spinach
dip
was
good,
though.
